Love this location! Nuf said. I went WAY out of my way to try this place, Yelp had good reviews and was craving Italian. I WILL COME BACK and bring friends! The slice (is actually 2 slices) for $5 people it's a total steal! The quality of pizza was amazing. If you like Frank's Pizza in downtown Houston, you will love this place. They have my favorite local beer (Yellow Rose) on tap which was an instant win. Great atmosphere and nice staff. Dude! read more

This place serves Italian food as Tacobell serves Mexican.. Pizza tastes like what you buy at the frozen isle at Walmart and the pasta.. well let's not even talk about that. The cute young girls they put serving you or checking you out probably don't belong in the service industry: zero training and poor customer service. Spent six minutes on the phone waiting for somebody to take my order they finally did and before I had a chance to talk they told me it was going to be an hour and then said goodbye and hung up I called back to speak to somebody to just cancel the order because I didn't want to wait an hour and couldn't get anybody back on the phone until the manager came on the phone and I told her what happened and she could care less she said she's has 500 orders she's too busy and she doesn't need my business if I want to cancel go ahead and cancel so I canceled it been eating there for 11 years at least twice a week never eat there again rude people in your food is not that good for that kind of confrontation shitty management place is totally gone downhill read more

I ordered five different food items online from Locatelli's for my family to share. Never did I imagine Italian food would be made with jalapeños. Toasted ravioli and Telli dip sandwich with Giardiniera. The Cesar salad was made with romaine lettuce that was pretty much all the hard white ends. Very little fresh greens. The dressing tasted good but nothing special. So if you want to try this restaurant be sure to check what is in the food. Don't assume it's only Italian ingredients. read more

Our first time here!!!! The food here is really amazing. The Toasted Ravoli was delicious, the lasagna was served as such a big portion and taste wonderful. The staff go a long way to make sure your time spent here is wonderful. Ashley was our server and she did an excellent job very attentive to her tables. We met the manager Jenna she is very respectful and checks in often also. She was busy helping her staff with anything they needed. We had such an amazing time thank you for all you guys do. This neighborhood pizza joint advertises "free beer on Mondays" on their T-shirts, which got my attention. Their other catch phrase is "put a Telli in your belly". That, I did. I actually declared war on my pizza but I had to surrender after a few large slices. They have Anchor Steam on tap (for you NoCal people out there) and Fat Tire which goes well with their CarnaTelli pizza. It's a creation of lots of meat and great pizza sauce--not for those watching their caloric intake. Every employee can be found working all of the time. It's a fun place where you get a real feel for what a small well-run restaurant should be. It's a place for folks of all ages. Weekends bring out a lot of families and little leaguers but there's room for everyone to join in on the great food. They have at least two TVs that I recall airing local sports (the Astros were getting pounded by the Cards that night). By the way "free beer on Monday" = closed on Monday. read more

Excellent local pizza, great value and taste. Visiting often here for lunch with colleagues (it is close to HP) and the quality is very consistent. The Lunch 2-slice combo (2 slices of 2-topping pizza, house salad & soft drink) is one of the best values in NW Houston @ $7.49 + tax. Oh, and not to forget the pint-size draft beer for $3.00 + tax. Great appetizers- tasty & hot! This place is a local eatery nestled in a quiet Champions strip center. It's inviting with a small patio set-up w/bistro style umbrellas. I usually call in a quick order & someone always answers the phone. Giving 4 stars since I haven't had a dine-in experience yet, but will update this review accordingly once I do. Their food is at a great price point and is delicious! What more can you ask for? If you're in the mood for tasty Italian that won't break the bank, give these guys a try. read more

Always good food and great staff. Gave it 4 stars because they say they have curbside when ordering online but they have taken up all The parking spots by the door with tables. So you have to park far away for a quick pick up. Otherwise their staff would have to go way out into the parking lot to find your car. Just may not want to promote curbside any more. read more

Went over for lunch with a friend yesterday for the first time in a year. I didn't realize how much I missed this place. The service is top notch and our server was better than good! We eat here at least once per month and love the thin crust pizza with everything, including pineapple. The salad is always fresh and the pizza is beyond compare. Sometimes we have to wait on them but that's so that we get fresh quality pizza. read more

Went on a Saturday night. I'm glad the place wasn't packed and cool that they had some outdoor seating. The service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken parm for dinner. I was a bit hesitant since it was 13$ and wasn't sure what I was going to get for my money. The salad came out and it was huge and fresh. The meal came out later and that too was large. The chicken parm was loaded with melted mozzarella which was awesome. The bread stick that went with it was great for dipping into the marinara sauce. The spaghetti on the side was meh...overwhelmed with pasta sauce. Overall, the amount of food and quality for the price was great. I would definitely return to try something else. read more

I truly enjoyed this little spot. When I say little I mean little because in my opinion there is not that much seating inside. It is a cozy atmosphere and the food was delicious and hot. The Mozzarella Sticks along with the Cookie Sundae were the best I had. Good solid pizza. I come by every now and then when I want to get a slice of their Stuffatelli pizza. Keep in mind that a slice is a quarter of their 17" size pizza. The Stuffatelli is a meat lover's pizza on steroids. Very tasty and flavorful indeed. If I don't do that, I order a pizza for take out. I've tried the delivery and gotten my order wrong a couple times, so I just prefer to make sure the pizza is correct before I take it home. That is my only complaint with Locatellis, and their food is pretty good all around. read more

I ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 pizza over the phone. They didn't hear me order 2 sandwiches and only ordered me 1. So they said it won't take long to make the other sandwich. It took 30 MINUTES. Got a delivery order. Ordered spaghetti and added meatball to the order. I assumed it would have been a large meatball, considering it only gave me an option to order one at $2.25. It was a small/medium meatball which was very disappointing! Had I known I would have ordered two, but then 2/$5?? They also, dressed the Cesar salad, which once traveling in the bag with the hot food items, made it soggy and inedible. The best thing was the garlic bread that came with the lasagne. The smell of marinara, garlic & toasted bread hits your nose when you first walk in. Nothing bad has ever come of tomato, garlic & bread products hitting your olfactory nerves, I promise. The food is great, the portions are huge & the service is attentive. A local family running a local business; a great family dining experience. My only complaint? A lot of meat/bread/cheese options, but short of a veggie pizza or salad, you're stuck for a serving of vegetables. I used to live here and LOVED LOVED LOVED locatellis, I recently moved back and was so happy to order a pizza.....then I tried it and blach! Flat cardboard tasteless crust, canned tasteless sauce for an incredibly high price. I will always pay more gore a product I love but this was terrible. With so much competition you'd think locatellis would pump up their game but they've succumbed to low mediocrity. Go back to basics and produce food that shines not the disappointment I overpaid for. Not that it matters, I will not be going there again. I will not recommend. Sad to lose a favorite but it opens my choices up for one of the many great pizza joints around. We are regulars at Locatelli's and are typically satisfied with the food and service. However, today the service was super slow. My husband and I decided to finally check this place out a couple days ago. We were told to pick a seat wherever we wanted and that someone would be right with us. Our first waitress came around unsmiling and unceremoniously threw menus at us and said she'd be taking care of us and that she would be with us in a minute. Okay...Not a great start. About a minute later another girl comes up to us and asks if she can get us some drinks going. She drops off our drinks and assures us our server will be right with us. Five minutes go by and not once has our server stopped and spared us even a glance, even just to say hey I'll be right with you....Seeing as we had never been here before we had questions about the lunch specials and the pizza slices. At this point we're mildly agitated and considering leaving. Now the other girl I believe her name was Alex came around and apologized profusely to us for not getting helped sooner and told us she'd be taking over. We told her we had never been there before. She quickly explained all the specials to us and gave us some suggestions and apologized again. Fast track we get our food and it was AMAZING, pizza was thin,crispy and HUGE. Generous amount of toppings and the side salads were surprisingly fresh. But Alex (I'm sorry if that's not your name) honestly made us want to come back. She could tell that we were not pleased at first, but she went out of her way to make sure that we had a great time and finished on a good note. She was attentive and even though I could tell she was busy, she made sure that the rest of our time there was flawless. All in all glad we stuck it out! Will be returning!! Excellent pizza , especially when ordered well done. Ordering this way made the pizza firmer in the middle and kept it from getting soggy while sitting in the box. Also, they did did a good job of getting it well done without burning or charring any of the crust. Spaghetti and meatballs were good, but the meatballs could use a little more seasoning. They were kind of bland tasting. A good meatball should not rely on the sauce for its taste. Overall, Locatellis will get more business from us. read more

Went here last night with my boyfriend, he had put in some good reviews of this place along with his family's inputs, so I already had some expectations. It's in a small shopping strip on your way from Spring to Cypress, and vice versa. Locatelli's is a small pizza shop, I had some weird expectation of it being bigger and fancier (?) but it's small and casual. Most of the servers seemed young, and it is chaotic in there when it's busy, like it was last night. We were greeted by the hostess, and taken to one of the only empty tables inside. They have some outside too btw. Anyways, this is what we ordered: Eggplant parmesian. 17 inch pizza, one half margherita, the other Hawaiian with jalapeños. Side salad and spaghetti also came along with our order. Food: I had never tried eggplant so I was hesitant to trying it but I personally thought it was almost, or more, better than the pizza. I didn't get a slice of the Hawaiian but my boyfriend enjoyed it. The pizza is good, but not amazing, at least that's the case for the margherita. The most disappointing part of the pizza was probably the crust. I can taste the freshness but the crust was bland, and I am someone who always eats my crust. Service: 7/10. The place is chaotic and small and as I observed it seemed like some of the waitresses were off their game. My waitress was great, and she had just the right amount of communication with us... Not too much to where she seems bothersome, but not too little to where she disappears for the rest of the night. Basically, if you want pizza and this is your closest bet, be my guest! read more
