This place is alright. We went on a Wednesday because their burgers and sandwiches are half off. With a chicken sandwhich, small fry, and a small milkshake, it was $13. I don't think this is anything I'd pay full price for. The bun is nice and soft, it's pretty seasoned, and the taste is good. I waited 20 minutes for my food and got suspicious why it was taking so long. The cashier was gone (I think he was a younger guy) and the cook came out and asked if he could help me. I said I was waiting for my order. He said "here it's ready." Unbeknownst to me, he took my sweet potato fries out of my bag. I got home and they weren't there. I called them and the girl was nice and I explained that I swear I saw the cook out my fries in my togo bag. She said "oh I actually see them. They're still here." I was like I'm a mile away at home now. Why would he take my fries out of my bag?? She said he said he thought it was a different order. The worst thing is I tipped these fools over $8.00 when I paid. She said I can come get my refund. But I can't go there at this moment due to obligations so I settled to come in tomorrow to get my refund since they won't process it over the phone. You bet I want my tip money back as well. You don't mess with my food. If you're going to leave the cash register, let others know ppl are waiting for their order. Do not tip these guys in advance. Tip then after you receive the service. Almost every single time there's something wrong and by the time we discover the various mistakes we're usually back home and it's not worth going back to complain. I've been here four times (don't know why I kept going back) and can confirm what all the other reviews say, the service here is the slowest I've ever ever experienced. I ordered online three times and each time when I arrived at the stated time it would be ready, they hadn't even accepted the order or started preparing it. Then once I had finally received these orders (after about a 45 min wait each time) the orders were wrong in some way. The one time I ordered in person, the order was correct, but I was one of 4 people in the restaurant and the order took about an hour for them to make a single burger and fries, which I found odd. I work nearby so I've ordered from here probably a total of 7 times. The burgers have a lot of flavor and the fries are thin and crispy. I generally order online because I only have 45 minutes for lunch, so I'd like it to be ready when I get there. This has never actually happened. They have not once had it ready for pickup when I arrive and they never get my order correct. They never have the correct toppings on my burger (I never do any crazy modifications, I usually just get the standard toppings but half the time, they give me a plain burger anyways) and they always forget my dipping sauce. But the kid's meal is a great deal. The breaded chicken sandwich is very boring. The mini corn dogs are hand dipped! Most of the staff I've talked to is always very nice. I kinda had the last straw yesterday tho. I ordered online and not only was my order not ready when I got there, but the cashier with the glasses said they in fact had no way of knowing when an online order is placed and he can't look to see what food I ordered. Despite the restaurant getting 3 stars. I will give it four because I was actually a big fan of the price and the fries and the shake (not pictured). The wait for the burger was around 20 minutes. For the shake, I do have to complain that if you're going to make them thick, you will need a larger straw so the customer isn't in a lip puckering motion during the whole meal. The fries were good, just the portion size between the two offered sizes is by 6 fries. If I order a large order of fries, there should be more that a handful of fries in my basket. For the burger, I forgot to order without pickles and so the burger came loaded with them. If you're a fan of pickles... have fun. I did order the "bigger" burger which is two patties instead of one. It had flavor and it was actually super messy (something I oddly look forward to when it comes to eating burgers). I was craving a burger the night before. Went on UberEats and found this place. Not to far from where we lived and didn't want to pay for the cost of getting delivered. So we went today. On their menu was a Western Burger. (It was my brothers favorite burger from Carls Jr. He passed away last year.) Since I was feeling down, this burger helped me in someway and it was better than Carls. It was amazing! The potato bun and bbq sauce hit the spot. I got a meal and FRIES NEVER MAKE IT HOME! They were delicious! Though when we got home we were missing part of my order. I called them it was the manager that actually helped me while I was there. He was apologetic and kindly refunded me. They still get five stars because the manager was really professional with the entire process! We will be returning to try other items in the menu. I just wanted to say thank you! That being said, what I received from here was disappointing. I got the hot dog which was supposed to come with relish and onions as a default + cheese and more onions. What I got was the top half of a burger bun, with a hot dog thrown on it and over half of it juttting out on either side of the round bun top-cheese poured on it, with a little bit of onion sprinkled on top. No relish. The cheese and the hotdog itself were of decent or even good quality, but I cannot get past the burger bun and no relish. +1 star because the cheese was actually decent cheese and not a Kraft single thrown on top. It looked like what you make in college at 4am because all you could find in your kitchen were hot dogs and burger buns. It gets a 2 stars because I dont ever give a 1 star, unless it was some of the worst food or worst service (or a combo of both) I ever had.
