I write this three years later, though I should've made it sooner. I actually tried Little Sweet on my first date with my now boyfriend and we got there an hour or so before closing. The lights outside really set for such a cute twilight mood and though that wasn't the main point of their shop, it was a cute detail. You order off an ipad and wait for your order, pretty typical of most shops nowadays. I remember there being a short line as well, so it seems they are a busy boba shop! The drinks themselves were delicious based on what I remember, I recall their boba being perfectly chewy and not soggy despite getting there so close to closing. I happened to be in the area so I ordered in person at the kiosk (very minimal service interaction if any). Easy to order, waited outside since they have a few street benches, and it was ready under 10 minutes. Their white gourd milk tea with added mini sago is my favorite! For that alone, I'd like to give them a 4/5 but... One thing I'd not recommend was their soft serve swirl. For $5, I got half empty cup and it looked sad. Grandkids wanted a Boba after dinner. Since we were on the Richmond side we stopped at Little Sweet. This location has terrible ambiance. There are boxes stacked everywhere! The display case of avocados and fruits had moldy items and needs to be cleaned out! Maybe the staff standing around should pick out the moldy ones to toss out? Instead of the boxes stacked all over, maybe a few chairs so people waiting can sit? It's basically a grab and go Boba spot. You order on a self-serve tablet so there is no interaction with the staff. Lack of effort and attention from the staff that is just standing in the back waiting for you to order on the tablet. Found this when we finished our lunch and try to find boba shop around the area. It is little shop where you order via touch screen kiosk. It is small store where and doesn't have any table for seating. Once you ordered pretty much tou have to step outsidem. We ordered couple boba drink and all are good. The fruit tea is refreshing but it has more chunk of fruit than the liquid so you will finish fast We order 50% sweetness which I think is the right one. read more

I found the mango matcha to be lacking in some ways--the mango was tart and the matcha wasn't too strong. Though the boba was warm and chewy making it enjoyable. My companion's drink was pretty sweet and florally. He said it tasted like a tootsie roll and after that, I couldn't un-picture it. The drinks here are definitely on the pricier side. As my boyfriend and I were looking for a Boba spot on the way to the Golden Gate dog park, we found this particular little place had really good reviews. As we walked in, it's a little spot with hardly any parking in front, but luckily, there was a five minute parking spot that opened up just before the car dealership parking. Lol. They had so many fresh fruit items stored in their display case I decided to get a fruit smoothie. I got the tropical smoothie and my boyfriend got a jasmine milk tea. He really liked how much Boba was in his milk, tea and my fruit smoothie didn't taste over Sugary or sweet. You can order by scanning a QR code, or you can use their touchtone kiosk as the people stand somewhat in the back. They were organizing their new products and getting their new shipment situated since no one was ordering when we got there. After we ordered, it seemed like a bunch of people showed up. Lol, there's not much of a sitting area and they have this interesting open bay window section that I almost walked through thinking it was an odd door but there's an actual door to the far left of the store.
