I've tried their daily green bottle before and I like it a lot. Some green juices aren't very good, but they make it really well, it's fresh and made with real ingredients. It does have pulp, but it doesn't bother me, more fiber. I also enjoy their egg tarts, the original caramel one is the best flavor, all the other flavors are good but having it in the simplest form is really the best and you get to truly enjoy the custard without any other flavor distractions. The crust is so flaky and so crispy, it's unlike traditional egg tarts in a Chinese bakery. The crust at Nai Snow is similar to the crust of egg tarts at Tea Pulse. It's basically like layered thin croissant layers. So good. Best when eaten warm!! I recommend warming it up for a few minutes in a toaster oven! read more

My friend took me to a unique nyc boba place that also serve egg tarts. I really enjoyed the matcha egg tart as well as the blueberry egg tarts. I should have bought the 6 tart special but since it was my first time here just wanted to taste these first. I loved boba in my childhood and was never crazy about it in adulthood, but NaiSnow is pulling me back in. The signature jasmine tea in their "White Snow" is impeccable, simultaneously rich and creamy while being refreshing on a hot day. It is perhaps the best beverage I've sipped on in 2026. The Cantonese custard tarts are also excellent. While I like the modern updated takes with matcha or tiramisu, the classic is my favorite. No complaints this was nice :) I went in with some prior experience at the flushing location but it felt a bit lackluster since it was end of day and most items were already sold out. But I was pleasantly surprised when I came this time. I asked questions about drinks and got explanations, staff were helpful. There's seating and it's clean. The music isn't too loud but it is a bit hard to have quiet conversation in this space. For the food, pastries are delicious :) I think the tarts live up to the hype. I'm really digging the pop-up of new non traditional bubble tea places. When I saw that NaiSnow was doing a promotion for a but one get one half off matcha drink, I knew I had to try. Interior of the store was very modern looking. Pastries were stored in cases at the front and you can place your orders at the machine at the front or with the cashiers at the back. The tables were along the side towards the back, seemed like there was a lot of empty space in the front. The music was kind of loud for a place that seems to try to have peaceful decor with the wood and the green packaging and accents. Got the matcha strawberry snow, which was topped with cheese foam. The matcha was very much there in flavor and overall was a very soothing drink. The ice was blended well enough so it was easy to sip through the straw. Staff was friendly and acknowledged that I had to wait a bit. Don't think there were restrooms on premise. read more

Saw that the line was not too bad so decided to check out. Saw it to the end of the block, earlier in the day. Thought the line moves, there is still a wait, even when you get inside. It is grand opening weekend so they were doing BOGO on 3 drinks which were Matcha Coconut, Super Avocado, and Daily Green Bottle. It's quick to order and my number was called fast as well. I tried the daily green bottle which was kale, green apple, lemon and jasmine tea. I liked that it wasn't strong on the kale. It tastes like a freshing green juice. The super avocado is also tasty. It doesn't taste like avocado at all but more smoothie like. Regret not trying the pastries because they looked so good. Will venture back on a weekday when it is less crowded. Cute little egg tarts with assortment of toppings. We got the set of 6 which makes it slightly cheaper than buying individual tarts. The base egg tart is tasty with a crispy and flaky crust. I had walked by NaiSnow a few times and remembered that it was a spot I had not tried yet. We were in the area after a candle making class and I was so thirsty. I had their matcha with coconut water, because I needed hydration. This was great. So refreshing and actually the matcha is pretty good for a chain! We stopped by here after dinner. We actually walked by ON the way to the restaurant and was torn about buying the egg tarts first. Luckily, we found out that they opened late (until 9pm?) so obviously, we came back for dessert after dinner. First off - YES, it is pricey. These are probably "luxury" egg tarts. Pretty big, perhaps a little bigger than my hand? We bought a set of them (6) and they packaged them SO nicely. My friend said it was like unwrapping a Hermes bag. We also got the meat floss. I didn't try the meat floss pastries but my friend said it was pretty delicious. Personally, the egg tarts were decadent. It does have a slight caramel top layer. One of the newest spots in Chinatown, a couple of blocks from the train station in grand street. Came here and got the tiramisu drink, matcha boba & and an egg tart (not pictured). Drinks were about average and nothing too special about them, however the egg start was def the star of the show and I'm mad I didn't get a pic. Bigger than an average egg tart with a super light and flaky yet crispy crust and the egg custard that just melts in your mouth. Naisnow on Grand Street just opened on Friday 4/10/2026 after taking over a prior cheesecake (?) store. Unlike the location in Flushing, the line does not wrap around the store and it is still bareable. Naisnow (奈雪) is a global tea and bakery chain found in Shen Zhen, China with over 1900 locations. It is also a publicly traded company. They are known for their square-boxed plastic packaging drinks. It is a little bit more premium than most tea chains.
