The server suggested the most popular dishes, though I went for my staple chilaquiles breakfast that I try everywhere. I really enjoyed them. The complimentary conchita was a plus. Paired well with the horchata coffee. Would return for sure.

This morning, my wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time. I'm glad we did. We had a very good breakfast to start off the day. I ordered the basic combo which comes with eggs, hashbrowns, your choice of 2 pieces of bacon/sausage, and buttermilk pancakes. I got scrambled eggs, one sausage, and one piece of bacon with the hashbrowns and buttermilk pancakes. My wife ordered the same combo except with two pieces of bacon, eggs cooked over easy, and crepes. Before our orders came out, we got a plate with a couple of mini conchas on it. The conchas were a tasty and sweet surprise. The orders came out pretty fast. The scrambled eggs were warm and fluffy. The hashbrowns were nice and crispy. The entire meal was satisfying. My wife did notice that her crepes were a little undercooked, but overall, she enjoyed her meal as well. I think the service here was solid, not phenomenal. Even though, we were the only customers dining in the restaurant, we weren't really checked upon until we were ready for the check. That's not to say that the staff were just standing around doing nothing. There were a handful of people coming in for takeout and delivery orders. They helped with that. Additionally, a couple of the restaurant employees were diligently cleaning the ceiling of the restaurant. They keep this place very tidy and clean, which I can appreciate. I'm not sure why this place isn't more popular. Their dishes are reasonably priced and of high quality. I would recommend this place. I think it's better than a lot of the larger and well known chain restaurants who serve breakfast.

I was in town with my mom for a concert. We wanted to go to Norms for breakfast the day after the show but their power was out. We stumbled upon this place and we are so happy we did! We came in with a little rush of others so we had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes before we were sat. It looked like there were only 2 waitress working and no bussers. They were both very nice considering how busy it got. My mom and I split some scrambled eggs and hash browns and bacon. I also ordered the French toast and my mom had some sort of crepes. Coffee was good too! I would definitely recommend checking this place out! We also loved the panecitos we got while waiting for our food :)

Such a delicious diner! Definitely a hidden gem in the rough. It was a Monday morning and I had a vet appointment in the area. It was 8:30am and hadn't eaten yet needed to wait so why not go to a local diner. Loaded was at the top of my Yelp app and it filled me perfectly. Easy, strip mall parking and as a weekday, it was a breeze getting a booth by myself. The one waitress serving the customers was very sweet and felt comfortable right away. The diner itself is newish, clean and modern. Menu-wise, there's a Latino flair which makes it all delish! I like there's the Crepe Combo which is really good! The plain crepes have a soft sweetness and I opted for sausage and poached eggs. It came with a side of concha which seemed to have a dash of cinnamon and I wolfed it down! To drink, I had a horchata latte and that's really sweet! A great meal - I'd definitely go back if I'm In the area. Thanks!

I had high expectations before getting here. The Warm panecitos and the Orchata latte were the best. I was personally disappointed on the food. CANNOT say it was bad, but it was definitely none-eventful. The chilaquiles had yellow cheese and that was the nail in the coffin for me. I was looking for authentic yummy Mexican food. The enchiladas had yellow cheese! As well.... The service was great. She was very informative and amicable. The ambiance was good (not too loud) and it had a relaxed family atmosphere. I will more than likely not be back.

We had great service by April! She was so patient and able to explain all the dishes we had questions on. She also suggested alternative ways on how we could order the dish. The food was delicious! My mom ordered the chilaquiles with steak and eggs plate. We ordered a side of French toast and I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette with hollandaise sauce and country potatoes.

The atmosphere was great. They moved to a bigger location, which is awesome. The Service was OK. Waitress was attentive, but she had to be intentionally because first the coffee mug was served with lipstick rings on there. Then the second coffee mug came, the half-and-half was poured inside the coffee, but the half-and-half was spoiled. So we 86 the coffee. Besides that the food was good I would come back. FYI the restrooms need a face lift.

Complimentary conchas! Yes please! Located in a shopping center with plenty of parking this spot gets packed on the weekends but came in here on a weekday and still was pretty busy! I can see why! Service and food were great! I got the Machaca breakfast burrito, really tasty- I think if they had a cold red salsa it would make it top tier! My daughter got the kids pancake breakfast. Delicious and the comfort of your ideal cafe. Recommend!

Came for breakfast, located on a strip mall off of El Segundo Blvd. Ordered the dulce de leche french toast combo and chicken enchiladas plate. The french toast was surprisingly really good, and the combo balanced out the sweetness with the saltiness of the hash brown and sausage. The chicken enchiladas was nice and filling. Service was friendly, but since we came early, they didn't have any mexican rice yet so I subbed it with hash browns. read more

This space is welcoming and draws you in to take a seat, have a drink, enjoy the company of both the regulars and the people stumbling across this place because of social media alike. My usual drink choices are the following: Matcha Grey, Iced Hojicha Latte, Toasted Vanilla Latte, and the Milky Pear Oolong if I crave some tea. The drinks are all well made and come out fairly quickly. There are days I even order drinks twice! Junia is a great addition to the South Bay community and I am excited to see how this place continues to grow!

The Banana Milk Latte was delicious once everything was mixed well, but the Honey Bori Latte was just bitter and then less bitter when mixed. It was already half melted, there was no salted honey cold foam or Jolly Pong which is supposed to be part of the drink. I got the order to go, so I didn't notice that my drink was wrong until I got home, so I couldn't even get it corrected. I didn't realize the drink was wrong at first. I thought it was just a flavor I didn't like even though I noted that I couldn't taste Barley at all. Then half way throught it, I decided to look at the description on the app to remember what it was supposed to taste like because it tasted like an ordinary flavorless latte. The description said there's barley milk, salted honey cold foam and Jolly Pong. That's when it hit me that I either got the wrong drink or someone didn't make it right because there was no flavor of salted honey and definitely no Jolly Pong in my drink. It didn't even look like I had cold foam topping my drink, but maybe that's because it was melting already. Overall, I was very upset and disappointed with my drink, but was happy my mom's drink was fine. Now this is only a part of why I was dissapointed with yesterday's experience. The other reason was the app and workers. Maybe the workers aren't used to working with the Smoking Tiger app yet? Or maybe the app still needs work, but the drinks I ordered through the app took forever to be marked ready even though my drinks had been ready for some time which was obvious because my Honey Bori Latte was already half mixed because the layers of ingredients were melting into each other. I arrived at the cafe about 5 minutes after ordering, but the app's estimated wait time was another 10 minutes which wasn't a problem for me, especially since I saw a person waiting for his order and some people inside the cafe, although it wasn't full like usual. I just assumed some people ordered before me, so I just have to wait a bit, which again was fine with me especially since I was waiting for my mom to arrive. At some point after the one person waiting for their drink left, I realized the 2 girls at the counter were just talking and not making any drinks. I checked the app and it still said my order was being prepared. After 2 more people ordered their drinks and received them immediately, I went up to the counter, by this point it had been the app's estimated 10 minute wait. I told the girl with glasses my name and showed her the order on my phone. Then she walked toward the fridge and got my drinks, put them in a drink carrier, passed them to me and then turned around while looking at the receipt paper that was with the drinks. That was it. She didn't tell me which drink was which and they were not labeled, so my mom and I just had taste them to figure out which was which. At most places, they let you know which drink is which, so I was just confused with the service I received, especially when the place wasn't busy. And to top it all off, my order was marked completed 10 minutes after I received my order which again just left me in confusion. I usually love this place and was saddened when they got rid of their Choco Mugwort drink, but I'm always looking forward to their seasonal drinks and baked goods. This time though, I don't think I was even able to taste one of their new seasonal drinks because it tasted like a regular latte with milk. I want to try their other current seasonal drinks, but I'm also worried about what I will receive in the future and I'm not ready for another disappointing coffee any time soon.

Finally, after making me yell and argue with them for probably 3 minutes in front of the whole restaurant, she finally agreed to refund the $3. Horrible service, and dishonest. They tried everything they could to not give me a refund when there was no hash browns and I paid for them. Worst service ever.

I'm a little bit on the fence as far as my feelings for this place. My wife and I had breakfast here on one of my rare days off. I'd seen so many great Yelp reviews that I figured it was worth a visit. But my experience was both pleasant and slightly disappointing. I'll try to keep it short & sweet(ish)... The restaurant is located in a small strip mall. The surrounding area doesn't look the nicest or most welcoming. The inside of the restaurant is pretty basic but has some nice wall decor with inspirational saying on them. The place is relatively small although they do try to make use of all available floor space as possible. This is both a blessing and a curse since it means more access to seating, but in very close proximity to other patrons at times. Let's get down to the food... which in my opinion is good, but not great. The menu selection is plentiful with all your usual egg, omelette and pancake options. And they have crepes, which is a major plus in my book! Portions sizes are pretty generous and pricing is very reasonable. But as far as taste, everything was more or less A-OK to me. For me, nothing really stood out as being exceptional. As previously stated by other Yelpers, it does seem like the owner has connections to IHOP since the pancakes taste similar and the various syrup flavors are identical. IHOP quality food for little diner prices and great service to boot makes this a solid 4-star spot in my opinion. A great breakfast spot for the locals or anyone else that might be in the area. It'd probably be my Go-To place if I lived close by. But for everyone else, it's probably not worth the trek since you can find equally good breakfast spots that are closer to where you live. read more

I recently visited Loaded Cafe with high hopes after seeing their impressive social media presence. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The restaurant wasn't busy, but cleanliness seemed to be an issue with dirty plates on several tables. While the complimentary warm mini concha was a nice touch, the service was lacking. I struggled to get a simple coffee refill and had to repeatedly ask different servers. For our meal, my coworker opted for steak and eggs, and I chose the chile verde, which was recommended as popular and moderately spicy. The salsa, however, was overwhelmingly spicy, far beyond the expected level. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our food took 30 minutes to arrive. My coworker's portion was so small it resembled a child's meal, and my dish was equally disappointing in size and presentation - especially for the $17 price tag. The chile verde's color and taste were nothing like the menu's depiction. Again, service for refills was poor. I had read about the owners' journey in starting the business, which seemed promising, but it appears the focus has shifted away from essentials like menu quality and customer service. The diverse menu seems to lack a clear direction, and the fusion of American and Mexican cuisine falls short in execution. Based on this experience, I cannot justify a return visit. Paying $50 for such unsatisfactory meals and service was not worthwhile. It's a reminder that great marketing doesn't always translate to a quality dining experience. I've never done a review but I want to give credit to a great dining experience. We walk in and immediately hear a shout from the back welcoming us. We stood there for about a or two and the server APRIL came out with full plates in hand saying she'd be with us shortly. The manager MARIA came out right after with drinks in hand and then got our table ready. Our server was APRIL and she informed us that she would be with us shortly as she had several tasks to do which I really admired. MARIA dropped us off fresh warm conchas while we waited. When APRIL came she was very sweet and informative and also apologized about the wait which we didn't mind as our party are restaurant workers as well and understand. The food was really good and APRIL'S recommendation of using the green Sriracha for an added kick was really good. APRIL was really pleasant through whole experience even though sweat covered she always had a smile on her face. MARIA charged us and was very sweet as well . I originally was just going to do a 5 star review for free the crepe but didn't even bother asking about it because they were understaffed which my whole party understood (I'm a GM of a restaurant as the rest of the party were managers of various positions) with the whole "situation" businesses are slower so staffing so we completely understood. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Loaded Cafe, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal or a cozy catch-up with friends. We had a wonderful breakfast at Loaded Cafe this morning. The food was delicious across the board -- French toast, eggs, sausage, asada chilaquiles, and great coffee. Everything was flavorful, satisfying, and clearly made with care. What really elevated the experience, though, was our server April. Her service was impeccably warm, friendly, and welcoming -- the kind that makes you feel genuinely taken care of, not rushed. Hello thank you Jules (not her actual name I'm just improvising) for letting take ALL the splendas . She is the best server I asked her for another 30 and she gave me the entire box she said "here take it's on the house" april was very nice tho she politely asked me to put it back because i knew (myself) i was doing too much.....lol i lied April never said anything because she's so nice in fact she saved my asshole because she in fact saw me getting rudely stared at so she confronted the guy and he was so creepy and perverted!!!!! thank you so much April you're my goat read more

Steer clear of this place. I tried to give them a chance and boy do I regret it. Place is called "loaded" and that's exactly what my toilet got. Immediately after eating here I could not stop vomiting. Im almost certain I got food poisoning. They are an overpriced Denny's, parking is limited, and they had a fly issue in the restaurant !! Save your $ stay far away from this place as possible. I was trying to narrow down what I ate and unfortunately my cousin got sick as well, after eating the food I purchased for her, so that pretty much verify my suspicions. read more

Excellent food. They also have fresh smoothies made. I just wish it was more affordable! They charge for Everything!! With that being said.. they Do have a lot of options to choose from so you don't have to add onto your meal if you choose to (for example if i wanted spinach amd bacon added to an omelet or something). On a positive note they give a good size portion for the kids pancake meal.. so we usually get that and add am extra egg or sausage if we feel more hungry. Pancakes and omelets are Very good here.. so we put up with the price. read more

This place is just ridiculous!!.. first of all waited 30 minutes to get a table.. server finally comes to take our order, no chocolate syrup, no strawberry lemonade, no nacho cheese, no baked potatoe soup... 20 minutes after we ordered the manger comes to inform NO BUFFALO SAUCE!! .. ok whatever I let that go and continued to wait for our food.. it took exactly 48 minutes to get my dish but the worst part was it took another 20 minutes for my boyfriend to receive his dish AFTER MINE !! ... this place is just a joke ... Had a lovely meal as a pre mothers day treat today. It was our first time trying this place and glad we gave it a shot! We got there and the hostess April greeted us with a friendly smile and informed us of the wait and added us to the list. We were seated sooner than expected by her and Leslie was our server. She recommended some great food which we didn't wait long for either. Food was good. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the portions were satisfying. This is just sad... we usually love going here when they're open and we've missed it. So we decided to order takeout and it just lacked completely! See photos. The potatoes in my omelette were uncooked and who doesn't put cheese in an omelette?? The pancakes were so dry, the batter must have been too thick. And the sausage breakfast burrito was so sad. Couldn't even finish it. Take your time and cook the food thoroughly please. Times are tough in this pandemic, we get it. But our food should still be good quality. read more

Loaded café has an amazing variety breakfast lunch, and dinner. Im a food person, love food and I do have to tip my hat to loaded cafe. Very taste food. And to top it off amazing service . Shout out to Maria . She make you feel welcomed. There is one issue. I strongly believe loaded cafe should be more advertised. Maybe a billboard or bigger sign. It feel almost hidden. Located in a little strip mall area it is hard to tell what will stand out. However loaded kitchen Cafe is a wonderful exception in a crowded market of restaurants and cafes. Its unique blend of diner and Latin food combination absolutely sets itself apart and scores big with its community and new audiences. Do yourself a favor and remember the name as I think more will continue to pop up in a market that desperately needs of more loaded kitchen cafes read more

I am so happy we found it. everything is amazingly great tasting. The pricing is very fair and decent. The portions are huge. My only issue when we go here is deciding on one thing.
