Came here on a Saturday evening at 545pm after running a Spartan Beast with my husband and friend. We were reluctant due to the 2.5 star reviews but decided to come anyway!! We were glad we did because everything was on point especially our server Matrisse!! Prob the best server I've had anywhere in a long while! Very professional, nice/pleasant/sweet, and attentive! Food was good and service was impeccable!! Will return if we are in the area again!

This was my rare steak .. it was raw there is a difference.

Well we went last night 2/25/22 early I don't remember what time but before 5ish anyways the server was nice she was on top of everything but the potato wedge appetizer we got it loaded yeah that was a joke like the brisket wasn't even on it. My steak was supposed to be rare came out medium well so the manager made me a new one it wasn't rare it was raw and both steaks were burnt and rock hard no juices from the steaks at all just horrible. The crab cakes they were ok but the sauce on top is gross. Ordered 3 slices of cheesecake they forgot whip cream and strawberries on them no biggie the cheesecake was still good. Not the servers fault she was good but work on your steaks.

We were a little wary to go here because of the reviews and three star rating, but gave it a shot anyway. We probably just waited five minutes for a table, and they were busy. Our server, Eric, was really nice, polite, kept the drinks coming, and offered to give us some tea to go. The food did take a little while to get to us, but they were a tad busy so it's understandable. Now onto the food itself... it was good. The filet was great, the mac and cheese and salad I got was awesome, but their hand battered shrimp is nasty. It tasted like something caught in the stone ages and frozen for about a billion years, but the steak definitely made up for it. I'm a firm believer that roadhouses should never do seafood. They could also use some work on their meal presentation as well. Their bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall, it's a decent place to eat.

The food here comes out cold and the service is slow. The wait at the door however is friendly.

We got a ton of ribs and some beef tips, and everything was very good. Nothing surprising, just solid Texas Roadhouse food done the way you expect it. Our server was great, and we didn't have to wait long for a table. And of course, the rolls stole the show. The peanuts were a nice bonus too. Overall, a really good, reliable meal and exactly what we were hoping for!

If you can, I'd recommend checking in and joining the waitlist beforehand so you can get seated as quickly as possible. Like most Texas Roadhouse locations, the atmosphere was buzzing and lively with all the college football games playing, the staff were super nice and attentive, and the food was excellent. My usual order is the rare Prime Rib with a Caesar Salad and Steak Fries -- with a side of creamy horseradish, of course! The salads at TR are always solid, the steak fries were especially crispy that day, and the prime rib was perfect: super tender, perfectly cooked, and not overly fatty. My sister also tried their Full Slab Ribs for the first time, which are supposedly award-winning, but I personally wouldn't give them that much credit. While the ribs were tender and well-cooked, they lacked seasoning. The BBQ sauce was there, but it didn't add much flavor. Maybe it was just an off day, but I'd call them mediocre at best. All in all, this Texas Roadhouse lives up to its reputation for great service and solid steaks -- but maybe skip the ribs and stick with the classics.

Mind you, the restaurant was not packed, but they seated us in between two tables when there were at least 6 other open tables in the room. Server was quick, friendly. I ordered breadsticks, not realizing that they provide bread for the table (I made the assumption they didn't based on the menu having bread and breadsticks listed). The breadsticks were a very odd texture - seemed doughy but they were not undercooked, lots of butter & garlic. I had the stuffed shells for my entree. My salad consisted of lettuce and cut up tomatoes (which I hate), nothing more. Therefore I had lettuce with my French dressing. The entree came out quickly and looked great. However, the ricotta on the inside of the stuffed shells was super creamy and not very tasty. The sauce was ok, not sweet enough for my liking, but not bad either. The shells themselves were al dente, but seemed chewy. My husband had the shrimp cocktail, which he enjoyed. He ordered the chicken parm with spaghetti as his side. The chicken parm looked great, but seemed to be a frozen chicken patty that was deep fried and drenched in sauce/mozzarella. The spaghetti was pretty good. Overall, meh. Won't be back, but we had something to eat and supported local not a franchise so there's that.

Not wanting to venture too far from the hotel we opted for this place to dine. This place was busy at the dinner hour, but not too busy for us to grab a seat. However, I think they could have sat us anywhere else than a table meant for six. It felt weird to have to scoot in and have that much space to yourself. I could have laid down to take a nap if I wanted to. Service was fantastic here. Our server was on top of her game, knew just about everything when it came to the menu. Never missed an opportunity to check in on us. For my food I went with the Ribeye and Grilled Shrimp. It comes with your choice of two sides. I opted for the Dressed Baked Potato and they included my Baked Potato Soup as my other side. My colleague kept assuring me that the food was going to be good. I had my reservations on that. First, the soup. I was expecting a heartly soup, but all I got in taste was salt. It was highly salty, the broth was a bit watery and did not really remind me of a baked potato. As for the main course, the theme of saltiness carried over. Everything was overly salty. The baked potato was caked in salt, but it did taste like a baked potato. The steak was cooked to my liking and the shrimp were alright. However, I found it funny that they completely crushed the bread and had it as about as flat as a piece of paper under the shrimp. This was a lot of food. I took half of it to go. However, with the amount of salt on it, I had no interest to partake in it any further. The highlight of my meal, the sangria. I would have had more of those knowing the salinity of my meal beforehand.
