In the past, my orders consistently came with 3 salsas included. On my last visit there, I was told only 1 salsa is now included and the others cost extra. The change on its own is understandable--prices and policies change--but what didn't sit well was being told I had "requested extra" l, which is not accurate. The 3 salsas were always just included with my order. I ordered same thing all the time and the staff filled my order. I would suggest being more transparent about policy changes and assuming or accusing customers for taking more than they are. Clear communication would go along way in avoiding confusion and frustration.
