Birria quesadillas had incredible flavor, but (1) they got saucy on the bottom pretty quickly, and (2) they were cut in a weird way, and there was a lot of birria volume toward the inside end. I also don't think there was any cheese inside; it was just on the outside. Because of that, there wasn't really a binder inside, so I had some birria falling out if I tilted the slice too much. See my artistic rendition. Chips and salsa appetizer was awesome. We got verde, mango, and zucchini. All were bangers. And the chips were perfectly crispy. Limeade basically just tasted like lime juice. I mean I guess that's the point? I just felt like there wasn't much to it. And the glass also came only 2/3 full.

My boyfriend and I came in for a date night on a Tuesday evening and it was packed! I love seeing restaurants get so much business. It only took 10 minutes for us to eat seated. Our server was attentive and quick. We got a few drinks - the Texas two step is incredible. I had the fried chicken tacos and he got the grilled chicken tacos. Both were amazing and huge portions. Highly recommend getting the salsa flight- you can't go wrong with any of the options. 10/10!

This place is so beautiful. It's so big and decorated. Love the aesthetic. Food is pricey but worth it. Got appetizers and queso and was very full after. Our server was attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back. It's spacious and the decor is incredible. Location is also great in pinnacle hills promenade

Fresh and flavorful! A solid 5 star meal and experience! Great atmosphere and phenomenal service. I believe our server was named AB, thank you so much for making this a great experience! This is a restaurant that could exceed 5 stars on Yelp if it was possible! We started off with all 6 of their salsas. For $5, you can try 3 different salsas from the variety they offer. You can't go wrong with any of them! Follow your heart on what sounds good! My personal favorite is the zucchini surprisingly! Their queso blanco is delicious, white, creamy, cheesy! A bit of a kick from the jalapeños! Drinks are quality here, but low on quantity! Tarte margaritas and daiquiris, so if a sweeter blend is your favorite be warned! I loved the margarita! Very refreshing. Their cilantro lime rice is buttery. Love their spinach enchiladas! Expect lots of cheese! I've tried their tacos previously and felt like the portion size was a bit smaller! Not traditional Mexican food, but delicious!!

Wow this place knows how to make great tacos! I asked for my steak to be cooked medium and they were perfect. The house made flour tortillas were so fresh too. We got a salsa flight (verde tomatillo, chipotle and caribbean mango) and enjoyed all 3 of them. My hubby got the enchiladas and liked them but he said he should have gotten tacos (I let him try a bite of mine) We went here late Saturday night (around 8:30pm) and the restaurant was packed. It's a very good/sexy date night spot.

Good food. Good customer service. Bathroom was super clean and it spelled good. The only down side is there was a limited selection of food that didn't acquaint to my Mexican food needs. They didn't have been burritos for some reason. Overall, good restaurant.

Was so busy, so service was a tad slow today BUT everyone's food and drinks were so wonderful and we have a great experience every time we go. (We love how many salsa options they have.)

The food was great! Ambience was very cute and pretty. Cocktails could've been better.

Stopped here for dinner one evening and had such a pleasant experience! Our server was very nice, and the food delicious. The inside was nice too. We ordered the 3 salsas, my favorite by far was the zucchini. My main was the Ribeye tacos which were also delicious! The rice and beans were great too, and the skinny margarita to top it off was perfect.

Get the shrimp and brie quesadillas. Mango chutney salsa is the finishing touch. You've never had anything like it. Great drinks as well.

Ask the Community - Local Lime | Rogers

What is their Happy Hour schedule?

Happy hour is Monday-Wednesday 3pm to 6pm. The happy hour menu includes $5 margaritas and $2 off draft beer, wine, and well drinks.

I see it says good for kids, is there a kids menu? Or do they have smaller size plates? How is it kid friendly?

I work at Local Lime and yes we do have a children's menu. We have kiddos in all the time! This is a family place where all are welcome. We have quesadillas, chicken tacos, and chicken tenders for the kiddos.

Is there a way to get it delivered?

Services like GrubHub, Bite, and/or DoorDash may be able to accommodate this task.

Why do they only offer the cilantro rice? Do they have traditional Spanish rice?

The rice is green (and delicious!) because it is cooked with cilantro. I do not recall seeing Spanish rice on the menu but their rice is very, very flavorful

Chain be damned this really was good…read more Salmon was perfectly cooked to temp Perfect balance of seasoning and smoke Tender vegetables and a delicious premium side of port wine grilled mushrooms Spirit selection is one of the better I've seen here in the fayetteville area. House bread is like a pizza dough, comes alive with the accompanying butter. If they added rosemary/garlic/sea salt to the butter it would be fire i say Genuinely appreciate the bar staff's improvisation to smoke my old fashioneds I ordered. Really need to add this, it goes hand in hand with wood fire theme...its low hanging fruit Staff can drag a little and can be not as attentive as i like but it's tolerable overall.

***Good Food Except the Frankensteaks***…read more My wife and I have been to Firebirds twice, once on a Thursday night and the second a Saturday night. Based on the experience of our first visit we're happy to try Firebirds again. For our first visit, we each started with their BLT salad, which we think is very good. The dressing is light and flavorful, not heavy and doesn't imply being bottled. My wife had the Shrimp and Grits and I the Firebirds Roasted Chicken. We each felt our entrees were very good with a simple honesty of quality that we seek. Because our experience was very positive we booked a reservation for a Saturday night (8pm). We each ordered the BLT salads again, we were offered bread which is nice. Of course, like the first time, the salads were good. My wife ordered the 12oz ribeye with mashed potatoes and I ordered the 16oz ribeye with the southwest au gratin potatoes (premium). I also added a shrimp skewer (8). I'll get this out of the way, I love their au gratin potatoes, the top has a nice crusted layer, the shrimp are fire grilled and taste nice. The fact that on the skewer that you get 8 instead of 6 is notable. Unfortunately our steaks were, I can't even say underwhelming, atrocious and in some places inedible. Clearly the steaks were glued cuts that in places just couldn't be navigated even with a sharp steak knife. It's not an exaggeration that we're very familiar with steakhouses and we really don't expect "steakhouse quality" from Firebirds...but let's be clear. Firebirds leads the entree menu with steaks. Steaks make up 1/3 the entree menu, so if that what your leading with your setting a certain expectation regarding its quality. Neither my wife nor I could actually tell we received ribeyes. I likened mine to a very tough NY Strip and I think that may be a generous characterization. A third of the steak I couldn't use the steak knife to cut strands of...whatever, and the really was just simply wasted. Again, I don't have the expectation of them delivering the quality of a $80 ribeye... I get that all the time. I do expect Firebirds to deliver a $45 ribeye and I'm very convinced that didn't happen. It was a shame to see that Firebirds failed in the honestly of their leading entrees. As in the first time, we ordered the lemon Cake...no blueberry. Excellent, lemon purity and approaches a freshness rarely found. Firebirds has a very diverse menu, that's a good thing for them. That's the reason I'll go back...maybe just not as often. They need to fix the lack of clarity, honesty and value in their steak options. Currently, I simply cannot recommend the steaks. We had drinks, including a generous tip my bill was close to $300. That dinner experience is common for us. That won't happen again at Firebirds, which is ok. I'll get the chicken, burger or whatever but until they figure out how to position a steak with the proper quality and pricing I won't be ordering that anytime soon. Service has been good, with a longer wait ordering drinks, at the table. I waited 20min for a G&T.
