Loved the atmosphere and the place was spotless. One of the waitresses seated us asked us if we'd like a drink and pickles with coleslaw. We said yes pickles were great. Coleslaw was very vinegary. Was not a fan of that. We both ordered half a pound of pastrami sandwiches with Swiss cheese and mustard. The pastrami was very lean and sliced very thin and that was good. But I found the pastrami lacking in flavor. I think I was expecting pastrami like they sell at Katz's deli or the old now closed Carnegie's in New York. Would come back to try other things.

Great Middle Eastern fare. The falafels are the best around, all the ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. Had the grape leaves also, and they were definitely home made unlike the ones out of can you generally get at other falafel restaurants. Hot sauce on my wrap was also house made and the women behind the counter was generous enough to give more to take home at no extra charge, great customer service. A hidden gem in Downtown Providence and will definitely be regular. read more

Hubby had a fantastic entree, a well-cooked orso pasta with tenderloin tips in a delicious red sauce. Two other guests at our table were thrilled with the spinach pie and equally delighted with the huge Italian grinder filled with ham, provolone, salami, capicola, and sopresatta. Also available were a number of non-alcoholic drinks, extras, soups, and salads. There were many comfortable areas with tables for four so eating one's meal was relaxing along with chatting with friends. The waitstaff never rushed anyone which made the experience a great one.

It was not hot or crispy, there were a couple of flavors in it we did not like, and it was very mushy inside. We would definitely come back and get something else on our bowls. Even though we are falafel fanatics, and I make my own, the rest of the bowls are good enough to warrant future visits.
