    Super Lemon Drink

Had the Super Lomon drink. It was refreshing and sweet. Cost 6.50. Service was quick and plenty of seating

I decided to try this place out while walking around Chinatown. Everything here is so good! I got the pink strawberry snow and I love the real strawberry pieces and strawberry foam. My friend got a lemon drink and it was so refreshing! There is seating inside and I like how you can order from the kiosk. Everything came out quickly. I would love to come back and try their other drinks!

No complaints this was nice :) I went in with some prior experience at the flushing location but it felt a bit lackluster since it was end of day and most items were already sold out. But I was pleasantly surprised when I came this time. I asked questions about drinks and got explanations, staff were helpful. There's seating and it's clean. The music isn't too loud but it is a bit hard to have quiet conversation in this space. For the food, pastries are delicious :) I think the tarts live up to the hype. Crispy edges, custard is delicious and smooth. Will definitely be back! As for drinks I tried the pink snow and I like the tea forward flavor but if you're a fan of strawberry it might be a bit light. Personally it was perfect for me as I don't want too tart flavors for my drink.

Didn't know they had Naisnow location in Chinatown 303 Grand St, New York, NY Their pastries looks okay, but i was more curious about their drinks. I was debating from blueberry or berry. I end up getting the berry one. Strawberry pro bottle a layered drinkable yogurt. 1st layer fresh strawberries 2nd layer creamy yogurt 3rd layer Chewy Oat Popping Boba 4th layer strawberry smoothie. Very refreshing until my fiance end up drink most of it . I should have gotten 2 different drinks Definitely will come back to try their blueberry drink.

Let me paint the scene: you are walking on Grand Street, ready to chow down on some Chinatown bites. You walk past NaiSnow and you stop dead in your tracks because the smell of their buttery, fresh egg tarts grabbed you by the collar. I've been to this particular NaiSnow several times and their egg tarts and drinks never disappoint. The caramel egg tarts are always flaky, custardy and delicious and their teas are refreshing and very tea forward. I particularly love their super orange drink, a refreshing mix of oranges and other citruses blended with their Jasmine tea base. There's a couple of counters that you can stand at and a few tables and seats in the back. The staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

The egg tart scene in New York City definitely got more competitive with Naisnow in the mix. They have a delicious lineup of egg tarts here: tiramisu, matcha tiramisu, blueberry, strawberry, and classic caramel. While the tiramisu topped ones offered a great contrast in texture and flavor, my favorite was still the classic caramel, which was the base for all the variations. The shell was flaky and crispy, which provided a solid base for the creamy egg custard that was just the right thickness to offer maximum satisfaction with each bite. They also have additional pastry items such as the pistachio cream horn, which tasted nice and fresh. Now let's talk about the drinks. Yes, they have your regular boba tea and mango sago drink. However, do yourself a favor and try the more unique offerings here such as their signature super avocado drink. It's a creamy avocado based smoothie that combines kale, tea, chia seeds, and oat popping boba that's satisfying and nutritious. They have similar versions of these in strawberry and blueberry that are also worth a try. Overall, this location is nice and clean. The staff is also friendly and quick with service.

I'm really digging the pop-up of new non traditional bubble tea places. When I saw that NaiSnow was doing a promotion for a but one get one half off matcha drink, I knew I had to try. Interior of the store was very modern looking. Pastries were stored in cases at the front and you can place your orders at the machine at the front or with the cashiers at the back. The tables were along the side towards the back, seemed like there was a lot of empty space in the front. The music was kind of loud for a place that seems to try to have peaceful decor with the wood and the green packaging and accents. Got the matcha strawberry snow, which was topped with cheese foam. The matcha was very much there in flavor and overall was a very soothing drink. The ice was blended well enough so it was easy to sip through the straw. Staff was friendly and acknowledged that I had to wait a bit. Don't think there were restrooms on premise.

Saw that the line was not too bad so decided to check out. Saw it to the end of the block, earlier in the day. Thought the line moves, there is still a wait, even when you get inside. It is grand opening weekend so they were doing BOGO on 3 drinks which were Matcha Coconut, Super Avocado, and Daily Green Bottle. It's quick to order and my number was called fast as well. I tried the daily green bottle which was kale, green apple, lemon and jasmine tea. I liked that it wasn't strong on the kale. It tastes like a freshing green juice. The super avocado is also tasty. It doesn't taste like avocado at all but more smoothie like. Regret not trying the pastries because they looked so good. Will venture back on a weekday when it is less crowded. Congrats on the grand opening & welcome to chinatown.

Cute little egg tarts with assortment of toppings. We got the set of 6 which makes it slightly cheaper than buying individual tarts. The base egg tart is tasty with a crispy and flaky crust. The tart is light and not too sweet. Since the base is all the same, the topping is the only difference. I like the strawberry one the most. Second, I would choose the matcha tiramisu.

I am a fan, I've heard good reviews about their Portuguese egg tarts and personally I'm not a fan of Portuguese egg tarts cause I've never had any that wow'd me and this one lived up to the hype. Came today and tried their regular one and it was fresh, flaky and everything you want in an egg tart. I didn't try their drinks but they had an extensive menu and there were a lot of jasmine tea and matcha options

Ordered the caramel egg tart & highland tea latte. One of the best egg tarts I've had -- very creamy and crispy! & the tea was great too -- not too sweet & didn't overpower the tea taste!

One of the newest spots in Chinatown, a couple of blocks from the train station in grand street. Came here and got the tiramisu drink, matcha boba & and an egg tart (not pictured). Drinks were about average and nothing too special about them, however the egg start was def the star of the show and I'm mad I didn't get a pic. Bigger than an average egg tart with a super light and flaky yet crispy crust and the egg custard that just melts in your mouth. They also have a matcha flavored egg tart and some other pastries I'd love to try the next time I'm there. Service was good and we got our order in a timely manner. Decent amount of seating available as well

No real interaction with the staff but they are efficient. Place is clean with some space for seating. Funny conversation to eavesdrop on but a couple was on a date and the girl was talking about her psychedelic experience doing mushrooms and an alien god judging her about her network of friends...I normally don't eavesdrop but couldn't help it in such a small sitting area

This location is accessible via A train at 42nd Street Port Authority. Upon arriving there was a woman in front of me arguing with the staff persistently haggling the price to be lowered, but to no avail. Woman, no means no! There are other bubble tea businesses within the locale that may appease your needs, but not this particular Gong Cha whom apologized for the inconvenience of the inability to lower the price on the product ordered. As I waited patiently, I took photos of this business' environment. The staff stated the cash register is not working and currently unable to accept either credit or debit cards, but cash only payments. Ergo, I was unable to obtain a sales receipt nor a drink label printed. I wonder if the staff reboot the register or check their internet connection to be offline as the cause of non-functioning O/O/O. [1] Customer service is average. Well... if the staff can lower the price for one customer why not lower it for ALL customers? Surely, why not make my drink order as inclusion for lowering the price, please? Hell no, of course not! The conclusion was ironclad. In the real world, this cannot happen. As I stood on line waiting for this woman to let go and walk away from her argument I had shrunk to my own gnawing thoughts. I took photos of the atmospheric environment. There is a cute signage: "Bubble tea where refreshment meets creativity." The pink metal water bottle is very adorably cute which is something that I would certainly purchase. Peach green tea, medium $7.25 My favorite default topping grass jelly (aka herbal jelly) loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my standard request for $0.75 which was good, but not served chilled. At 30% sugar level request, it was slightly higher in sugar content. Former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg would shake his head at me in disbelief with disapproval and disappointment for consuming this excessively sugary drink. The peach green tea was not the cause of the sweetness but a man-made sugar embed measurement error. Nevertheless, this Gong Cha satisfied my bubble tea fix as it is now my addiction - in addition to my other addiction, writing. [1] O/O/O = Out Of Order

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.
