Walking in the coffee shop feels bright, open, and welcoming. To order you'll proceed to the counter and place your order. When it's ready the barista will call your name. I ordered the Lenovo Special Latte (Iced latte with our signature dark roast espresso, whole milk, and cookie butter flavor) since they were hosting the event. The coffee was well balanced and the cookie butter flavor was a nice touch. I definitely recommend checking out 321 coffee if you are in the Downtown Raleigh area.

Not the best view, but got the job done. They were still serving biscuits, but were no longer serving the oatmeal which was a disappointment. I got the yogurt instead and didn't care for the toppings. My coffee and food came out fast and the biscuit tasted amazing. The biscuit was large, the egg and bacon were perfectly cooked and the iced coffee was delicious. The food is the shining star here. I just wish the ambiance was better.
