This place has gone downhill since it first opened but this morning we ordered takeout. My brother-in-law went to pick it up and waited for over an hour when were told over the phone that it'd only be a 15-25 minute wait. Oh my goodness!!!! If you come here be sure to allow enough time to look at all of the pictures of the menu items. It was nearly impossible for me to make a decision because I wanted one of EVERYTHING. I finally chose the combo breakfast with the lemon honey crepes. So good! All of it. Went there the other day with my boyfriend I believe it was our third time there unfortunately it would be our last. The food was great but omg the male server there was soo rude!! He was very short with us he threw us the crepes we were missing. Threw us the food didn't say anything took forever with the check and boxes. Mind you it was just us there and one other family. Came here today and waited 25 mins , got seated then we order our food , we waited like 20 mins for the food to come out and then i guess our server didn't put in the my order in there computer and only brought out my bf plate I even told her when she got our order down did you get my food order down and she said yes , then my bf gets his plate and we still waiting for mine for other 20 mins and one of the other servers asked us if something happen we said we were waiting for my plate she went to go check and ig the server we had didn't even put my food order in ! Great first experience at Loaded! We ordered crepes, breakfast tortas, asada chilaquiles, French toast, and waffles! Everything was surprisingly delicious! I just went there for a quick lunch between appointments.. I ordered 2 eggs to bake and strips and 2 pancakes. I ordered the eggs over hard. They came out runny as hell. I ordered 2 bacon strips that were not done. And the 2 pancakes were running with flour and soup in the middle.. I also ordered a nice tea which tasted like coffee. Because they obviously brew them in the same machine without cleaning it.. They were rude. I guess because i'm white and they're staff with hispanic. I'm glad I don't live here. The food is really good nothing bad to say about that. Josefina originally was our server she was alright, then she had to go on break and our server was Jose, very bad service from him honestly. I think that's his name I overheard our original server saying he was taking over for her, idk what he took over for if he was going to ignore her customers. You guys need more energetic people and people who look like they wanna be there. I asked him for napkins and he never brought them to me but yet he was helping out the table next to us, he just kept walking by our table and ignoring us. Good thing I had baby wipes in my diaper bag that's what i had to use. He brought me a refill for my daughter and didn't even leave a straw for her if you guys are going to charge for the refills the least you can do is provide a straw. By the time i noticed he didn't leave a straw he was gone & I didn't end up asking for one since the napkins never got to me i assumed the same would of happened with the straw. Service was very good, they kept coming back to check on us and our server was very kind. Food was bland and very small portions for the price. Everything was extremely expensive. My husband and I were looking for a place to have breakfast and decided to try Loaded Cafe which we've passed many times but never stopped. So we went and were pleasantly surprised food was very good and they gave us two mini pan dulce which were so fresh & good the prices were reasonable. Everyone was very welcoming and our waitress Josephina was great I did ask about the pan Dulce and they said they were going to have a bakery on premise and we are so looking forward to it. $60 (with tip) for breakfast??!! It was our first (and last) time here! You don't know until they give you the menu that the prices listed are only if you pay CASH! It's 4% more if you pay with a credit card. The service was good. Our waitress was very attentive, but that doesn't make up for the price. My husband had the biscuits and gravy breakfast. The biscuits were good but they were very stingy with the gravy (also there was very little sausage in the gravy). I had a crepe and it was very thick and tasted like a pancake. And $4.79 for a regular cup of coffee? There are many better and less expensive places to go for breakfast. read more

Been here twice, the first time I was overwhelmed by the cost of their 6oz cup of coffee ($5). My second experience was much worse. Waiter took forever to refill our drinks. When stirring my cup I pulled the spoon out of the coffee cup, the spoon had food stuck to it. Unfortunately the restaurant was under staffed so our waiter was also hostess and had no time for us. Not even to be able To refill my $5 coffee. Lastly when the check came he neglected to mention there is a $1.50 fee to pay with a credit card. The prices though, were really through the roof. I get that inflation sucks right now, but we walked out of brunch for 2 for like 70+ bucks. The menudo was really good but oooh my god the little concha were so fresh definitely made in house wish I wasnt so full to try something sweet cause all the sweets looked soo good too. Mediocre food, ambiance, and service. Expensive prices! Tried the burger, which was okay, but they really could have given me more fries (anytime I can look at my plate and actually count the number of fries on it, I just don't feel like it's enough.) The wife and kids all got breakfast items. The eggs were dry and turkey sausage really isn't my thing, but their hash browns are really good (just plain, old fashioned, crispy hash browns done right.) I left feeling disappointed. The food itself was decent, I would give it 3.5 to 4 stars. It is true, the portion size is about 1/2 of what you will get at a typical diner. The star deduction was for the waitress who assisted us. She was a bit aggressive in rushing us to put in an order. To make matters worse, she yanked the menus out of our hands. We couldn't help but to chuckle it off. On the front door there is a sign posted informing guest of cash and non-cash pricing. The unfortunate thing is, the pricing you see on the menu is at the cash pricing. The waitress was not able to tell us the price difference or surcharge for using a credit card. 2 stars for the food. Added an extra star because the service was good. I got the banana strawberry French toast combo and my husband got the biscuits and gravy. For starters, they cut one link of sausage in half length wise and called it two pieces. Are they that stingy on portions? Maybe their supply was running low? Our total before tip was $47, you'd think they could give us full pieces of sausage. My French toast was supposed to have cinnamon sugar on it, it didn't. It was also the most bland French toast I've ever had. Even the syrup couldn't help it. There was a weird taste in the hash browns and I couldn't finish them, even after adding ketchup. The eggs were fine. My husband's biscuits tasted like they were from a can and the gravy had such a watery consistency it was like they had thinned it. It was 9am on a Sunday so it's not like they had just finished the brunch madness and we're trying to make things stretch. Our table was very sticky where the condiments were. It's like whoever cleaned the tables was too short to reach all the way across, and to lazy to come in the booth clean it properly. There was also a woman yelling at someone (we thought a chef) about how an egg for another order wasn't cooked right. While we appreciate the attention to detail, and wanting to get orders correct, she didn't need to yell. The restaurant wasn't that busy and EVERYONE could hear her. The waitress who helped us was really nice and pleasant. Oh, and Diet Coke fans - something in their mix was off. It almost tasted like Diet Pepsi. It's unfortunate to give a low review because it's the 2nd time we've been and the food is pretty good; however, both times only 1 waitress has been available leading to longer than usual wait times for seating, getting necessary items, etc. Last time we went they served us chips with bean dip and salsa. The beans were so good that we went back this time exclusively to get a dish with beans only to be told they were out of beans. As a new restaurant, or a restaurant in general, when nearly half your menu has items served with beans, it seems like you'd make sure you had PLENTY of them.
