The majority of the menu is a little sweet and it's located in the city of San Francisco on Valencia street and it's called Little Sweet. On a Valencia street stroll I landed at Little Sweet. There are various Little Sweet locations and this one is a little small. I like going to Little Sweet because it has the Taiwan original tasting Boba tea with lots of different flavors. I like the fruits at Little Sweet so I grabbed the Watermelon and Strawberry Slush and it was not too sweet and it was refreshing. I also had the avocado smoothie which was smooth and a bit savory but tasty. I also recommend their Mango Sago which you can add the salted cheese foam. They also have Passion Fruit Green Tea with double cheese foam like some in SF. If you like it sweet and then sour they have the Honey Lemon juice. This is the spot to get delicious boba teas. We visited the Little Sweet shop on Valencia Street San Francisco Mission District why waiting for our new dogs lab work at Mission Pet Hospital a block away. It was 4 pm on a Monday afternoon in Late March 2026 and no body was at the shop. No one greeted us as we entered and approached the self serve kiosk and placed our orders. Was a bit confusing and strange minimalistic atmosphere and bare. No sitting. No other customers. Quite. We waited what seemed for about 15-20 minutes. I wasn't impressed in my cream ice coffee. No interaction with the server. Strange experience. We were in front of the Little Sweet and it had a huge crowd on a 3 pm on a Saturday following our visit. Well at least somebody likes it. An exciting new spot for boba on Valencia! I'm very happy Little Sweet has another location in San Francisco. This is right on Valencia, and makes for a great spot to swing by hanging out or grabbing dinner elsewhere on the street. They have been soft-opened for quite a while. For this visit, I went for their actual grand opening of the store, on a Friday morning. Interior is small, and very much just grab and go with no seating (though this could change after their grand opening rush). At the store, you can order via the two touch screen kiosks, or a QR code, or at the counter. I may have missed it, but I didn't see a menu readily available for viewing while waiting around, but they have a full menu online on their website and you'll see all the options on the kiosk too. Staff call your name when your order is ready. Staff were friendly and very welcoming, and did a great job with the huge crowd shuffling through the store. I ordered three drinks: black sugar fresh milk with boba (what I consider their signature as it's all over their ads), the fresh fruit tea, and a mango sago. All were great. Boba here is chewy and has a nice texture. I like Little Sweet less for the tea flavor (there's better spots for if you love rich tea flavors) and more for all the other ingredients that make boba a fun drink (the toppings, fruit, etc). The spot at Valencia is just like all other Little Sweets in SF and if you're familiar with other locations, the Valencia one will feel right at home. read more

Stopped by Little Sweet for a quick drink while walking down Valencia. The shop is cute, quite small, and doesn't seem to have seating. The self-order kiosks were easy to use and the drink prices seemed reasonable/ on par with other local boba shops. I opted to order a jasmine tea with 50% sweetness, light ice, and agar boba. The drink was alright, the flavor wasn't bad, but I wasn't a fan of the agar boba. The texture was more like fruit juicy boba that you add to fro-yo, instead of actual boba. I think I should've ordered a different drink, but am glad I got to try out Little Sweet. I may want to return to try out the soft serve next time. read more

I'm very happy this spot opened up on Valencia. I absolutely love their waffle and Iron Buddha hot tea. My only feedback is adding a menu so that people aren't forced to view their menu only on the self order kiosk. But I'm pretty sure they're still settling in and getting everything set up. Terrible service. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't even give me his name or an email to file a complaint. He stated to go look for it online and I just needed to change my drink order. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I never consumed my drink and asked to change it to a different one. It was okay but a bit more milk forward than I would have liked, so the tea flavor did not really stand out. I live pretty close by, and visit little sweet often. I'll say, this place is solid, they stand out in having extremely rich creamy organic milk that is just a "little sweet". I love it, but the down side of this place is that the default/normal sweet is already less sugar, so if you order any drink with 25-75% of the sweetness, you end up with basically just milk with no flavoring. I'm guessing they don't add sugar, and the sugar is in the flavoring, so less sweet = less flavor sadly. I ordered the organic milk black sugar boba with 50% sweetness and ended up with a cup of milk with boba. Honestly, kind of infuriating, because they have a model of "no customer service" and order at the kiosk, and this highlights the weakness of saving money by removing a dedicated cashier/service person. Like, if i was working there, I'd recommend to folks trying to keep their boba without reasonable calories to choose an alternative milk instead of reducing the sugar. But like the other reviews, there's not much support at this place. I think all the drinks are great as is with the default options, but you're left with a high calorie drink which should be considered a meal. The drinks alternative drinks that don't rely on their "little sweet" modality are fine. Overall exceptional signature boba but if you deviate from their menu specialities/defaults, you'll probably have a less good experience. read more

Ordered the high mountain rose milk, tea, and it was awful tasting. It had no flavor and was bitter despite requesting 100% sweet. I told the staff member working in the front and she offered different excuses as to why it tasted bland. I asked her if she could please remake it which she did and the second milk. I just moved in around the corner and was excited to try Little Sweets, but this ended up being the worst customer service experience I've had in San Francisco. There was no physical menu displayed, so I asked to see one. An employee told me the menu was "on the iPad." I explained that I recently had eye surgery and can't see very well. His response was, "Sorry, I can't help you then." That was it--no effort to assist, no alternatives offered, nothing. I was honestly shocked by how dismissive and unaccommodating the interaction was. I really like little sweet and normally go to Japan town location. But today I went to this one cuz it's closer to my work. I would say the customer service is terrible. First of all I tried to call to order, she just said order online and cut my call. I'm already felt like what the hell?! Secondly this store location is really hard to park. So that makes it harder to get a boba here. When I arrived at the store, there's only 1 girl was working. I tried to order with the screen that was in front of her and she asked me what I'm doing and immediately tried to stop me and asked me to use another screen that was full of people. I normally ordered directly with the employee at Jp town location with my phone number. So I told her I want to put in my phone number and order then she walked away said one second. And started to ignore me and keep doing drinks. I mean.. she was doing nothing at first and jumped to stop me, I was so shocked. She then tried to make piled up orders and totally ignore me that is waiting for her. She never looked at me again while I was waiting and she's very slow on making drinks, but orders are keep coming. I gave up in the end and get no boba...At the mean time there's an another girl in the kitchen and just standing in the kitchen as well, drinking her boba and doing nothing. She just watched, not helping the other girl even it was obviously she's too slow and needs a hand. Not sure if she works there cuz she didnt wear uniform. Very odd and unprofessional.
