The phone ordering person is very rude, hard to understand, and doesn't know basic phone etiquette. I placed an order referencing a previous order and 50 minutes later called the restaurant since my order hadn't arrived. The phone guy said that I said "pickup" when in fact I said "reference previous order" (which meant the food along with mode of delivery). He had an attitude and told me it would be 20 minutes on top of the 50 minutes I was already waiting. The food is good but I will NOT be ordering from this place again. Either use an app or have someone with better communication skills manage delivery orders because no one needs to deal with attitude and delays for a simple delivery order. There are too many other good deserving restaurants worthy of our business. read more

Didn't find the staff to be friendly, the summer rolls were mostly lettuce, the massaman chicken was salty and literally had only 5 small pieces of chicken for $18. Giving three stars because I have previously really enjoyed this place. Today I was passing through Chappaqua and stopped to get dumplings for lunch as a treat because I usually really love their dumplings. Unfortunately, they must have changed their recipe, the dumpling wrapper was a thick, doughy congealed mess and the chicken filling had a bizarre after taste I could barely finish one- nothing like how these typically taste for this place. I don't want to leave a horribly negative review because times are tough but they definitely need to return to their old recipe for the price. read more

This place is wonderful!! The decor is so cute and the food is really wonderful. The spice in the chicken Penang curry was awesome, and the veggie spring rolls and curry puffs were fantastic appetizers! Just as good as any Thai food in NYC. Very fast and pleasant service, too. read more

We get takeout or delivery every week or two. We discovered the dishes we like. My son and his family recently visited. We ordered our usual they ordered new dishes which they didn't like. I didn't taste them so I can't judge. We are about to order our usual favorites tonight. Generally, the food arrives as I hang up. read more

Hands down, LTK has the best Drunken Noodles in all of Upper Westchester. I would also highly recommend the Basil Chicken as well. The prices are definitely on the high side, but I think those two dishes in particular are worth it. read more

The food is good -- but it should be since the prices are rather more expensive than other local Thai restaurants as other reviewers have noted. The reason that I'm giving 1 star is that on multiple occasions recently they promised a delivery time and then showed up massively late. This evening, they estimated a delivery delay of 65 minutes at the time I ordered -- which turned into 90 minutes -- which turned into 2 hours -- I guess I'll be eating Thai food for breakfast tomorrow!! Someone needs to tell the management that this is the age of Covid!! Waiting this long for delivery is the equivalent of waiting all night inside of a restaurant to get the waiter's attention. Ordered Duck GInger Salad for delivery. Arrive with barely any meat. Certainly not enough for a meal. When we complained the response was we'll give you more meat next time you order this dish. To add insult to injury the site (and invoice) quoted a $3 delivery fee. But when the food arrived they charged $5. No offer was made to rectify. read more

This restaurant deserves more credit than it is getting; check out the reviews from the Greenwich location. Food is always fresh and tasty, our 'go to' is the cashew chicken. Super disappointed. I've given this place tons of chances to redeem itself. Last order, they skimped on pretty much everything: they reduced the number of items while charging their usual prices. Their pia pod sog was nothing but iceberg lettuce, nothing else. I requested spicy for my entre and it was mild at best. The other entre was meh. And lastly, the attitude of the employees is disappointing. Is a smile, greeting, and have a "nice night" too much to ask? I love Thai food and eat a fair amount. Little Thai Kitchen is by far the best Thai restaurant in Westchester / Fairfield region. Atmosphere is fine - nothing wrong but nothing special. But the care and expertise they put into their cuisine is at the level of a much higher end restaurant. Really great find if you love Thai food. read more

Some critical reviews here, which confuse me because the food was great. Came for lunch and service was great; attentive but not intrusive. I had the Chicken Pad Woon Sen which was less than $10 and delicious. We only ordered the "must try" dishes off the menu. I'm looking forward to trying more of it. Give this place a shot. read more

Went here for dinner and ordered the Pad Thai. I have been to multiple Thai restaurants. I love Thai food and I have actually been to Thailand. If you are looking for a good Thai restaurant, DO NOT come here! The Pad Thai here is absolutely the WORST Pad Thai I have ever had! I took 3 bites and just couldn't continue to eat it. I told the waitress that the Pad Thai was terrible, and she told me that the Pad Thai was their signature dish. I can't believe that a dish this horrible is their signature dish. Definitely not a good signature dish. Even though I had clearly stated that I did not enjoy the Pad Thai at all, she charged me anyway! I have been to other restaurants where I have complained about the food and they did not charge me for it since I did not enjoy it. The service here was mediocre, and the prices are a bit high considering that the food here isn't that great. Definitely do not recommend dining here. read more

This rating is only for takeout. Just got a lunch takeout from here, the food is authentic and fresh, but quite salty. Although this place looks like a takeout restaurant on the outside, the inside is certainly not, it is cozy and well decorated. Pricing and quality of food are also restaurant level. While the waitress seems friendly, service at the register was very cold, disinterested at helping you. It's obvious that this is a beloved place by the locals. They used a plastic container that separates the rice from the saucy dish, which is good. But the poor rating is for the service and the following: for Thai cuisine, the freshness and crunchy textures are very important, I'm surprised that the spring roll was stuffed on top of the rice in the same container, made very soggy and chewy by the steam from hot rice. They could have simply placed it in a small wax paper bag. It didn't come with any utensils at all, no napkins, no chili sauce. I just hope that the owner will read this and put a little love into the takeout service. A tiny change goes a long way. Moving into town from Tribecca, I'm happy to find a good authentic Asian restaurant here, and hope to come here more often. read more

I went here to have dinner with my family. I ordered my favorite Thai dish, Beef Pad Thai. It was terrible. The beef was super tough like rubber, and the overall taste was horrible. I took two bites and had to stop eating. I was looking forward to eating my meal, but was very disappointed with it. The prices were a bit high considering that the food I ordered wasn't good. This is perhaps the worst customer service I've ever encountered in a takeout setting. We have dined here since the restaurant's opening, and have not experienced a single satisfactory meal. After multiple mistakes on the behalf of the establishment, not once was a refund or apology offered. On top of it all, the prices are exorbitant and the quality of the food just isn't that good. Though we gave it one last shot this evening, we will NOT be returning to this restaurant and I advise each and everyone to avoid it as well. read more
