    Very cheap quality for it to break this quick

    I will never buy from Living Spaces again. The quality of these pieces are so cheap it's ridiculous. I haven't even had this couch for more than 2 years and this stupid piece already broke off. You can see how cheap this is made by having this as a support holding up a persons weight. I only weigh 180 pounds and this piece of crap already broke. And guess what they won't return it! I went to More furniture down the road and they have way better quality. Don't waste your money here because you'll have to buy another couch a year or 2 later. Complete waste of money and I'm very disappointed. Terrible

    I was very impressed and put at ease upon entering this massive furniture store. The selection and design of the showroom far exceed my expectations. What I liked best was the kind and personal service. Cindy Varela was there with us from start to finish, she was not only patient but extremely knowledgeable and right there to offer that up and to answer our many questions. Impressed I was, I highly recommend checking them out. Even after today's sofa and chair purchase, I will be returning in the future.

    We purchased our sofa from Living Spaces in December 2023. We selected the couch we wanted, picked the fabric and picked out fabric for the pillows. The couches were estimated to arrive February 1st however they got delivered yesterday. The delivery men were nice and did a great job setting up our new couches. I am very pleased with our overall selection and love our new couches. I gave 4 starts because The sales associates were a bit pushy and it was extremely uncomfortable having the woman with the iPad follow us around the entire store while we browsed. If I sat down on a couch to check it out, she would immediately come over with the iPad to talk about fabric and pricing. I did not like that and wish I was given more space to freely browse with my husband without her hovering.

    When Living Space opened by us, folks were somewhat underwhelmed by the quality. Sadly, their less expensive items were cheap and their more moderate priced items were expensive. Sorry. Now almost ten years later, we came away more favorably impressed. Clearly Living Space has figured out what they needed to fix. Yes, they still carry some really inexpensive furniture. But Living Space now offers a more affordable middle market, with several HGTV designers brands. If you like Joanna Gaines' Magnolia brand, or if you are fans of Nate & Jeremia's color patterns and complementary decorating style as we are, then you'll find yourself spending a lot more time here. Btw, both are located on the left as you come in. Mind you, Living Space will never be confused with Arhaus. But then again, I do like what they've done with their brand. Enjoy!

    A late review, but not forgotten. We recently moved to the area and needed to purchase a new living room set. We started our search at La Mirada location but due to not being a local delivery, we made the choice to look for it a nearby store to our new home. We had an idea of what we wanted from what we had seen in the other store. Sasha M. assisted us with the purchase of our new living room. She was very patient with us because we kept bouncing back and forth. She gave us our space and time to make our decision. Once, we made our decision she put together exactly what we saw at the other location. Then when it came to color - she showed us the different swatches in the white color scheme. We chose Elliot Snow and are very happy with our choice. Thank you Sasha and staff for your great customer service.

    Faded couch wrong color

    Living spaces should be a shame of themselves. This is an embarrassment to the corporation of living spaces when I purchased my furniture I was expecting to get what I paid for.. This is not what I paid for. Look at these pics does this color look the same to you No I told Nina and the manager Melissa and Sharon and also the manager from the warehouse where the items comes from in Colton Ca.I asked the manager from Colton Ca. I asked a simple question? Why was this items, placed on the truck ,& deliver to my home he said ma'am I am very but we are out of fabric better yet out of stock I told him that is not my problem. This item wasn't out of stock when I purchased it. Ladies and gentlemen a business like living spaces is not following their own policy I was also told to re-select which I did but still I wasn't able to get that item either I lost $2239 and the warranty department don't want to pick this item up they want me to donate or give it away. I have never had a problem with living spaces before until now and Living spaces stated they will not refund me my money back. BBB will receive a phone call today with the email text contract & pics one thing about me you're not going to play with my money. And provide poor service to my home I am not the one oh no. Please do not do business with Living Spaces. The reviews on yelp is more poor than good I believe they have a 2.1.Ratings WTH folks take your business elsewhere please it's not worth the headache nor stress. I will not be coming back to you e

And bought one that smelled and returned it. I ended up here, buying something different. It has been very comfortable and I really like it. We can finally sleep after months of disrupted uncomfortable sleep. I thought the service was quick and excellent. My only complaint is that upon delivery the bottom of the mattress was ripped by the boys who delivered it. In all honestly I'm sure my cats will get to it at some point, but still... I would definitely buy here again due to the convenience and the easy check out and delivery process.

We asked about financing and he kept saying it's just like a loan but you have to pay it before 3 months to keep the same price or you'll her charged a lot more. I kept asking is it a loan or is it a credit card what is it? He couldn't give me a straight answer but of course my boyfriend decided to follow through and jody insisted on filling out the application for him...later we found out it's a rent to own program where you pay X amount if you pay before 3 months or they charge you triple after that! He said our total would be $800 then it magically said $860 (approximately I don't feel like going through receipts again) so I called him and asked why it went up $60 from the RECEIPT he gave us? He said oh it's just taxes not my problem...WHAT? Why would you give someone an inaccurate receipt? Makes no sense! So here comes delivery...we PAID for delivery it's not a favor so he should follow through on his word! I changed the delivery date to a week earlier and he said yes no problem, so here comes day of delivery and suddenly he can't guarantee it'll be delivered that day? He can't give me an approximate time it'd be delivered so I call him and he answers the phone SUPER RUDELY it's like a whole different person...now that he got the sale he doesn't feel the need to be nice anymore! He pretty much yells at me and tries to make me feel like I'm in the wrong for HIS MISTAKE! To top it all off when I asked what time he says "Maybe today if not tomorrow I guess" I GUESS?! What the actual F...for a business owner he's very unprofessional acting like a teen who doesn't know what they're doing. Finally a day late they deliver our furniture and the SERVICE WE PAID FOR they can't follow through with! These skinny small guys show up and they can't get the couch up to our apartment on their own so my boyfriend has to help them now. Defeating the entire point of paying for the delivery to our apartment (mind you I said it's okay they don't need to assemble since we're on the 3rd floor) so they could've at least done their job alone. We've had our couches for about 3 weeks and the quality is honestly not good! The material is super weak and the cushions are all loose and looked like they've been used for a year already...Overall SUPER disappointing! I considered taking him to small claims court for the delivery fee and additional $60 that "was not his problem" but I honestly don't have time for all that so I figured I leave a review for anyone considering using this guy! If you want to see a narcissist business owner live this is the place guys!

About 10 years ago, I purchased a petite lift chair for my mother, who was 85 years old and about 155 lbs . The chair was wonderful -- comfortable, appropriately sized for a small person, and it lasted for years. My mother is now 95 years old, on hospice, weighs about 90 pounds. When Johnson interior sent me an email saying that they were having a sale I decided to buy my mom the chair again for her body size now. ecause the original chair worked so well, I contacted Johnson Interior to purchase the exact same chair again. Oh When I called, I specifically asked for the same model. When I went into the store to complete the paperwork, the owner showed me color options, including a gray chair color . I agreed to the gray color, believing it was simply the same model petite chair originally purchased. What was delivered was completely different. The new chair is oversized and appears designed for a much larger person It said bariatric size-- not for a frail hospice patient. My mother sinks into it, and the material traps heat. One day when I was caring for her myself and lifted her out of the chair, her back was completely drenched in sweat and her shirt smelt like gas and peroxide. She has bumps on the back of her hair line and her eyes had pink circles around them . When I contacted Johnson Interior, instead of helping resolve the issue directly, I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer myself because "too much time had passed." The problem is, I did not discover how bad the chair truly was until I personally cared for my mother for an afternoon Unfortunately, this was not my first difficult experience with this company. I also purchased a mattress from them that was supposed to be medium firm, but the wrong mattress was delivered. On top of that, finally they picked up the mattress and delivered a firm mattress. Upon receiving the Firm mattress they delivered it took off the cover and then it's the second bedroom so when I went in there like a day later it smelt so bad so I contacted the company and said that it smelt really bad . it had a strong chemical/plastic odor. Again, Johnson Interior directed me to handle the problem with the manufacturer myself. I had to file claims, coordinate inspections, and spend valuable time dealing with the issue while also working full-time and caring for my mother on hospice. Eventually, the manufacturer's inspector confirmed the mattress was defective, and I finally received a refund. My frustration is simple: when a business sells a product, they should stand behind it and help their customers when something goes wrong. Customers should not be forced to chase manufacturers, file claims, and manage the entire process themselves. Caring for a loved one on hospice is already emotionally and physically exhausting. These situations added unnecessary stress during a very difficult time. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend Johnson Interior. I would give no stars but it's not possible to do that. What would be improved how about good customer service and giving grace to people who have busy lives and being honest.
