Service was great, very welcoming, and fast. Convenient valet no parking and they only work on tips so that's good. Food was yummy I recommend the ribeye medium it was tender and lots of flavor. Their salsa de molcajete was delicious! Ambiance for dinner time was very dark which made a cute date night vibe. They were playing Luis Miguel music and nice tunes.

The breakfast here is absolutely delicious. Our favorite is the chilaquiles. Chipotle chilaquiles to be exact. They also have avocado chilaquiles and I also love those, but hubby prefers the chipotle. The coffee is also great. Their cafe de olla is on point, cinnamony like I like it. Their decor is very fun and vibrant, a great place for celebratory occasions. Their service was a tad bit slow, not super attentive. I mean good, friendly, but some items took long to arrive and our drinks did take a long time, but as we were not rushed, it was ok, but overall great!

Stopped in here with the wife and had a quick Sunday breakfast. She's been wanting to come here since we moved into the area. Mentioned her nephew said it was his favorite breakfast spot so we had to try! Ordered in a fresh squeeze lemon juice, a must! If available. We started off with the empanada.. very different than what you would think an empanada would taste like. First bite, it's soft and flaky, different texture. Cheese melted along with the potatoes inside so delicious! We added the pickled onion along with avocado and to be honest, we would have been good with a second order! Wife and I shared a French toast with berries on top. French toast was thick, a bit tough around the edges to cut through but very very soft in the middle. Went really well and could have been a dessert dish. We also shared chilaquiles plate and added steak.. it was cheaper than buying the steak and egg plate! Lol, it was good, very spicy and meat was very soft and tender. Needed a bit more pepper and salt in my opinion. Great spot, everything else on the menu looked good, Will def come back since we are so close! FYI parking is valet.

3/5 FYI that they only offer valet parking, there's no self-parking option. The valet is free, which is nice, but it's still something to keep in mind if that's not your preference. I ordered the dulce de leche iced latte, and it was extremely sweet. It felt more like a dessert drink than an actual coffee, and the coffee flavor was pretty weak. If you're going specifically craving a strong iced latte or coffee drink, this probably won't satisfy that. It was fun to try and I can see why it's popular, especially since our waitress recommended it and mentioned it was one of the less sweet options--but it was still way too sugary for my taste. On the bright side, the chilaquiles with steak were super delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. The portion was huge and easily shareable if you want to order family-style with one or two other people. The sauce was tasty with a slight kick, but not overwhelmingly spicy. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, just how I requested it, and tasted like good quality meat.

Our Lunch Bunch gathered at Jardin for an early dinner/late lunch at Jardin. They stop serving at 2pm to get ready for the 5pm patrons. Valet parking only which is free except for the tip. The outside of the building hides a cozy, quiet dining experience. It is a bit dark inside but once you acclimate it adds to the ambiance of your meal. Our server was very helpful to explain a few of the dishes and our order came soon after. Jen had the Jardin Slam and was not disappointed! Chilaquiles with tomatillo sauce, corn pancakes, perfect poached eggs, all delicious!! The plantains were so good. Would love to go back and try the dinner menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the Enchilada Mole, it was a bit spicy but very good. Mike thought his was a good Benedict with the chipotle sauce but would prefer the hollandaise sauce. Christy's skirt steak was cooked to perfection. Our weekly outing was a success again in finding our small niches around town. Looking forward to the next one.

This Mexican restaurant is great. The decor is vibrant and beautifully done, creating an inviting atmosphere that instantly sets the mood. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The food is just as impressive fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. From the first bite to the last, everything was packed with authentic taste. Definitely a place worth coming back to again and again! This place only has valet parking.

Jardín Auténtica Cocina in Orange is one of those places where the atmosphere immediately catches your attention, but the food is what makes you want to come back. The garden-inspired decor is gorgeous and creates such a fun, cozy vibe. I tried several dishes, including the Tres Leches French Toast and empanadas, along with multiple desserts and drinks. Everything gave me something different to love, but those sweet empanadas were definitely one of my favorites! If you're planning a brunch, girls' day, date, or celebration, this is definitely a spot worth adding to your list. Beautiful atmosphere + creative Mexican dishes + plenty of options to try. PAN FRANCES CON FRUTOS $20

This little restaurant was so charming. I loved the whole feel and vibe of it. The food was really good! We tired a couple of things. We started with an appetizer CHORIZO CON PAPA EMPANADAS $15 These empanadas were so flavorful. TRES LECHES TOAST $20 My daughter loved it. And the little jug that comes with it was so cute! I got the PAN FRANCES CON FRUTOS. It was amazing with a strawberry reduction! My husband got the LOS CHILAQUILES JALAPENO, TOMATILLO, CHIPOTLE, FUEGO OR AVOCADO. Everything about that dish was so good! The staff were super friendly! Overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends! And can't wait to come back!

Cute little spot with great vibes and even better service! First off, valet was a breeze. The guys were super friendly, attentive, and had everything moving quickly -- such a smooth start to brunch. Velet is off tips. I made reservations for my primas, and honestly... I must've been that person because I called FOUR times to change the reservation . Then when we arrived, I still had to adjust the party size. Not once did they make it an issue. Every single time, they were accommodating, patient, and kind. That alone says a lot about their customer service. Once my full party arrived, we were seated within 2 minutes, even though the place was busy. Super impressive. The space is definitely Instagram-worthy with its beautiful setup and vaulted ceilings, but we were so deep in conversation we didn't even leave the table once. That says everything about how comfortable and enjoyable the experience was. Now the food... SO good. * I had the poblano burger with fries -- the burger was flavorful and juicy, and the shoestring fries were perfectly crispy. * My prima ordered the camarón diablo with rice and beans -- I tried one shrimp and WOW. Jumbo, juicy, and coated in a rich, smoky chipotle red sauce. Delicious. * Another prima got the green chilaquiles with eggs over easy, and those were just as good -- full of flavor and perfectly done. For drinks, my primas had the pepino rita with watermelon. The color threw me off a bit, but they said it tasted good. I stuck with water so I could fully enjoy the food. Service throughout was on point -- constant water refills, quick food delivery, and very attentive staff without being overbearing. Bathrooms were clean, and the overall ambiance was just really nice and welcoming. Also, there's a young photographer who walked around and snapped a few pic's of us at the table, came back a few minutes later with developed prints. Definitely coming back. Perfect spot for brunch with family or friends.

The food was so good! We started off with the Chicharron and guacamole, and the queso with flour tortillas both were so good. And then we got the shared state plate. Where we ordered steak chicken and shrimp. With grilled vegetables, everything was very flavorful. The service was wonderful from the valet to our server and the rest of the staff. Everyone was very attentive clearing off space refilling drinks. This restaurant is super cute. It's decorated with flowers like you're outside with the clouds in the sky. It's got a really cute vibe to it. Definitely want to come back and try the brunch!

    Chilaquiles w/Jalapeño sauce & I added eggs + steak!!

Came here to celebrate a bday & I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food, as well as the plating. The drinks were also very tasty! Seems to be a special occasion type of restaurant, there were about 6 other birthdays going on, must be a local favorite. The parking was free valet. They are on a busy street, and the parking lot is small, but he was able to make it work out! If you haven't been here before, keep an eye out for the entrance, it comes up fast after you past the stoplight, and if you miss it you'll have to turn back around because the other driveway is the exit only for valet to bring guests their vehicles. I didn't know the chilaquiles were so popular until after I came to leave a review. I standby its popularity, I had the jalapeño chilaquiles with steak. They have many other sauces to choose from too, not just verde or rojo. My only suggestion to make this a 10-star review for this type of establishment is to improve the HVAC system. It has been one of the hottest days this summer, and most A/Cs will struggle against this heat, but it would help change from what is "tolerable" to feeling "comfortable". Overall, thank you to the staff & valet!! My friend was super stoked to spend this time surrounded by great vibes, food, service, & friends.

    Michael L.

This was a great brunch and it was a fun spot to check out. Parking is valet only and on the weekends it gets packed so reservations are definitely a good idea. The atmosphere is cozy but full of Instagram moments and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the visit. I ordered the Chilaquiles Verdes with green tomatillo salsa and steak from their brunch menu. The housemade tortilla chips were perfectly crisp, the tomatillo salsa was tangy and flavorful, and the queso fresco and crema added a nice balance that kept every bite interesting. It was a hearty portion and felt like a proper brunch plate. To drink I had their Horchata Agua Fresca, which was refreshing but a bit too much sweetness to pair with the chilaquiles. The mix of cinnamon flavor with horchata made it too much for the meal. The combination of good food, great service, and an enjoyable atmosphere makes this place worth the trip. It's a solid option if you're looking for brunch or a relaxed lunch in this part of Orange.

We went to celebrate a birthday for one of our friends. We were sat at a long table facing a wall and weren't able to hear or speak with one another. They were 15 minutes late calling us up to our adventure and hasty to get us out!! While the bar experience sounded like it would be fun, the "tasting" was run as a dictatorship - one of our group wanted a quick photo of the laid out drinks and was scorned to put it away until the detailed instructions of taking a clean straw and using it to take a sample of each drink then discard it was ridiculous on every level. If you are going to sample, pour everyone a small taste! How wasteful in every way - the straws, the remains of the drink, etc. (a new straw was used for each "sampling"). Once e we finished this process, they wanted everyone's drink order before you could go back to the table. Not everyone knew what they wanted - but that wasn't allowed. You were to order before sitting back down! Then comes the food. Meh at best. Nobody was impressed by the food, there were limited choices, and our poor guest with food allergies was not well accommodated. The service was rushed and demanding. Oh. All of this on top of a $25 per person fee for reservation that goes back toward the bill. Also watch out! Gratuity was already included but not mentioned. There are better options for an experience of this sort.

I think this is on everyone's speakeasy list!…read more Make sure you make a reservation It is very packed. They offer bar seating and booth / table Follow the wall from Randy's donuts and Look for a wall of Japanese sake/beer barrels and head towards the restaurant - the rolling boil. There will be a check in host and stand there and wait (it will be located up against the wall with a big secret door right next to the hostess station) It's very New York inside. When I first came in Spring with the amazing, Karen, the menu and everything was great Now, I took my friend who was in town from Nashville and it was a brand new theme. It's the great Gatsby. Even our waitress, Jasmine was dressed for the occasion. I would say this place is known for Absinthe. They have cocktails featuring it or you can get one of the huge apparatus (huge and glowing green) which, if you are into it? I highly recommend. Just one of the huge apparatus makes one regular drink. Or, what Karen and I did, was split it and make it into a shot for the both of us. The waitress comes out and shows you how it works and goes over everything. Karen, who I came with, was a pro and knew her way around it. She showed me the ropes lol. Honestly, if you are here? When in Rome. Go all out and try it, since it's where they shine here. They took off a few menu items and added some themed drinks. ( a couple new champagne themed drinks) They have big entree items but I suggest small bites and sharing and mostly coming for the drinks. There's no bathroom inside, so you do have to leave the bar and go to the closest one (over behind Randy's donuts) and then enter the speakeasy again Both times coming here I've never had an issue. It's a small, packed place. And yet they still have the cocktails flowing and the food coming out in a good time. So the food and drinks are good Atmosphere is lovely. Service is good. Especially for it usually being very busy in here This place is located inside the Anaheim packing district. So I suggest hitting up a couple other spots before or afterwards for some more food or drinks P.S. it is very dark In here. They never cared if we used our light to look at the menu. However, they do not want flash photography They also do not strictly enforce a dress code (my friend from Nashville asked) however, they suggest dressing business casual and not too underdressed

Just hard liquor taste and undrinkable :( the bartender kindly offered another drink. Unfortunately none of the food was the least bit good. Steak and fries was ordered medium rare and cooked to medium well with what seemed like no seasoning was on there at all. Crab cake was just ok and the slaw beneath it was drenched in a vinaigrette that was just sour and unpleasant. And the Mac and cheese, as we were very hopeful and looking forward to, was probably the blandest Mac and cheese we ever had. We asked the lady bartender for salt and she handed us, no exaggeration (and you guys will probably think I am) a salt shaker with 10 grains of salt in it and said "looks like there's a lil something you could still get out of there" My jaw dropped. But yeah. The shredded meat on top of the Mac and cheese was cooked beyond the point of edible. That one was unfortunately sent back bc we just couldn't eat it. We were bummed over all mostly about the food.

I'm normally a whiskey drinker, so I started with the Southeast Spice Trade while my girlfriend ordered the Pineapple Whipped Colada. Both were delicious, but half the fun was watching Drew make them. You could really see the amount of care that went into the craft and presentation of every drink. For food, we ordered the chicken katsu and ahi poke nachos. I was especially excited when the nachos arrived and I realized they were made with wonton chips. I'm a sucker for wonton chips, so those were an immediate win. We obviously couldn't stop at one round of drinks, so next came the Tarobi Colada and Zombie King. Drew told us a little about the history of the Zombie King and gave us a lesson on rum, so I had to try it, plus it came in one of the coolest mugs I've ever seen. The Zombie King was easily my favorite drink of the night. The flavor was fantastic from beginning to end and dangerously smooth. I didn't even realize how much it had hit me until I stood up. Even leaving was part of the experience. We finally checked out the bathroom and the door has what feels like TEN different locks on it. It genuinely felt like I was locking myself inside the bathroom of an old pirate ship. Between the storytelling, incredible atmosphere, Captain's Quarters, food, cocktails, and especially the service from Drew, this was such a memorable night. Strong Water completely commits to its theme without sacrificing the quality of the drinks. Absolutely an experience worth having, and we can't wait to come back.

We have returned to Strong Water several times in recent months, so it's time for an update. We…read morefirst returned in early June since they introduced some new cocktails and food to the menu. The other visits were just because this is by far our number one place. Recently added cocktails: Buzzin' Jungle Bird (Jamaican gold rum, coffee infused campari, dark rum, pineapple, lime, hemp orgeat, cane, Angostura bitters). This is a great spin on a jungle bird, with some complexity and coffee flavor. I'm usually not a big fan of coffee, but it is at a good level. Chi Chi (Whey vodka, pineapple, lime, date, honey, coconut, salt). This has a great creamy texture which I believe comes from the dairy component of the whey vodka. It is well balanced with some sweetness, and I could taste the coconut and date flavors. Lapu Lapu (Asian rum, Jamaican rum, dry curacao, lime, orgeat, demerara). It is juicy, well balanced, and served with a flaming sugar cube on top. This is the cocktail they chose to serve at their booth at Tiki Oasis recently which says a lot, try it! Thai Me Down (Barbados rum, coconut liqueur, papaya, lemon, demerara, Thai basil). It is served old-fashioned style, and was light and perfectly balanced. Those Thai inspired flavors were all noticeable. Demerara Dry Float. They added and took this one off the menu as of now. It was a balanced light citrusy drink which was served with a delicious sidecar of Hamilton 151 rum infused with banana chips. I sipped half of that and mixed the rest into the cocktail. It was served with a beautiful ice shell. I'm guessing it was too labor intensive, and took up a lot of space in their freezers. Recently added food: Ahi Poke Nachos (marinated ahi tuna, masago, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo, furikake, green onion). This is such a tasty starter with so many textures and flavors. I love that the nachos are wontons too, and not just chips. Crab & Cream cheese wontons. Nice crisp wontons with a good amount of crab and cream cheese inside. The chili sauce and spicy mayo adds another layer of flavor, and there is a slice of jalapeno on top for a little heat. Pan-Seared Scallops. This was an excellent lighter entrée. The four scallops are cooked perfectly, and even have a little dollop of caviar on top. I liked the mix of veggies and really liked the bed of potato puree underneath. Steak & Eggs (8oz hanger steak, crying tiger glaze, Nam Jim Jaew sauce, sunny eggs, rice). I normally wouldn't try steak & eggs for dinner, but I can't resist a good hanger steak. It was cooked a perfect medium rare and I appreciate that it was pre-sliced. The crying tiger glaze and sauce were so flavorful. There's plenty of rice to soak up any left egg yolk or sauce. Recently added desserts: Dubai Chocolate Lava Cake. This was excellent, but it's definitely sweet and rich. Save some room if you plan on ordering this. Ube Flan Cake. I'm usually not a fan of flan, but I have to try anything with ube and this was good. The cake had nice ube flavor, and I liked that the flan was a little firm since the looser custardy/gelatinous texture is not for me. This is definitely a lighter dessert than the lava cake. It's not a new drink, but I also had the Naval Grog for the first time. (Lost Voyage rum, overproof white rum, allspice dram, lime, grapefruit, demerara, honey). It is boozy with nice spice notes. Other repeat cocktails enjoyed were Tales from the Black Lagoon (my favorite), Missionary's Downfall, Agave Parrot, Singapore Sling, and Serpents Grasp all of which are excellent. Their cocktails, food, ambiance, and service are always top notch. Thank you Ying, Erica, Greg, Jordan, Joey, Iris, Karen, Kyle, Joy, and John for your wonderful hospitality during our visits. We will return again soon!
