Ordered the chicken parm could've used a lot more flavor and was lacking in cheese Marjory but the garlic bread that came with it my girlfriend adored and the delivery was fast

This is the best stuff in the neighborhood. Nice people and you get to watch some soccer while you wait

The best neighborhood pizza. These guys are great. Friendly, we were watching the soccer game and getting into it big. I live that about a spot. Sports and fans that cheer the TV.

    $15...not worth it

The calamar was terrible and the meat on the pizza had a peculiar smell/taste. This is the last time I order from here.

The menu isn't massive, but they cover every category with extreme precision and do it really well. Seafood, pasta, veal, chicken, and all the classic appetizers you can think of from stuffed artichokes, zucchini blossoms, and house-made burrata. The ambiance is old-school Italian in the best way: timeless, romantic, and cozy. It works just as well for an intimate date night as it does for a small group dinner. Bonus points for being BYOB. We ordered the veal marsala and the seafood pomodoro. The veal was pounded to perfection and swimming in a ridiculously addictive sauce. The seafood pasta was cooked perfectly and loaded with fresh shrimp, clams, and mussels and you can taste the quality and care put in the food. Meals are served with a salad to start, and you can expect to spend around $35 per entrée, which feels more than fair for the quality. We were genuinely impressed and were treated with a lot of attention throughout the meal. The concept of the restaurant being run by two italian twins was honestly so sweet. Highly recommend if you're looking for classic Italian done right without trekking into the city.

The capellini is a blend of primarily angel hair and sweet sausage. Simply add a touch of parmesan cheese and you'll be in heaven. I usually eat cheese filled ravioli with marinara sauce, but the chef put an excellent twist to this dish! The food preparer has given a new meaning to ravioli by altering the filling and the sauce making it tastier. On a slightly constructive note, I enjoyed the tartufo but it's basically a pricey version of a Klondike bar with a cherry in the middle. However, their cakes are out of this world. The tres leches and chocolate mousse has the perfect amount of sugar and consistency. Sweets like these are the reason why there are two "s" in dessert; you'll always crave seconds! From appetizer to dessert, you'll dine like a king in a suburban palace. Be sure to go the full distance with a three course meal! #italianrestaurant #njfoodie #ravioli #calamari

Vibes: - Restaurant was dimly lit with little space between each table - Space felt cozy and warm Service: - Waiter was extremely kind and funny - Course timing was somewhat long but was easily forgiven based on how hot the dishes were Food: - Polpettone Della Nonna (lamb meatballs) had a citrus flavor to it, which was a nice surprise! It was different from the meatballs I've had thus far, but they were pretty salty... - Gnocchi al Gorgonzola was super creamy and rich in flavor - Hanger Steak was easily the most disappointing dish honestly. The red sauce and shredded parmesan cheese went well with the main and the side. The chicken parmesan is served with mixed vegetables. Substituting the veggies is not allowed, so I ordered a side of pasta for an upcharge. Although I enjoyed this meal, the minor drawback is the substitution policy. In my personal opinion, I feel that pasta is the ideal side dish for any CP entree. Vegetables should not the side dish unless I'm ordering chicken marsala or chicken francese. Otherwise, I was still satisfied with the food, service and overall ambiance of the restaurant.

We were seated at a table that seemed fine at first, but about five minutes in the floor and table started vibrating. It was strong enough that I could feel it through my whole body. At the same time, there was a loud, constant drone that kept coming back every few minutes--roughly every 3 minutes or so. It was absolutely horrendous and made it impossible to enjoy the meal. When I finally asked the waiter, I was told it was the dishwasher. I honestly don't understand how that seating area is considered acceptable for guests. On top of that, my salmon was very disappointing. It was severely overcooked, dry throughout, and the edges were inedible. Between the noise and the poor quality of the food, it was a terrible experience overall. I won't be going back.

I ordered the meat cannelloni, which was delicious, but the portion was disappointing. There were only two pieces on the plate and they were on the smaller side, so I definitely expected a bit more generosity for the price. My dad had the veal Marsala and really enjoyed it, though he did mention that the sauce on his side of pasta fell short. Unfortunately, what really overshadowed the entire evening was the seating. We were placed at the last table all the way to the right when entering, which at first seemed like a nice, quiet corner. That couldn't have been further from the truth. Every few minutes, the table would shake with a loud roar and vibration. After it happened repeatedly, we finally asked and were told we were right next to the dishwasher. It completely ruined the atmosphere of what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner. Honestly, it was so disruptive that it felt like that table shouldn't even be used for seating--or at the very least, guests should be warned. If you plan to go, I strongly recommend asking not to be seated in that corner.
