Matcha latte with egg gummy on top
    Stephanie W.

Came here for brunch and got the matcha drink with a cute little egg on top, honey garlic wings, soft shell crab pasta, and the strawberry soufflé pancake. The pancake took a while to come out but I didn't mind that since we ate the others first. I liked the strawberry with the pancake a lot! The soft shell crab pasta was also really good.

The food and drinks here are definitely worth the visit! The strawberry soufflé pancakes were incredible--super fluffy, light, and perfectly sweet. I also highly recommend the rose and lychee drink; the flavor profile is floral and refreshing. It took a little while for us to get our order in, but the quality of the sweets and cocktails made up for the wait. The ambiance is modern and minimalist, which I liked because it lets the food be the star of the show

We came here for dessert and it was pretty empty. The staff were super nice and patient. We order the jasmine ice cream bowl and black sesame croffle. The jasmine ice cream has a strong jasmine aroma to it. It taste pretty light and not too sweet. The black sesame croffle was really good. The croffle was the perfect texture and not too dry. The black sesame adds a good flavor to the ice cream and croffle. Overall, would come back for the desserts.

a cute little brunch spot with a nice variety of menu items- sweet, savory, salty, they have it all. my friend and I over ordered as per usual and got: little uluh burger: 8.5/10 hainan chicken: 8.5/10 strawberry soufflé: 8/10 the little uluh burger is super juicy and flavorful, def add the fries! my friend says she still thinks about the hainan chicken, but I didn't think it was mind blowing. still yummy tho! the strawberry soufflé is one of their most popular items and required a 20 minute wait. it was a nice end to our brunch, but I think we were too full to enjoy it fully. the staff are super attentive and it wasn't crowded, no need for a reservation!

Located near St Marks, Little Uluh is both a restaurant and a quick stop to grab a drink. They have a booth at the front where you can order a drink to-go, but they also have a restaurant if you walk a bit further, where you can sit down. If you sit down at their restaurant, then there's an order minimum that you must meet for each person. Service here is good. The interior is also spacious and there's plenty of seating. My friend and I originally just came in for their drinks, and so we got two matchas. But, once we found out there was a minimum, we ordered their strawberry souffle pancake. The drinks were good but definitely way too sweet for me (and I don't think I would get it again). But, their souffle pancake was really good. Super fluffy and eggy and not too sweet. I would definitely come back to try their savory food items!

Came with friends after lunch elsewhere to get the matcha souffle pancake. We sat down but there is a minimum of $15 per person for table service so we got up and ordered it to go. It takes about 15-20 mins but was delicious!!! Super light and fluffy. The pancake also is a little eggy (which I love but not everyone else does) and not too sweet. The matcha cream was also light but not too sweet and very matcha forward. Highly recommend!

Love the light airy taste of the soufflé. It was the best brunch, I will be sure to return. The service was pleasant and welcoming.

Walked by this place one night after grabbing pizza and decided to come in after recognizing the name! My friend and I tried the strawberry souflee which takes about 20 minutes to make and both grabbed some tea. The dessert was deliciously fluffy and not super sweet. Def great combo for a rainy cold day in nyc. The venue is medium sized and it's pretty quiet as of now it's a great place to hang. Waiters are friendly. Overall a good experience, but it is a bit on the pricey side!

    Zang zang bolognese
    Tiffany H.

Came after 3pm on a weekend with no wait to be seated. Ordered the zang zang bolognese and the strawberry soufflé pancakes. I opted to order my drink at the front and got a strawberry matcha which I enjoyed. The matcha was bitter alone and blended well into the sweetness of the strawberry milk. I was surprised to see the zang zang bolognese come out as a baked dish with melted cheese at the top. It reminded me of the baked spaghetti and rice dishes from a cha chan tang (HK style diner). This was a pretty deep dish and was filling. The strawberry soufflé pancakes were just chef's kiss. The texture was fluffy, the cream reminded of the cheese foam flavor in drinks, and there were fresh and dried strawberries. I would come back to eat this alone. Overall really enjoyed the food and the ambience and was a great place to eat and yap for hours.

    Sunny side up matcha latte
    Stephanie C.

Walked in for a weekday lunch lured by the poster outside advertising a bubble tea with oats (I'm still sad that Gong Cha stopped offering oats as a topping). The space was dimly lit and clean. We put our tea orders in right away--uluhuluh milk tea and sunny side up matcha latte--and, after some deliberation, we decided on a corn and cheese appetizer, an egg souffle that the server warned us would take about 30min, and a fried chicken sandwich. Both drinks were great, good chew on the tapioca and a strong black tea flavor with a welcome hint of bitterness for the uluhuluh milk tea. The sandwich arrived first and after about 30min, the server told us that the souffle had collapsed under the weight of the toppings (relatable tbh) and asked if we'd like a different dish to replace it. The server also offered a complimentary beverage for the wait which was very considerate. For the dish, we went with the salmon ochazuke rice which was delivered quickly and was served by pouring a light tea broth on top. It was a comforting bowl that my friend mentioned tasted like a Ghanaian soup from her childhood. The chicken sandwich was excellent, great flavor with my only note being that the slaw could've been a little drier to help maintain the integrity of the sandwich. I would happily stop in again to try other menu items, food and bubble tea alike.

Came here for lunch on a weekday. Food, service, and ambiance were all great. We enjoyed all of the dishes we ordered. My drink was a 10/10, I ordered one of the non-caffeinated refresher drinks with a foam topping. One Star less is because I agree with other reviews that it is a bit overpriced for what it is. However, that won't stop me from returning because I think there aren't many nice "brunch" places like this in the area.

We came with a big group and the staff were really accommodating to all our requests. Food and drinks were really good. Loved the soft shell crab pasta.

    Honey comb soufflé pancake
    Andrew C.

Heard about this place that had great soufflé pancakes so decided to give this place a whirl for brunch! I read that there were usually waits on weekends so I came at 10:50am on a weekend, waited 10 minutes and got seated as soon as they opened. The staff were very friendly informing me of opening time as well as seating me before my party all came. We ordered the honeycomb soufflé pancake, a boba, chicken and pancake, and a side of truffle fries. They informed us soufflé pancakes take at least 20 minutes so definitely order that first if you're indecisive about the rest of the menu. The fries came first. There was a good taste of truffle and the fries were crispy but not overly to the point it's just dry. Pancakes and chicken came out next. The pancakes were so soft and fluffy and was great with or without the syrup (I have a giant sweet tooth so it tastes better with to me) and the chicken was juicy. My only gripe was that the chicken was also sweet? Not sure if it's by design but I can see some being put off by the overabundance of sweetness. The soufflé pancake came last and it looked as good as it tasted. It was so airy and fluffy yet dense at the same time. Definitely worth the wait. The honeycomb pieces though are also very sweet, just a heads up. Would love to come back and try the other pancake and items on the menu such as the burger and pastas.

Be aware that the lighting is dim and the background noise is loud! The front bar room is so loud that you have to shout with your guest. Our party of 6 was seated in a tiny booth which we had to ask for an additional chair to accommodate us. Service (5/5): We were able to get someone's attention to order and we were refilled on water often. The food was organized by appetizers and entrees that arrive all at the same time. The wait between ordering and food felt reasonable to short. The waiter also specified that certain dishes quantity (i.e. potstickers) could be increased to accommodate our party size for an extra cost. Food (5/5): TLDR; every dish was honestly SO good; I was surprised and will rank the items by 'must get' to skippable: Short Rib Bao Bun (3 pc): The short rib was so tender and flavorful. The bao bun was soft. The sauce was thick and worked well with the short rib. Pork Potstickers (5 pc): I preferred this over the lobster and scallion dumplings. The exterior skin is pan-fried with a nice glaze, hint of truffle. The bite was umami from the creaminess of the Parmigiano Reggiano. Chicken Satay (3 pc): The 3 pieces of chicken were relatively large, very tender, seasoned well. They were well complemented with the peanut sauce that is worth keeping to dip into other things! Don't sleep on the side of spicy cucumber salad, which was so well balanced in tartness and flavor. Pad Thai: This is one of the best Pad Thai I've ever had! The flavors are bursting, with a balance of sweetness, nuttiness from the peanuts, and tartness from a squeeze of lime. Peking Duck for 2: This dish is definitely more than enough for our party of 6 and appeared to be a half serving of the whole duck. The duck pieces are pre-cut for us to self-assemble into the wraps (not the usual bao bun but like thin tortilla wraps). I think I counted 8 wraps? Triple Pork Fried Rice: The rice has a lot of depth and generous chunks of pork. The rice is thicker than regular jasmine with a more chew which I liked. Dragon Tail Spare Ribs: Although this has a nice flavor, handling with your fingers makes them super sticky for your whole dining experience. The restaurant should give out wet towelettes if this dish is ordered!! Meat was tender and easy to chomp off the bone. Tuna Tartare: A small quarter-sized tartare dollop is served atop a small cube bread. The fish was fresh, presentation was beautiful. Was hoping for more tartare for the price point but it was very good. Overall, the dish was not filling so would skip if the party is hungry. Lobster and Scallop Dumplings: Great flavor with reasonable chunks of meat inside. Just preferred the potstickers a lot more! Bok Choy: Pieces were chopped in half and cooked with a nice crunch. Topped with something that gave it more texture. The garlicy taste was forward (in a good way). Rainbow Roll: While it was fresh and the individual pieces were large in portion, this felt like any other sushi roll. Skip this! Side of White Rice is $9?!
