Ramon was a great server, very attentive and friendly, with no issues at all regarding service. Based on the menu, which seemed to focus mostly on breakfast items, I'm assuming this place is more of a breakfast spot. I didn't try the breakfast, though, as I was looking for a nice lunch option. Wish I could give this place 0 stars! DO NOT COME HERE. The way they advertise their birria tacos and birria plate I'd think they've got it together. Sunday morning just ordered the birria plate and the birria tacos (and a pambazo which didn't actually look as bad as the birria did) And it was nothing but fat. No meat. Just fat. I posted a video. Order was to go, I actually went and took back the order to Loaded Cafe for them to see what they're trying to feed us. Girl in the front said manager left early because he didn't feel good but she was going to take it up with management. I hope she does. This pissed me off so much, like how dare you try to serve this for $23 !!!! This is not the first time I come here, we've tried the pancakes, crepes, tortas and it all had been great except one time I had their menudo and it made me sick. That was over a year ago and I hadn't come back since until today. I understand the damage it does to a business when we post negative reviews. But I am choosing where I spend my money, and if I'm choosing to spend $23 on a birria plate, I expect better food and customer service. I wouldn't want anyone else to buy birria from here only to find nothing but fat in their food. It's so disappointing. Wasted time and money. Time and energy being the most important. Okay food but incredibly inefficent service. We went as a group of about 8 for a business lunch. 10 minute wait to be seated then an hour for everyone in our group to be served. They are woefully understaffed which may not be unusual nowdays. Apparently popular just don't visit with any expectation of a quick lunch. read more

Gotta try this place out I had the Chilaquiles plate with spicy red sauce and it's packed with flavor. You can tell it's all homemade. The servers were very friendly. The iced coffee was surprisingly good. Will be back to try out more of the menu. read more

Yadira is a great waitress just to start! The Food is amazing and stayed hot which means It's fresh!! I ordered Ham and cheese omelette sandwich. Buttery cheese bread for toast Yum! What really made the experience stand out was our server, Don Ramon. He went above and beyond the entire time -- attentive, friendly, and quick with every order even though the place was packed. You can tell he really cares about his guests and takes pride in what he does. It's rare to find great food and great service in the same place, but Loaded Café delivers both. If you live in the South Bay and enjoy a great Cafe, be sure to stop at the Loaded Cafe in Lawndale. Their staff seemed to be very busy but the service was beyond great. They accommodated our family of 4 in 20 minutes. The facility was clean, and their staff was fast to clean and prep tables for the next group. The food was a mixture between Cafe, Mexican and American cuisine. We all enjoyed our first experience at the Loaded Cafe and give it 5/5 rating. I am looking forward to our next visit. read more
