You know...I was actually nervous about coming here after reading the horrible reviews about their delivery services. A friend of mine recommended Living Spaces though and I decided to check it out anyhoo. One you walk in, you will be greeted by someone who will tell you that none of the employees work on commission. It's a pretty long spiel which made us come to the conclusion that they might not get commission, but some sort of incentive is available to them. We were approached by numerous people who were more than willing to answer questions and show us how the custom couches work. I didn't feel lost at all and was actually very comfortable sitting on couches and finding one that worked best for us. We finally approached a pretty awesome leather couch that was being sold as a floor set at a discount. As we were contemplating between a few different couches, a rep came up to us and definitely got his sales pitch going as we felt pretty pressured. I mean...he became pretty intense with us buying the floor set and it started to feel a little uncomfortable. Don't get me wrong. He was very helpful but went from 0-100 with the pressure. After contemplating whether this was the couch for us, we went ahead with the purchase. We also got a lift coffee table which was a no brainer once we laid eyes on it. The purchase process was simple. He even got management approval to hold our purchases for us until our move in date. We were told that they made an exception as they normally don't do this for a floor set. Anyhoo, we set up a delivery date. The reviews here are fantastic when it comes to customer service but terrible whenever delivery was mentioned. I admit I was pretty nervous...so nervous that I even asked the manager about it. He said, "Don't believe everything you read online" and showed us the surveys he received from recent deliveries. He gave us his personal cell number and said, "Give us a chance. If anything is wrong, call me." I mean, how can you not give them a chance after that? All that worrying for nothing! The day before delivery, I received a text message with the 3 hour window of delivery time. It was super easy to track online. The drivers arrived exactly on time and were super friendly and professional. They set everything up for us and didn't damage any walls or our newly purchased furniture. Everything was checked to make sure it worked. Easy peasy. Mind at ease for any future purchases. Why the 4 stars then? I just thought it was a little pushy when it came to sales although they don't work on commission. Otherwise, I thought everything was amazing! read more

The delivery service associated with Living Spaces is one of the must frustrating services I have ever dealt with. We ordered a new mattress and adjustable frame and set up for delivery on a Saturday with old mattress removal. After setting up the mattress the delivery guys said they did not have to take the old mattress with them. I called the customer service line to which they told me the delivery drivers would be picking up the mattress at the end of their route. They never arrived as promised. On top of missing the removal of the old mattress the set up team left piles of trash and cardboard underneath the newly set up bed. I went it to the San Leandro store that evening to try and work this mess out. A customer service rep called the delivery center Okaying a "rescue delivery" pickup of our old mattress scheduled between 6-12PM on Sunday night. We got a phone call from an automated service around 7 PM saying the driver was en route and would arrive at an estimated time of 10:30PM. This delivery pickup was never made either. Now I have to waste more time and go back to the store and try to fix this mess. I bought a couch before from Living Spaces but picked it up myself, probably where there was no problems. I cannot encourage anyone in good faith to purchase anything from Living Spaces after this current debacle. After spending close to 6k on this bed you would expect the company to hold up their end of the bargain made when purchased. read more

I purchased a fake leather sectional sofa (which they call it a fabric according to their salesperson) from Living spaces at their Fremont, California location. The sales person at the store seemed very nice and assured us during summer time this furniture doesn't feel warm and in winter doesn't feel cold, in which is not true at all since it exactly feels like you are sitting on a piece of plastic and sweating through it. At the store gallery, this sectional furniture looked all lined up without any specing, or one being taller or shorter that the other; it perfectly looked great. Unfortunately I have had 4 times delivery for this item so far since every time one or more pieces doesn't match with the rest of the sectional, like one being shorter or taller than the other, one spacing out, or some pieces doesn't line up from the back or front with the others. The last time before the 4th delivery, customer service assured me that they will deliver the whole sectional and making sure all pieces will match and line up; however not only they didn't send the whole sectional but only 2 pieces that is even looking worse than last time. You can imagine how frustrating it is with all this false promises that this company has provided. Not to say that for every delivery I had to take off from my work for their very poor services. The last email I received from one of their representative was that they can only refund me for the delivery charge which is so unprofessional, like I have to accept their damaged and false merchandise no matter what. The two staff I chatted with were SUPER friendly and helpful, and really took the time and effort to make sure I felt welcome, answering every question I had. They swapped out the forms while we were filling out paperwork and upcharged us to a $500 more expensive version of a couch. Of course, their strict no returns policy prevents them from simply exchanging the cushions for the cheaper ones... So we're stuck with it. Customer service is only there to tell you that you're SOL. I would recommend finding anywhere else more reputable to do business with. Maybe use this place as a showroom to browse for what you like, but do not do business with them. read more

After having a very disappointing experience with my recent transaction at LS Fremont Branch, Umit and Dennis at LS Millbrae redeemed the overall customer experience. We went in and explained that the bunkie boards we needed with our bedroom sets were not ordered as promised and that we had a terrible time trying to address and correct this issue. They were apologetic for the poor customer service and right away Dennis processed the order, waived the delivery fee after getting approval and he was able to get us scheduled for delivery within 3days! Best of all, they were very pleasant and had a genuine "can do" attitude! read more

I've bought my 2 area rugs and a mirror from this location and I still have to get a bunch of little design statement pieces. But I do love coming here. Prices are good. I would give this location a -10 if I could and no stars. Today is July 15th and I bought my couch at the end of March/early April!!! And right now I am fighting for a refund. I went in to buy a couch for my new apt and was tricked into buying a couch that was going to take 3 months for me to get. I was tricked into it by a sales associate trying to make a sale. During the 3 month period I called many times to get updates confused as to why it was taking forever, then i come to find out that it was a custom made couch!? wtf. I was not okay with this when i found out and tried to get a refund then, and the person on the phone said if i cancelled it I would lose 300-400 bucks on it, so i decided to wait it out. 3.5 months later the couch arrives and the imbecile delivery guys can't slide it in through my front apartment door. Went there today to see if we can purchase a couch as we have been browsing for a good while. My family thought we found the right one with the right material, only to be disappointed that the material we wanted was retired from Living Spaces. We ended up seeing if we should get the couch in a different material, but lo and behold, the more we liked something, the more retired the material was, thus Living Spaces does not carry those materials. If you advertise something, please make sure you have it in stock or you pull it out of your damn swatches that you have for customers to look at! It's disappointing to hear after 3 picks that the material is retired and we got sick of hearing that. (Make sure they have the material in stock and have back ups in case they do not. My god that was so annoying) Second complaint is that once my family and I were already contemplating on not getting the couch, the salesman (we didn't catch his name but he was tall and skinny, an older gentleman with a slight European accent at this location) was giving us a lot of attitude after we were deciding on not making a purchase with him. This is by far the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced as a customer in any store. No person should be rude if they don't make a sale because the point you're then telling the customer is that all that matters is the sale at hand, not the customer's loyalty. Third complaint we had was that one of the sales reps didn't know their material well either. He had to kept double checking stuff out with his coworkers. We were then told while we were thinking of purchasing that there was a warranty we could do that was giving us a certain discount off. Now, this sales rep told us one discount while another told us something else. On top of that, theres an extra piece of misinformation that this sales rep gave us and it was about canceling an order if we wanted to. Over all, too many red flags with Living Spaces and I convinced my family to not purchase from them. If the business owner actually reads these things, please train your employees better to not only be more informative but also friendlier to attract customers. This is honestly by far one of the longest reviews I have written and that's a little sad because it's all about complaints of this store. If you have another place to go to, go there. We had a very bad experience with living spaces Fremont and the product they sold us but we needed a sofa urgently and hence decided to go to their other store which is in Millbrae. Not only this guy had all the patience in the world with us while we selected the sofa but also helped us get the free delivery after hearing our last experience and looking at the old sofa condition. He also helped us finalize the sofa which would fit the best as per size of our living room. Regarding the store, its very neat and clean but has less selection than Fremont one. Very big store, contemporary but heavy styles, annoying sales people. I've been here multiple times hoping to find a contemporary light looking tv stand/bed/sofa, you name it. It starts with the huge store which is filled with lots of different furniture pieces. Everywhere you go there is a person who tries to "help you find something." They will not let you browse. As you move from section to section, you'll hear from all of them. This sales team behavior did not enhance my desire to purchase anything. Then the styles. Each style by itself looks contemporary, but overall they all look dark and heavy. Even in the young people section! Moreover, most of them are very expensive and not in stock. Purchased a bed frame, couch and chair and items were just delivered. Our salesman, Reza is fantastic. He truly knows the products and worked hard to get us the product from another store. Prices were very reasonable. Took delivery today. Two gentlemen were AWESOME. One of the products was damaged and he noted it in their system. It was a huge pain to get the couch up our stairs, but they did it VERY well and I made sure to take care of them properly. Just got off phone with Living Spaces. Terrible furniture, terrible customer service. Bought the Alton cherry bed which broke After a month. They use cheap pine wood for the slats and support columns. Not surprisingly, the supports all split at the grain. Customer service is a joke because they don't have any power to replace or return. The phone number for customer support is not the number for warranty fulfillment. You cannot talk with them unless they call you. 3 weeks into warranty service and we are still sleeping in the floor. Oh, and did I mention that they rejected my review of the product on their website? It wasn't even overly negative, I guess the sore point to them is the pictures of the broken bits. If I could give -1 I would We purchased a love seat and sofa set in Oct. 2017 for $2,500. During the holiday season of this year 2018 we noticed that 1 of the cushions on our love seat seam was coming apart. We purchased the 5 year protection plan so were not to worried about getting it repaired WRONG I filed a claim with the Warranty company and had a 10 minute site visit with 1 of their techs. On Jan. 7 I received an email stating that they will not be covering do to manufacture fabric failure. I then called and spoke to a Manager at LV to see if they were willing to help with this issue. Well this is what I was told the manufacture only warrants the fabric for 1 year so LV would not do anything to help. Although I do understand warranties I was hoping they would a least stand behind their product well I was wrong. On Feb 2018 I returned to LV to purchase the matching recliner for $900. in July of 2018 I filed a claim with LV's warranty department because the back padding was breaking down a week or so later a tech came to my home to make the repairs. On Dec 22nd I filed another claim because the back padding had once again broke down and the material on the foot support had torn loose fortunately we still have the manufacture warranty in place I have a tech coming to my home on Jan 12 to make the repairs stay tuned for this Saga. Bottom line the furniture we spent so much money on from LV are pieces of S--t steer away from this place. read more

The bed came and it was missing pieces. So we rescheduled for Saturday. The bed came again with missing pieces once more. So we rescheduled for a 3rd the same day. So the nightstand came in. There was a hole in the box, but it seemed like it would be ok, since it was between the legs. Got it home and unboxed it. And the corner of the front was damaged. So...they re-ordered it...and over-charged me. I had used a discount coupon in the first one, but they didnt reapply it to the 2nd. I called and they had it corrected, but still. Then they told me it would be delivered to the store, and they also did that thing where they already ask you when you are coming to pick it up...which is especially annoying when they called back later to tell me that the one they has allotted to me not only didnt make it to the store, but the one they pulled was also damaged. I've purchased furniture from Living Spaces on 3 separate occasions within the past year. One good experience, one not great, and recently just insanely bad. This review is in regards to my most recent and final transaction. After more than an hour of compromising amongst my two sons who share a bedroom, we all agreed on a set. Our salesman enters our selection into the computer and learns that the set we carefully chose was discontinued. He mentioned that we could purchase the floor model and get 10% off. I agreed to that sale and we went over the actual pieces of furniture and notated any visible scratches or defects. Delivery day arrives and I should have known we were doomed from the first moment I saw the crew of two men carelessly tip the chest of drawers down off of their truck without using their lift gate. It only gets worse from there. As the two men were carrying the chest of drawers into my house, the man on the back end of the dresser trips on a stair and falls to his knees. The dresser miraculously avoids going through my front window and they continue to enter my home. We were having our hardwood floors installed that day as well, so the room they were placing the new furniture had just been finished the day prior. After several trips back to their truck, they recklessly bumped and dinged our hallway, and trim around our sons' bedroom door several times. I couldn't believe their lack of concern for our home, but I figured I could touch up the areas they bumped, so I didn't say anything. As they began assembling the bunk bed, one man tells me that some parts are missing and some that are there are broken. He called in to the service department and ordered new parts. But wait, isn't this THE LAST SET!?! It was discontinued after all and I was supposedly buying the floor model. How can there be any replacement parts available on a discontinued product??? The driver and his helper decide their job is complete since they cannot continue assembling the bed, and they leave everything topsy turvy in my sons' room and also managed to put a few deep scratches on our brand new hardwood floor. I call customer service myself to confirm a NEW bed is coming. I was told that yes indeed, a new bed will be delivered on 11/24. I mentioned how I purchased the floor model and was told it was discontinued, and the rude customer service rep assured me her system stated that the bed was "in stock". Ok, great. I can wait 4 days for the new bed to arrive, no problem. She sends me an email with our new delivery info along with the parts that are being delivered, and I noticed they are charging us another delivery fee and tax on the new bed. I call and speak to someone else who tells me that it will zero out and we do not owe anything. Again, ok great. Saturday 11/24.... We have the same two men who damaged our home plus another man. They remove all of the parts from the damaged bed. I don't understand why they didn't take it with them the first time, but whatever. After they load the old bed into their truck, the driver comes back in and informs me he is all done. We just about fainted with the shocking news and ask where our new bed is. He says "What bed? I'm only here to pick up a bed." At this moment my husband and I are extremely upset and about to lose our minds. I have the email confirming delivery was scheduled! I refuse to sign his paperwork and call customer service. After about 20 minutes of "let me check our system" we are told they wouldn't approve the delivery because there is an outstanding balance due. Outstanding balance!?!? You mean the balance for tax and delivery fee I called in and specifically asked about days before and was told it would zero out? The customer service rep agreed we did not owe the balance, but couldn't explain when we would receive our bed. I signed the paperwork and let the driver go, while still on the phone with Rodney. He supposedly went to see if they had another Elliott bed in stock. After waiting several minutes he says he would have to get back to me. Now I'm completely convinced there isn't another bed, so I demand my credit card be refunded. He agrees to the refund and says I will be credited back. What a mess. Absolutely disgraceful business practices. Incompetent delivery people with not an ounce of care for our home. Rude and unapologetic customer service reps- Rodney wasn't too bad. The prior ladies were rude as hell and never once sympathized with us for the misfortune. I'm so disappointed. I still have rooms to furnish and planned on using Living Spaces, but not ever again. read more

I purchased the beverly shag grey tones rug, among other items from them a few weeks ago. This rug felt really nice in the store, but the one I got at home feels different. If you run your hands through it, a chemical substance comes off that will stick to your skin, and it doesn't wash off with soap, nor with detergent. I've had it for a few weeks now, if this doesn't stop I'll have to part ways with it. Their return policy is 7 days and there's no warranty on rugs, so buyer beware. Terrible, terrible place. They lure you in with a nice looking, large showroom with decent looking furniture at bargain basement prices. Some of the prices are mind-boggling low and look pretty good - do not be fooled into doing business with this place. I ordered about ~$1,700 worth of furniture as I am in the middle of moving. Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful up until the point when you have paid. After that - good luck. I had arranged with them to deliver proof of insurance to the building I am moving to as it is required by the building. Sure they said. When I followed up - no response. Since I literally cannot get the furniture delivered without it, I cancelled the order. I was lucky enough to actually get a hold of someone over the phone and cancel my order with "no penalty since the delivery hasn't been scheduled". They even sent me a receipt showing the full cancellation. BUT later in the week they went ahead and charged my card for the full amount anyways. Multiple calls back later to customer service and every time I mention the word "cancelled" they immediately hang up. So now I am short almost 2 grand with no furniture. I will be taking this up with my credit card company as fraud. Do NOT do business with this place. read more

I would never ever shop from this place again! I ordered an EASTERN king bed frame, to replace my current bed frame, and waited 4 weeks for delivery. Once it got delivered and we put it together, we found out that it actually is a CALIFORNIA king, and my current mattress doesn't fit in it , so we went to store to find out what to do. We did talked to couple of "store managers", and they told me that we can change your bed n two to three weeks! , or you can buy a new set of mattress, which I didn't need since my current mattress is only two years old and I paid $3200 for it. I agreed to buy a new mattress (even though I didn't need one), as long as they give me a discount, just so I don't have to wait another three weeks, but they were trying to sell it to me at a full price! Since I didn't get anywhere with the so-called "managers", I asked for the Area Manager's number. I called and left a long message for the General Manager (Joshua Cater), and asked him to give me a call. This was three days ago, and no call back. The store looks great, however every single model of sofa I liked need to be custom made because they didn't have stock, so I custom ordered one I found on the floor. It took two months to build and I set the delivery date, however I was called to stay overtime at work and missed the delivery. If you miss the date, they don't hold your item for redelivery, they send it to their warehouse to where it's 'reprocessed'. Turns out someone bought a section of my sofa within hours in the warehouse and they needed to remake that section. At this point it's been two months. I then went to the store, to get update. The section was being made but I needed a couch to sit on so I opted to have the two portions which were still listed in the warehouse, delivered. Fast forward to The delivery date and I get a call telling me they're looking for it in the warehouse and will take another 24-48 hours. Now three months. It's a broken system and if it works great, you bought a nice sofa, however pray nothing happens in your life to make you miss that first delivery date. I now have one sectional that I can't confirm is being made, the main couch and ottoman that's missing and waiting for a refund. It has been a pretty disappointing experience considering I spent thousands of dollars and essentially I gave them a no interest short term loan while I wait for a refund. We were very excited to buy the Aiden sofa from Living Spaces and have had it for less than 8 months before it broke! Note that no one was sitting on it when it just made a thud noise and gave away and the two wood pieces at the bottom just came to the floor. We suspect that it was always damaged at the bottom as it had two humps hanging but didn't think much of it until now. We have had furniture from Ashley Furniture and Ikea for years without any issue. We are super disappointed with Living Spaces quality. Living Spaces Warranty claim process is a joke as they charge you $99 just for someone to come take a look at what needs fixing and then $50/hour to fix a bad product they built! STAY AWAY!!! We were very excited to find what I believe to be a fairly attractive reclining sectional... not an easy task. We purchased the protection plan on both and feel much better that if one of our kids somehow ruin anything that we'll be covered for a very reasonable cost. We chose to have the sectional delivered for a mere $100, which is worth it just to get help getting it up our stairs! We were excited it comes in small pieces and therefore they were easy to get in the door. I picked up the coffee table myself as it fit in my suv and avoided any delivery fee. Bought my sofa here. They have some great bargains, at least that's what I thought. The staff person who helped us choose the sofa was very charming and pleasant. I ordered the sofa and received it after a couple of days. It looked fine when it arrived it was a bit dented but nothing serious. This was a few months ago. What a horrid experience walking into this store proved to be. Way too many floor staff who's clearly programmed to nag each customer. I was easily approached by 8 within the first 5 minutes of walking in. One woman staff chased me down and would not leave me alone. She followed me around the entire floor saying "we aren't on a commission" or "I'll just be right here if you need me" and she was not helpful or knowledgeable about the furniture. I honestly don't have a single good thing to say about Living Spaces - except maybe the delivery guy was nice (and I'm pretty sure they work with a separate company to coordinate shipment so that doesn't even really count). I will continue to actively not recommend Living Spaces to anyone I know that may be interested in furnishing any space. I purchased a custom couch with them on July 5th, 2020 at the Millbrae location and the in-store process was long. Our Rep Ken was patient, but looking at it in hind-sight, I did not feel valued as a customer, and they told me and my family my custom order would take 4-5 weeks to arrive, when in reality, they are liars and it took 3 MONTHS. Not only is the Customer Service in-store dishonest and terrible, but as too the Guest Services via phone. I called every week after I hit 4 weeks of waiting and was continuously told that they do not know where my item is in production. Additionally, each time I called I was on hold for AN HOUR or more. At 8 weeks, a lady I called told me that it was well over my estimated delivery, so she was going to put in a ticket for me to hear back from someone who can tell me where in production my product was, she said I would get a call within 24-48 hrs which I never did so I (again) went out of my way to call them only to be on hold for another hr and another Rep. telling me they don't know where my product is, and "that's probably why the person didn't call you" -- I was shocked by her response. It doesn't take someone with years of experience in Customer Service to understand that when you tell a customer you're going to call, that you're going to do it, regardless of the status (plus that's the whole point of a status update call anyway)!!! So that convo ultimately lead no where, and she informed me to call back next week as she thinks production should reach out to their warehouse by then. She did say that she understood my frustration and that they would be able to compensate me back for the inconvenience but - get this - wouldn't know what the compensation would entail until the product reached the warehouse HA!!!!!!!! She failed to mention that it takes an additional week for items to be shipped to the warehouse. At this point, I straight up asked her how I am suppose to trust that I'm going to get anything in return when they couldn't return a single phone call request that they submitted for me on their end and she said "um, all of our calls are recorded and notated". This company is a joke!!! They even tried to compensate me by giving me a gift card, which I told the Rep., "I don't want to spend another cent at Living Spaces so no, I would not want a gift card." In the end, all they could "compensate" was the service and delivery fee which is a tiny fraction of what my couch costed, and the frustration that Living Spaces has put me through. And the cherry on top of my experience was that the couch came with 3 less pillows then our order listed and when I called them they said, "we don't make that fabric anymore so I guess that's why you didn't receive it, sorry you didn't get a call about that". Now I have to go into the store to make another selection. Let's just say they never ceased to disappoint me, even until the very end. Unfortunately, I cannot get the time that Living Spaces has taken from me back, but I can tell you, the reader, to take your $$$ elsewhere if you want even just bare minimum of honesty in a company. TLDR: I ordered my item on 7/5/2020 and they told me it would take 4-5weeks to be delivered when actually it took 3 MONTHS! Not to mention each time I would call their Guest Services, I was on hold for 1 hr, and the call never went anywhere because no one ever knows where the item is until it reaches the warehouse, so it's like a surprise, only now you, the reader, will know what to expect if you ever need to call them. We bought a pull out couch from this Living Spaces 2 years ago and had a great experience buying it. So far, we've been really happy with it, so we were surprised when we decided to go couch shopping again and saw that this place has 2.5 stars. However, it looks like LS has really taken a nose dive since our last visit. Their staff is so nice, but the number of people on the floor who constantly check in on you becomes obnoxious and overbearing very quickly. Please let me put my butt on all these couches and browse swatches in peace. Also, they have items and fabrics on display that they don't carry anymore or are sold out of. If you've been shopping for furniture all day and finally make a choice about what you want and which fabrics you'll use, it is infuriating to then go up and put in your order only to find out they're sold out. If they're out of a fabric, they shouldn't be using it as part of the display and they should remove it from the swatches. They also had a chair I really wanted out on the floor with the associated swatches next to it. I picked the chair and the fabric and when we went to order it and they said the chair was no longer available for customization because they weren't going to be selling it anymore. If you can't customize it anymore, don't leave swatches out next to it. What a huge waste of my time. When he ordered, he couldn't even select a shipping date. They just said 5 - 6 weeks, and we'd be contacted when the couch was closer to shipping. At this point, we were just desperate to get it over with and get a couch in our apartment. Although the cost of the furniture is pretty reasonable, it goes to show that nothing is really free. I felt like we wasted a lot of time and the process ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be. I guess we'll see how it goes when that couch finally arrives... next year. read more

Horrible warranty services. THEY DO NOTHING to help. You have to keep following up. It is worse enough that we are facing tough situations. Imagine setting up reminders everyday to follow up on a damn sofa. I have never written bad reviews because I don't see the need to badmouth a company. I don't waste my breath on negativity and only write reviews for companies I love. BUT, I do rely on people's bad experiences before making decisions on where I invest my time and money into. For that reason, I feel the need to share this. For starters, I am still kicking myself for not checking the reviews. Every bad review on here is absolutely accurate because similar things happened to me throughout my entire experience with living spaces. Please save yourself the headache and don't come here. The salesman are painfully incompetent and not informative at all. My experience inside the store should've been the red flag, but I gave the benefit of the doubt since I liked the mattress. The salesman seemed clueless half of the time and managed to answer my questions without actually answering them. I then bought a mattress and a bed frame thinking the box spring was included since they didn't tell me otherwise or ask me if I wanted one to have them deliver my items 3 days late without a box spring. At first, I called them frustrated when I received a vague email saying they had rescheduled my delivery, after I was very clear to them that I needed this mattress on a certain day otherwise I would be sleeping on the floor. After speaking to them and asking how they would make it right or compensate me for the inconvenience, they said there was nothing they could do unless the delivery was 'more than 30 days late'. I flirted with the idea of canceling my order altogether but at that point decided to keep it for the sake of not having to start from square one again. I finally receive my order, to find my mattress on top of a bed frame with a gap between the headboard and the mattress. Not only did it look esthetically awful, but I left it clear to the several people who helped me that I have back problems. Who in their right mind who are supposedly experts, think that a mattress without a box spring would give someone with back problems enough support? I had them take the bed frame back at that point and I'm still debating rather or not I want the mattress. I'm now shopping around for a new bed frame from a different place and if I find a better mattress, you best believe I'm making them pick the one I have up and give me a refund. Not worth my time or money. Living spaces do not care for their costumers or about their costumer service. You're better off going to IKEA lol. read more

This place came highly recommended from my friend. I was there last week and ordered a dining room table. The first sign should of been when I asked an associate to help me with ordering, and he told me to go look around upstairs first. Finally another associate asked if I needed help and I told her someone was already helping me. Anyway, I ordered the dining room table and was asked delivery time preferences. The associate also told me that I would be the first delivery for that time frame. That being said, the delivery still isn't here yet. The new updated time delivery is way past the delivery time. Called the call center and was given the run around. The third party delivery company called and gave me an updated time said it was Living Spaces. read more
