Cute spot in a strip mall. I went on a whim and I'm glad I did. Arrived about 2 hours before closing and a large party was just finishing near where I was seated. They seemed very happy with their meals. I certainly enjoyed my Chiliquiles w/ asada and beans. I like a little spice and they let me sample a little to insure it wouldn't be too much. I look forward to coming back with my family soon. read more

We enjoyed our breakfast here this morning. We are not locals to Gardena, but were in the area today and decided to try. Sooo glad we did. April was our server and she was friendly and is the real queen for recommending that asada plate. It was delicious. Eggs were fluffy and the chili had good flavor. I had spicy red and it wasn't too spicy. Next time we'll try the chorizo! We were there at 745am on Saturday so it wasn't crowded and the music is cool - Bad Bunny, George Michael, Oscar D'Leon - just a good place. You won't regret it! read more

I can imagine how bad it would be in person... I ordered through UberEats and I spoke to multiple people to ensure that my order would be correct.. guess what? They managed to get EVERYTHING wrong. When I called back after receiving the order they acted confused and gaslighted me, saying I must have ordered from a different location. Super disappointed. Next time, Denny's it is... LOL. Honestly. Not sure if they got the order correct it would've tasted any better. Sub par food, especially at this price point. I was thinking I could have got grocery store waffles that would have been superior to this sad food. read more

Spot is solid but unspectacular. It's like 10 min from LAX which is nice if you're looking for a decent spot before heading over. It's a strip mall with shared parking, but the spaces are somewhat tight so larger SUVs beware. Otherwise it's a more local Denny's that has both hispanic and american classic breakfast items. I got the Brioche french toast, and it was actually quite good. Bacon and eggs were fine, noticeably just ok. Like clearly no good qualities about them (over cooked bacon and very not fluffy eggs) but clearly could be much worse. All in all, a fine spot, you could do worse. read more

This place is OK. The menu is extensive including some American and Mexican dishes so I appreciate the variety. I tried the two types of Chilaquiles and a green juice and the food was good but nothing extraordinary. Also the host was nice, but our waitress was not so much. Since it was our first time here we had some questions about the menu and she seemed bothered by us asking questions. I found this place while scrolling through yelp for a brunch place. I actually quite liked this food!! I love mexican breakfast and while it was mexican they also had american style breakfast :3 Though ngl idk if i liked it enough to come back or even crave it. The waitress her name was April(?) she was extremely kind, everyone there was!! They were very accommodating the service was awesome. Inside the cafe it was pretty chill too. I wanted to give a good review for this place cause the breakfast good. Unfortunately, whenever I order from this location for delivery they always forget to add something to an order. It never fails. And it's the smallest things but that matter to a meal. Like when you order an buffalo strips and they don't add any ranch with it or french toast and no syrup or cheese sticks and no marinara.They always succeed in not reviewing an order before it's sent off for delivery. Was in the neighborhood and needed a quick bite. Iv been to the bellflower location but it smells like bathroom so i was hesitant to try this location. The food was sooo good and so was the coffee. Their lattes aren't overly sweet and they start you off with free conchas ! Our server was April and she was AMAZZZZZZINGGGGGG. Went above and beyond, even noticed my hashbrowns weren't crispy like i asked so she took them back to have them redone and i didn't even have to ask. She's a super star and deserves a raise !!! Will be coming back just because of her. 10/10. But seriously give that woman a raise. read more

Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. I'm a little bit on the fence as far as my feelings for this place. My wife and I had breakfast here on one of my rare days off. I'd seen so many great Yelp reviews that I figured it was worth a visit. But my experience was both pleasant and slightly disappointing. I'll try to keep it short & sweet(ish)... The restaurant is located in a small strip mall. The surrounding area doesn't look the nicest or most welcoming. The inside of the restaurant is pretty basic but has some nice wall decor with inspirational saying on them. The place is relatively small although they do try to make use of all available floor space as possible. This is both a blessing and a curse since it means more access to seating, but in very close proximity to other patrons at times. Let's get down to the food... which in my opinion is good, but not great. The menu selection is plentiful with all your usual egg, omelette and pancake options. And they have crepes, which is a major plus in my book! Portions sizes are pretty generous and pricing is very reasonable. But as far as taste, everything was more or less A-OK to me. For me, nothing really stood out as being exceptional. As previously stated by other Yelpers, it does seem like the owner has connections to IHOP since the pancakes taste similar and the various syrup flavors are identical. IHOP quality food for little diner prices and great service to boot makes this a solid 4-star spot in my opinion. A great breakfast spot for the locals or anyone else that might be in the area. It'd probably be my Go-To place if I lived close by. But for everyone else, it's probably not worth the trek since you can find equally good breakfast spots that are closer to where you live. read more

I recently visited Loaded Cafe with high hopes after seeing their impressive social media presence. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The restaurant wasn't busy, but cleanliness seemed to be an issue with dirty plates on several tables. While the complimentary warm mini concha was a nice touch, the service was lacking. I struggled to get a simple coffee refill and had to repeatedly ask different servers. For our meal, my coworker opted for steak and eggs, and I chose the chile verde, which was recommended as popular and moderately spicy. The salsa, however, was overwhelmingly spicy, far beyond the expected level. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our food took 30 minutes to arrive. My coworker's portion was so small it resembled a child's meal, and my dish was equally disappointing in size and presentation - especially for the $17 price tag. The chile verde's color and taste were nothing like the menu's depiction. Again, service for refills was poor. I had read about the owners' journey in starting the business, which seemed promising, but it appears the focus has shifted away from essentials like menu quality and customer service. The diverse menu seems to lack a clear direction, and the fusion of American and Mexican cuisine falls short in execution. Based on this experience, I cannot justify a return visit. Paying $50 for such unsatisfactory meals and service was not worthwhile. It's a reminder that great marketing doesn't always translate to a quality dining experience. I've never done a review but I want to give credit to a great dining experience. We walk in and immediately hear a shout from the back welcoming us. We stood there for about a or two and the server APRIL came out with full plates in hand saying she'd be with us shortly. The manager MARIA came out right after with drinks in hand and then got our table ready. Our server was APRIL and she informed us that she would be with us shortly as she had several tasks to do which I really admired. MARIA dropped us off fresh warm conchas while we waited. When APRIL came she was very sweet and informative and also apologized about the wait which we didn't mind as our party are restaurant workers as well and understand. The food was really good and APRIL'S recommendation of using the green Sriracha for an added kick was really good. APRIL was really pleasant through whole experience even though sweat covered she always had a smile on her face. MARIA charged us and was very sweet as well . I originally was just going to do a 5 star review for free the crepe but didn't even bother asking about it because they were understaffed which my whole party understood (I'm a GM of a restaurant as the rest of the party were managers of various positions) with the whole "situation" businesses are slower so staffing so we completely understood. Excellent food. They also have fresh smoothies made. I just wish it was more affordable! They charge for Everything!! With that being said.. they Do have a lot of options to choose from so you don't have to add onto your meal if you choose to (for example if i wanted spinach amd bacon added to an omelet or something). On a positive note they give a good size portion for the kids pancake meal.. so we usually get that and add am extra egg or sausage if we feel more hungry. Pancakes and omelets are Very good here.. so we put up with the price. read more

This place is just ridiculous!!.. first of all waited 30 minutes to get a table.. server finally comes to take our order, no chocolate syrup, no strawberry lemonade, no nacho cheese, no baked potatoe soup... 20 minutes after we ordered the manger comes to inform NO BUFFALO SAUCE!! .. ok whatever I let that go and continued to wait for our food.. it took exactly 48 minutes to get my dish but the worst part was it took another 20 minutes for my boyfriend to receive his dish AFTER MINE !! ... this place is just a joke ... Had a lovely meal as a pre mothers day treat today. It was our first time trying this place and glad we gave it a shot! This is just sad... we usually love going here when they're open and we've missed it. So we decided to order takeout and it just lacked completely! See photos. The potatoes in my omelette were uncooked and who doesn't put cheese in an omelette?? The pancakes were so dry, the batter must have been too thick. And the sausage breakfast burrito was so sad. This was my third visit in the last month, and each experience has been excellent. On my first visit, I enjoyed a Hot Honey Lavender Latte with a pastry. My second visit was for an Iced Vanilla Latte, and today I stopped in planning to grab an Iced Honey Vanilla Latte to go. Instead, I decided to stay for lunch, and I'm so glad I did. The café is clean, inviting, and the staff is genuinely friendly. I was greeted by the owner/manager, who took the time to welcome me and check in throughout my meal to make sure everything was to my liking. That level of hospitality goes a long way. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about ordering Mediterranean food from a neighborhood coffee shop, but that skepticism disappeared after the very first bite. I ordered the white meat chicken kabob plate with hummus, garlic sauce, rice, and pita, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly marinated, tender, and full of the authentic Mediterranean flavors I know and love. It was clear this wasn't an afterthought on the menu--it was prepared with care and quality ingredients. Before leaving, I couldn't resist taking home a few pieces of baklava for the family, and they were the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. I'm happy to say I've found my new local spot whenever I'm craving a great coffee, breakfast, or a satisfying lunch or dinner plate. If you're an Inglewood local or just passing through the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Luua Caffe. I highly recommend it--you won't be disappointed.

We were then seated outside, in what appeared to be more of a waiting area than an actual restaurant seating area. When we asked about sitting inside, we were told we would have to wait another 40 minutes. I personally approached the hostess to ask about the seating arrangement and why the other party had been seated before us. Again, there was no explanation. I don't want to jump to conclusions or accuse anyone of discrimination based on race, age, appearance, or anything else. However, the experience genuinely felt like we were being treated differently based on how we looked or were dressed. What makes it more concerning is seeing other reviews describing similar experiences. At the very least, the seating process needs to be more transparent and consistent. If there is a reason one party is seated before another, especially when they checked in later, the staff should be able to clearly explain why. Unfortunately, that did not happen here, and it made us feel unwelcome. I wish we didn't stay, but kids we were hungry. But I won't be coming here again or recommending this restaurant.
