Literally the worst place to take a baby for a cut. Not only was it VERY unsafe because the seatbelt in the seat my son sat in did NOT securely strap him, the person who cut his hair was very unprofessional. She clearly did not know how to interact with kids. All she did was scare my son and clearly she does NOT know how to cut hair. She kept forcefully trying to cut my sons hair while I would try to sit him back down since the seatbelt kept coming undone. We have been coming here for the last 6 years, and recently, they changed to having an online waitlist that makes no sense at all. You join the waitlist, but it takes almost hours to get your child's haircut because you are trying to accommodate people who aren't even there when you call their name. The old system of showing up, putting your name on a physical list, was way better than this system they have now. Unfortunately, this may be a deal breaker for us, and we may try going somewhere else because the online waitlist system is very unorganized and not productive. read more

My sons (ages 8 and 3) love getting their haircuts here. The fun "chairs," wonderful hair stylists, cartoons, and lollipops are great. My 8 year old can't say enough nice things to Sandy, his favorite hair stylist while getting his hair cut here. I highly recommend this place for your kid's haircuts. It is a little hidden behind target near the old bed bath and beyond location. It is relatively clean and doesn't seem to be too crowded most times... they do a good job with the kids haircut and also is some thing nice for younger kids to look forward to be it riding the motorcycle while getting a haircut or a car. read more

3.5 stars. I like that each car/motorcycle station is cleaned before and after each use. I do wish the stylist I think her name was Jessie could be a bit more patient with the kids seeing as they are the customer age group she works with. My daughter was five mins from finishing up and was starting to get antsy. She just lacked the patience I would expect from someone catering to this age group (for reference my daughter is 2). Never the less my daughter's haircut was great and we survived her first haircut! She even got to keep a clipping of her hair. read more

Little Scissors is a gem in Fremont! Both of my kids love to go for haircuts because of the fun car seats they get to sit in for their cuts and also the play area while they wait. First come first served style salon for kids. First off the lady that cut my daughter's hair is very nice but she didn't do a great job. It was an older Asian woman maybe named Jenifer based on the certificate name stuck to the mirror. It's my daughter's first haircut and my wife was very sad about how it turned out. Her bangs were choppy and I felt like the stylist didn't take her time and only used one pair of scissor to do everything. She cut it too short beyond fixing, the way my wife wanted. She finished in less than 10 mins because I recorded the whole experience on my phone. The price for her haircut was $25 excluding tip, a bit pricey even for the quality that we got. I handed her $30 and she hesitated giving me my change. She gave me a $5 bill but I wasn't going to drop that. I requested for ones and tipped a few bucks. I will probably not be coming back. Not a quality salon, I think we could have done better at home. read more

A very basic haircut place, but great for little kids. In my opinion it definitely needs some updates and those little seats should be redone but my daughter thought it was awesome and she sat still the entire time. Terrible experience . My appointment was at 11 we reached at 10:55 , our name was #1 on the list . My 2 year old doesn't do haircuts well yet, he was very anxious, this isn't his first haircut either , we go to another place usually but wanted to try this place out. There were 2 ladies and neither of them wanted to take him , they kept pushing us around . Finally The person who agreed wasn't helping . No patience , shaming and blaming my son for crying , suggesting I get a Psych eval, really ??! For a 2 year old ?! Babies are afraid of many things and they outgrow it , they have big emotions at this age, if you guys can't handle kids this age then you should have said so upfront , the hair dresser hurts herself with the scissors , blames my kid for it , then she doesn't even clean her hands and proceeds to finish the haircut . Granted my son was fighting it a lot and I was holding him down he got injured in the process, with a scissor cut on the back of his neck too . It is an unsafe practice with no hygiene . I am not coming here again . I don't recommend this place to anyone . Such a stressful experience and unprofessional. We went in looking for help and did not get it here . I repeat very stressful . We are going back to Ms Azizi and Little Ones haircut , she is leaps and bounds ahead . read more

They don't provide the stylist they promise. Owner gives appointments on the phone with specific stylist and at the facility the stylist refuses service and says she going on a break. She makes it clear to me to call the owner again but she cannot do my daughter's hair. They have 0 ethics. Would never go there again! read more

My son gets very anxious about getting his haircut - and he did so well with Sandy that I was even able to walk away and care for my 1 year old during the haircut. Sandy did a great job (fixing a botched haircut that Dad tried to do lol). Sandy did an amazing job on my son's first haircut. You can tell she has a lot of experience cutting hair for toddlers. She stayed calm and focused while my son screamed and tried his best to wriggle out of the car chair the whole time. She had me hold his arms down while she held his head and cut his hair as quickly, but safely, as she could. I love how his hair turned out, despite all the movement she had to deal with. They provided an optional certificate for first haircut, a small cutting of his hair, and a balloon, which made it feel like a special moment. We took our son, 15 months old, for his first hair cut. He cried a bit with the clippers (to be expected) and did really well with the scissor cut portion. Sandy was very patient and gentle but firm enough to cut his hair properly and left him looking so handsome. Since it was his first hair cut, we were able to keep a lock of his hair and got a complimentary certificate which was a nice touch. There's toys for kids to play with and a tv playing child appropriate movies for while they wait for their turn, but the ladies cut hair quick! Went here today as our regular was closed. Disappointed with the haircut and the attitude. The attending barber didn't care to hear much about what kind of haircut I wanted for my 3yr old. Kept complaining he moved a lot (when he was still compared to other kids his age)...butchered the haircut....and apparently towards end just gave up coz my son 'moved' again.
