This review is well overdue and simply because we misplaced Jeremy's business card. We called Jeremy because our 3 year old son had decided to lock our walk in closet door one afternoon. Thankfully he didn't lock himself in the closet but he locked is out. I can't say enough great things about Jeremy. We had just gone to Lowe's (oddly enough) and then the grocery store, and when we came home our deadbolt broke and we had no way to get in the house (or get our groceries in the fridge!) Jeremy got here in 10 min and got us in. Apparently our deadbolt was forged from the steel of King Arthur's sword and the iron from the mask that Phillippe wore in Man in the Iron Mask because it took some work to get it off! (They don't make em like they used to!) haha but he put in the elbow grease needed to get the job done and saved our milk from going bad! He was nice and funny and kept his cool through all of the frustration of our deadbolt. (I would have just broke the door down if it was me!) Very professional and fair priced.
