A strong 4*. I like the space, the staff, the patio, their hours, and the fact that they don't crank the a/c (or crank the music, for that matter). My only issue is that I didn't love my espresso beverage (small americano) the couple of times I've been here. I didn't dislike it, per se, but a $4 americano comes with certain expectations, and both times I found it a little weak-bodied up front, with a bit of lingering bitterness on the back end. Regardless, I do like it here, and given that it's close to home, I'll likely return often. read more

Orlando has risen to the coffee occasion again! Lobos - when it opened I am not sure, but it's definitely a newerish addition to the Milk District and boy is it a perfect fit. I visited on a Sunday midmorning when the rest of Orlando coffee shops were bursting at the seams Lobos somehow (magically?) remained quiet, peaceful, and inviting. We had 4 orders total and they were all executed flawlessly and quickly. I tried their shakerato, espresso shaken with ice and topped with a splash of milk. The shaking aerates the espresso and creates a light foam. It was delicious. I loved how smooth the coffee flavor was. They have really unique syrups and breakfast foods to match the totally vibe ultra hip space. This is totally a shop I'd spend time in. I will say I wish that I could have enjoyed my coffee there in a glass since the to-go cups are the super flimsy (probably more eco friendly) plastic. I'd actually recommend bringing your own cup if you plan on taking it to-go. read more

Lobos is my go-to for a quick bite to eat and a coffee/matcha/other specialty drink. I usually get the avocado toast or the Village Addiction sandwich. The avocado toast is always tasty and has pickled onions and cheese on top. I also really like the Village Addiction with the Asiago bagel - a tasty treat! The food is also always nicely presented. They also have freshly squeezed lemonade that is made with sparking water and is super refreshing! The barista also offered a refill which was nice. I love the seating options too. You can sit at a smaller table inside or at the bar along the windows or at a larger high top if you have a larger group. The outdoor patio out back is also a great spot. Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade, when needed. I bet the ambiance is nice at night with all of the bistro lighting. Love having this little coffee shop close to me! read more

I loved stopping by this coffee shop! Parking is extremely difficult, even in the middle of the week in the middle of the day. We had to park next door in the strip area in a random spot to walk over. Besides the parking, there seemed to be plenty of space inside to sit and especially outside in their patio area. The decor is very modernized yet cute, and warm. I got the PURP and it was absolutely delicious. I would love to try another coffee. Also grabbed a choco cheese bear crawl, and that it was so tasty. I had been wanting to check out this place for the longest and I finally got to the other day. The location itself is super cute and they have a lovely outdoor seating area as well. The workers were super nice and happily answered any questions I had. They also let you try sample coffees if you're on the fence about what to order which is nice. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and thought it was decent. I also got a village Turkey sandwich which consisted of Turkey, cheese, and a cranberry Mayo on an Asiago bagel. The flavors were great on this but they give the tiniest amount of turkey. For 11 dollars (plus I paid an extra dollar to sub chips for salad) I thought it was crazy expensive. 20 dollars for the sandwich, bag of chips, and an iced latte was a little much. My friend ordered the avocado toast which she seemed to like (and it did look good) so I think if I went back I'd order that instead or maybe just get a pastry from the pastry case. I've been here a couple of times now. While I'm not really a coffee drinker, I must say their specialty drinks, especially the od julep coffee, are fantastic. I've also gotten an iced tea each time, and really enjoyed them. Their sandwiches are quite good, but the house salad that goes with them is even better. The greens and tomatoes are so fresh. We ordered fresh squeezed orange juice and a flat white, there are plenty of choices of alternatives to dairy milk, drink prices are on par with most coffee shops. Wouldn't consider myself a coffee snob or connoisseur but thanks to Lobos, I am now. Great, now I happily spend 20 bucks a day on my new habit. Lobos makes Scarbucks taste like dirty dish water. The first latte I had here was the best cup of coffee I ever drank. So, naturally on my second visit I picked up a bag of espresso beans... and again, the best coffee I've ever had. This is an amazing spot for coffee, they have a nice variety of different blends... and also offer a nice cafe con leche (I would recommend) and serve sandwiches all day long - breakfast options in the AM as well. The people who work here are super sweet. Parking lot on sight, seating both indoors and outdoors. They play really great music throughout the day but it's subtle enough to also study or read a book if you need to. Thanks to local Yelp suggestions I went with The Purp and it did not disappoint. It's an odd taste, as in unfamiliar, but it's oddly delicious. It's a mocha latte with a hint of orange flavor. I would definitely go back to get this again. The cranberry Orange muffin wasn't the best I've ever had but it was still good. The ambience was great and it's very spacious with a lot of seating. I went there to study and one thing that I couldn't stand - although not their fault - was the little nats/fruit flies flying around while I was trying to study. I would recommend that if you're staying a while, sit away from the window either more in the center of the restaurant or at the high top seating. Other than that I really enjoyed the unique flavors I experienced. This is a fun spot to go if you want to meet up with a friend to talk while enjoying a great cup of coffee. Unlike other coffee shops located in DT orlando the parking is easy unless it's packed, then like any other place you park down the road on the main street or a nearby parking lot. So happy I came across this adorable coffee shop in my favorite neck of Orlando. The wolf on their building caught my eye and I also found out Lobos means Wolf hence the cool name. There are many things to love about Lobos...much like Wolves they stand alone with their own distinct style. I love that they support fair trade coffee practices to support sustainable farmers' livelihood. They have a great reward program. Their employees are so kind, passionate and accommodating. I told them I was on Keto and the gentleman ringing me up knew exactly what to suggest. I got the Nitro cold Brew they make themselves with heavy whipping cream and sugar free vanilla. Not many places accommodate low carb so that was awesome. Most importantly their coffee is delicious with a distinct, smooth flavor and a nice caffeine kick. Loved it. My drink was good, the staff was so nice and the spot was cute. I wouldn't call it a kid friendly place per se but they were super friendly to my kid. I got a matcha and a muffin for my kid and was surprised how affordable it was. I was expecting to be around $12 before tip but no so! This place is cute. Kind of cold inside. Their baked items aren't that great. Their coffee is really good. If you're looking for hot or iced lattes, definitely delicious. So my husband really enjoyed his iced latte. We typically always go to Lineage down the street but since they were closed and Lobos was still open, we decided to try it. However I hated the chia tea latte. It tasted like milk. When I asked for extra chia, the employee promptly gave me more to pour into my cup. But it simply made it more sweet. There was no flavor of cloves, black tea, cinnamon or anise. I was simply drinking extra sugary milk. I'd love it if they switched their liquid chai extract to a different company. Because I saw the one they use and it ain't a good one. Dona Chai is truly one of the best and I get excited when some coffee shops serve it. Remembering that this location was a gas station some time ago. And if my memory serves me, I think it was a Cumberland Farms. As I am driving down Corrine Drive while the renovation for Lobos Coffee Roasters was taking place, I told myself that I will have to check it out sometime when it opens. Some time much later, I finally stopped in. And being the first time here, I had several questions. And the young lady working the counter was quite helpful. I already had coffee earlier and had asked about what coffees they had available for purchase to brew at home. A Ethiopia blend and a Peru blend aroused my curiosity. I will have to buy one on my next visit. Like I said, I already had coffee this morning. But I just happened to notice that draft beer is available. And having finished my errands, a East West IPA from Ten 10 Brewing sounded good. It was nice just to be able to kick back and watch the world go by with a cold one at the front window. Which I have not been able to do in quite awhile. Wine is available as well. There is seating throughout, and a beautiful patio area in the back. Wi-Fi is available, as there were customers on their laptops. And there are tables out front as well. The interior is pleasing to the eye, making for a nice place to sit and have coffee or a meal. There is a breakfast menu and all day menu with a few sandwiches I will have to try on a future visit. And the service is very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms, located in the back, are roomy and very clean. I like the idea of a bench near the restrooms so you can sit and wait while both are in use. I hate having to stand and wait to use a bathroom. Like at all of the rock concerts I attended during my wild and crazy days! Judging from the number of customers coming in and out, Lobos Coffee Roasters must be doing something right. And the next time I come in, I will have to buy a coffee.
