So, I want to give a shout out to the variety of flavors, I always appreciate a shop bringing unique flavors. Also it's a totally virtual ordering experience if you like that, which I do; very quick and seamless. That said, the flavors were good, but maybe too creamy? Totally lost any tea flavor we would've tasted. Also the boba was wack

I'm not exaggerating when I I saw that this is the best boba spot I've ever tried. The mango sago was delicious and I love the taste of sago. I recommend adding ice cream to complete the experience. Trying this was seriously a religious experience. 13/10 must try.

Grandkids wanted a Boba after dinner. Since we were on the Richmond side we stopped at Little Sweet. This location has terrible ambiance. There are boxes stacked everywhere! The display case of avocados and fruits had moldy items and needs to be cleaned out! Maybe the staff standing around should pick out the moldy ones to toss out? Instead of the boxes stacked all over, maybe a few chairs so people waiting can sit? It's basically a grab and go Boba spot. You order on a self-serve tablet so there is no interaction with the staff. Lack of effort and attention from the staff that is just standing in the back waiting for you to order on the tablet. No greeting no nothing! Owner should really clean up this place and make it more inviting. The tea flavor drink was okay but I was turned off by this place.

Such a boba girly and this one was amazing! I'm normally pretty picky with the boba texture but this was perfect! My bestie and I loved coming here! We decided it's our go to boba spot when in town! It's also located in such a cute spot!

5 stars for the drinks and waffles! However this location is drowning in boxes..not pleasant to look at. They're stacked everywhere you look. They should just put chairs inside for people waiting for their order instead. No ambiance. Chocolate waffle was tasty! And I also got a watermelon strawberry fruit tea with salty cheese foam, lychee jelly and boba. I'm a huge fan of fruit teas and this one was pretty great:)

Found this when we finished our lunch and try to find boba shop around the area. It is little shop where you order via touch screen kiosk. It is small store where and doesn't have any table for seating. Once you ordered pretty much tou have to step outsidem. We ordered couple boba drink and all are good. The fruit tea is refreshing but it has more chunk of fruit than the liquid so you will finish fast We order 50% sweetness which I think is the right one.

Got the watermelon slush again. The service is fast and the shop is very dim and cool looking

Little sweet like its namesake is a nice drink place that isn't too sweet. I enjoyed the drink and dessert. The egg waffle not too bad either. I have my preference. Service is super friendly.

What happened to their large boba display outside?! Pretty much my go to option in the area. Everything else closes too early and I'm not a big fan of e tea so Little Sweet it is. Pretty easy ordering experience with their two kiosks. Drinks came out quick. This is a pretty serviceable option.

    12/20/24 FYI. Lots of fruit

Quality/Quantity - My daughter's go to for boba when we are in the city. She got her usual - Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba. Must be good as we continue to come here time and time again. Atmosphere - Small local shop. Take out only. Metered street parking, good luck. Actually, we had no problems today. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 10pm or 11pm. Service - Self service kiosks. Well two self service kiosks, did you always have two? I used to remember there was a line for your one kiosk. I also noticed split cups today, great service; was this an extra charge? Price - $6.10; very reasonably priced and the price has not gone up within the last two years! Thank you! Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2012 and now with your 8 locations.

Don't usually go for boba but we chose the boba ice cream with the waffle. It was SO GOOD! And huge! Highly recommend, flavors were awesome.

Solid place for boba. I've tried multiple drinks from here, and service is always quick. The drinks have strong tea flavor and aren't too sweet (hence the name). There's no seating inside as it's a grab and go spot.

    Are you open memorial day?

What product do they use for the default non-dairy creamer?

Does anyone have any idea what a black milk tea with fresh milk boba and crema would amount to caloricakly..the crema is delicious..how many more calories does it add?? TIA

If you ask for the zero sugar option..isn't there still a lot of sugar in the boba, syrup, or whatever..does grass jelly have much sugar?..I'm trying to reduce the glucose storm caused by a full sugar drink, made with powder..I ask for fresh milk .

Yes the boba and grass jelly are soaked with a little syrup. And Little Sweet does not use powder in their drinks. It's literally just brewed tea and milk

What are the non-dairy milk options? What is usually used by default (milk creamer, whole milk, etc.)?

Non dairy options include soy and almond with a 50 cent surcharge. I'm guessing creamer is the default because whole milk is also an alternative option for 50 cents.

Is the white gourd milk tea vegan?

So supposedly the white gourd milk tea is just winter melon milk tea and supposedly they use non dairy creamer. So from what I'm told by the workers it seems like it's vegan free .

    Open on thanksgiving?

    Yes! 12 to 7 pm!

I walked about 30 minutes and arrived too early as the store did not open until noon. I walked out to Geary Blvd. and there was a lot of construction as I explored the area. I returned with only 14 minutes left before opening. The lady opening the store was raising the blinds on the windows facing the street. She unlocked the door shortly after noon and directed me to the kiosk to order. I knew I wanted the peach oolong milk tea at 75% sweet with no ice. It had been quite windy on the walk. Because of a coconut allergy in the family I had to ask if the popular mango pomelo sago had any coconut. Unfortunately, it has coconut (milk or oil?). As soon as I heard coconut, it was a no go. I wasn't familiar with pomelo and the lady told me it was like grapefruit. I still wanted to order a mango drink and went instead with the mango smoothie also 75% sweet with less ice. The customer following me asked about alternative milks which they do have. I overheard that they have oat and almond milk. Both drinks were excellent. The milk tea was not too sweet and I appreciated the peach bits in the drink. The mango smoothie was really creamy.

The menu seemed pretty standard with classic milk and fruit teas with a few seasonal specialties. We placed our order at the kiosk and waited almost 15 minutes for our drinks despite being the only customers in the shop. I ordered the mango pomelo sago drink since it was one of the few caffeine-free drinks on the menu, and it was tasty! The mango + pomelo + milk was an unexpected combination, but the sweet + tangy + creamy flavors paired together surprisingly well. I also liked the textural elements from the sago and fresh pomelo and mango. My mom and brother also really liked their fruit teas, so we will most likely be back soon.

I don't normally drink a lot of boba, but vacations are for treating yourself, right? The crème brûlée milk tea was basically dessert in a cup. You could actually taste and chew on little bits of torched caramelized sugar throughout the drink. The boba itself was perfectly cooked, soft and chewy. And then there was pudding in there too! Every sip had me going "ooh" and "ahh" as I discovered another delicious texture. The only downside was that the drink only comes in one size, and it was a bit too much for me. I was genuinely sad that I couldn't finish it. That's one of the reasons I don't order boba very often. I can eat way more food than I can drink liquid for some reason. But I'd happily return to Urban Ritual to work my way through more of their milk tea menu the next time I'm in San Francisco.

We didn't have to wait in line to order, but all of the tables inside were packed. I was in need of something light and refreshing, so I decided to try the lychee IPA (non-alc). My drink was prepared promptly, and it immediately quenched my thirst. The lychee flavor tasted fresh, and its sweetness was tempered by the subtle hops flavor. The drink was also lightly carbonated with just the right amount of fizz. The menu wasn't as extensive as those of the larger, more established boba shops, and I wish there had been more fruit-flavored teas - especially for the summer. Nevertheless, I can't wait to try other tea varieties on my next visit.

She explained there may have been a mistake with one of the selected options in the app and even acknowledged that she understood if the drink could not be remade, but wanted to ask anyway. The reason for this review is to address the lack of consideration and customer service from the hispanic male staff member working that night. Instead of listening to the concern, the staff was dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying things like "all I do is press these buttons" and "this is what you ordered," without acknowledging the customer's experience or concern about the quality of the drink. Although the drink was eventually remade, the staff did so while visibly frustrated, slamming cabinets and displaying negative energy throughout the interaction. It created an uncomfortable experience, especially considering how polite and understanding the customer had been. Customer service and basic courtesy matter just as much as the product itself. Unfortunately, after witnessing that interaction, I do not plan on returning. Please teach your staff to be polite and understanding.
