don't ever go here. This salon RUINED my hair. I walked in with average medium length hair and walked out with extreme short and uneven layers. The man with a big lion/ tiger tattoo on his arm cut my hair. I had specifically told him that I wanted long face framing layers and did not want to cut off too much of my length because it would be too short and he did the exact opposite of what I wanted. He was extremely unprofessional and had used the same hair brushes and combs on my hair without washing them even though he had used those on other clients. He also asked me "do you want your hair to be 100% dry?" While he was blowdrying and I said yes, then he went on to say how this wasn't included in the price im paying. That was extremely unprofessional and low of him. I've been to many hair salons but not once have I been asked if I wanted to have my hair 100% dry or half wet. Then he sent me home with poofy unstyled hair. He did not curl or straighten my hair. My scalp was wet when I got home. Please PLEASE don't go here. I regret going here. UPDATE: it's been 2 months and I'm still trying to grow my hair back. It will take another 6-8 months to get my length back. This guy really ruined my hair, it's a nightmare. I booked an appointment for 10:30 am. One of the barbers named Arsh Kang, called me half an hour before my appointment time and asked me to do him a favor and come at 11 am so he could accommodate another client. I said ok that's fine. Then when I was on the way and less than 5 minutes away he called and said he had to turn a customer away cuz I was 5 minutes late, I hit some traffic on the way, he was upset and said I shouldn't have done that. I apologized for being running 5 minutes behind. I asked if he could give me the next slot and he said he wanted me to pay half of the money for my "missed" appointment before he would schedule me for the next one. He was not accommodating at all after I had just accommodated him and rescheduled my appointment to help him out. He only cares about money and showed no customer service skills whatsoever. I'll never be back or refer anyone to him. The reason you don't "recognize" me is because this was my first time attempting to make an appointment with your salon. Because of your poor customer service and rude attitude (Arsh's attitude over the phone and now the condescending tone of your response here) I was turned away and decided I'd rather spend my money somewhere where they respect and understand their clients. That's why you never saw me. This is the first time I've encountered such a bad attitude from a barber. I visited this place today 0925 around 10 am and the girl who was doing my eyebrows was rude and tried plucking my eyebrows with a tweezer which hurts me. She could do same with thread. Then I told her I wanted a specific shape and she insisted on a different shape and told me to pluck with tweezer myself. So do I pay 10 dollars to do plucking myself? With her.behaviour I changed my mind and declined other services . A tip to owner..change attitude of ur staff...they cant ask clients to pluck with tweezers themselves nor can they insist on a shape which client does not want...why was she so adamant?? read more

Both Mandeep (owner) and his dad give great cuts. For a simple haircut, Mandeep's dad does an excellent job. Went there for an appointment with Tony. Someone else cut my hair though(an older person). I explained how I wanted him to cut my hair. He starts by cutting it very small even though I specifically mentioned that I do not want my hair small. Half way through he tells me that hey I am not going to cut your hair the way you want but I will cut it in a different manner because that's what I can do with your hair and proceeds to cut my hair very short from the sides(no fade) and leave a bunch on the top. That's definitely not something I wanted but the damage was already done. Even the local supercuts gives a much better haircut for much cheaper. 2nd time going here. My first visit was 5 stars, the lady who did my eyebrows was fast and the thread they used doesn't hurt so much. I'm giving them 3 stars for my 2nd visit. I was in and out for exactly 10 mins. Everything was perfect except when I first got there, I asked if they accept card since I forgot to bring cash with me. They said yes and did my eyebrows. After doing my eyebrows, the lady informed me that they charge an extra $1 for credit cards which is fine with me, if they told me when I first asked them about using a card. I came here because the sign on the door said they do razor fades and walk-ins are welcome. I walked in and asked if I could get a haircut and an elderly man sitting there told me, "No, appointment only", despite the sign on the door (and claim on here that says they take walk-ins) and the shop being empty. The barber was standing behind him with an empty chair and just looked at me but didn't say anything. I suppose every business has the right to refuse service to whomever they want, but do them and yourself a favor and don't try coming here if you're white, they obviously don't want your service.
