Soft and slightly sweet meat, buttery and perfectly toasted bun, you can taste the butter in each bite, dressed nicely and offering a touch of crunch, and don't forget to squirt it all with some fresh lemon. Nestled inside the Windmill Food Hall, we came here during brunch. Only some of the restaurants were open and quite empty. Choices were slim, either tacos, pizzas, Mediterranean, or a Lobster Roll. I remember I missed out on my chance last month to get lobster, so this choice was a way to make it up, and I am happy that I did after seeing my friend's taco order. What I ordered: XL LOBSTER ROLL - You can order it Hot and Buttered or Cold with Mayo. Unsure which one to try, I asked if I could do both. They said yes; however, the lobster meat was served cold with a side of mayo and clear butter. While the order took a while, the presentation of the Lobster Roll was picture perfect, with a MASSIVE load of lobster meat blanketed by a thick burnt loaf. I'm so glad they did not skimp on lobster meat. Even my friend regretted ordering the tacos after seeing this colossal sandwich. CLAM CHOWDER - I ordered a Bowl size, and it was piping hot that I burned the tip of my tongue. Lots of clam meat and potatoes and it was EXCELLENT. The server was chill, and he called me back and handed me a small bag of chips for no reason. If I am ever in the area again, I want to try their other Rolls. I was very excited to try out the lobster roll here! It's deceivingly big but is mostly bread. Luckily the bread itself is quite delicious so it's tasty eating it by itself without any lobster left! I ordered the lobster grilled cheese which comes with lobster bisque to dip it in, the classic lobster roll, and a cup of clam chowder. The clam chowder comes with a couple pieces of bread to dip into the soup. Service was friendly and attentive and the guy gave us suggestions. I spent 73.00 on those items and a coke. Food was hot and delicious, clam chowder was a bit salty and I couldn't eat it for about 15 minutes because how hot it was, lol.
