The food here comes out cold and the service is slow. The wait at the door however is friendly.

Food is good. They send out coupons each month so it helps when you want to go out to eat. The wait staff is usually great (had an issue once, but still not bad) The mushroom skewers are the best. read more

Very poor service! I won't be coming back. It took 30 minutes to seat us when they told us no more than 10 minutes. The restaurant wasn't very busy and it took 20min just to take our drink order and another 45min for our food to come out. 2 hour of pure waiting. Unprofessional service and mediocre food tonight. After reading a long list of unavailable staple foods including: shrimp, lobster, meatloaf, onion rings, ect... The waitress told us this happens every weekend because the guy that orders the food doesn't work weekends so is out of touch with what is needed. The steak was dry...the waitress didn't seem to care as she asked us to check the meat as she walked off. And we were to tell whom? We felt rushed out. One meal was cold. All the food was cold 2 of the meals were overcooked and they did not mention that one of our meals was 86ed until all the food was on the table. This was the worst service I have experienced in Beckley!!! Our server was unbelievably rude. She took forever to refill our drinks and when she did she wouldn't clear our old glasses. An eight person table that was seated at least 20 minutes after us received their rolls while we did not get ours until after we got our entrees. Our food took longer than it should have and the potatoes were burnt when they were brought to the table. We looked for her name on our receipt so we could avoid her and it wasn't on there. My husband decided to speak to the manager about her and no one could find one. I intend to call corporate tomorrow!! read more

If there is anyway to give a 0, I would. We order here for lunch a least twice a week and our order is rarely 100% correct. Well today took the cake as we ordered salads and they were picked up brought back to have no dressings. We called to only be placed on hold for 10 minutes and at work can not run out constantly. We hung up and called back, would not allow us to talk to the manager and was told abruptly they would bring it up to us at work. we waited over 30 minutes when 3 min away. They don't know how to cook a medium. That was their first problem. When I had them take it back, they told me it is a medium (it was hardly a medium-well). They took it back, 5-10 minutes later they brought the same steak and asked me if I was sure I didn't want that one and the chef looked at it and it was a "perfect medium". I told them I'm sure and 20 minutes later they brought me a new steak. I feel like they were mad I sent it back because it had the most gristle I've ever seen in a "USDA Choice Steak". We went to this establishment December 26, 2014 for my wedding anniversary. First off we were told ten, fifteen minute wait that turned into thirty minutes. We were a party of seven so we understood. Then we were seated & waited twenty minutes for a wait staff to take our drink order. Finally we got our drinks & we put in our order. We received our drinks fast & our salads. The manager came to our table after realizing we had waited so long for service & offered free desserts or appetizers which we said desserts would be great. However after waiting for forty-five minutes after our salads had came out & no one came back to our table, we put $40 down on the table for what we had received & left. No one even seemed to notice despite us trying to get attention. So to rate even a star is a gift. The place was crowded, but we witnessed during the time we were there other tables order & receive their food & pay & leave & new set ups & orders & food received before we left. We were not rude, nor was our orders out of the ordinary. & when a manager even comes to your table to apologize, you'd think we would have received better service after. Our waitress was pleasant when she was at our table & even refilled our tea once. No one was ever rude to us, but parties over two should consider going some place else. We were very disappointed because we have eaten in other Logan Steakhouses with as large of parties & never waited anywhere close to the wait we had there. this place is a joke, to know that your in a bad state as far as monitary acheivment goes (wv) as we all know Wv is not the richest state in our union. so long story short each time i have been there its always something with them as the people working there are never the same witch means not a good place to work for and the quality of service is going to suffer and it does most of the time for them. then each time you go they either have someone not listening to hou when you order and mess your order up or does not get your order at all. then today they look at me with the place half empty and say and i quote "its gonna be @ least a 30 minute wait and i looked at the empty tables and said are you joking with me and laughed" and the greater said "no it could be just a few minutes but we are saying 30 just in case". so i said okay thanks and left the establishment. this is the end of my driving 30 minutes to eat there and then get the shaft on getting some food and decent service but they want them tips though, well heres a tip we want be back and pick up the customer service side of things there or close the door i mean either way it would be an improvement over what it is now for sure. sorry but a one it is read more

My 1st review ever- I was so disappointed I just had to review. Chicken wings appetizer - awesome down hill from there. We were a party of five. The restaurant had very few patrons on Sunday 8/11/13. I ordered the bacon and egg burger. The bacon was great the egg was overcooked (I am not sure if that is the way it is supposed to be) and the burger was dry and tasteless. In addition to that, as I was chewing there was a loud crack, the entire table stopped eating and stared at me: I bit into a rather large bone. Luckily I didn't break a tooth. The order came with fries. which tend to be my food downfall I absolutely love fries. They were very thin cut like potato sticks except thinner and were cold when they arrived. It would be very difficult to serve hot fries when they are cut that thin. I didn't complain because thats how I roll. My son ordered the shrimp skewers, it appeared these were the $5.99/lb size you see in the grocery stores. They were overcooked and dry also. If I had to describe them it appeared the put them on the grill and put a heavy iron on top. My other son had the steak and rib combo. I asked him how it was and he said the ribs were tasteless. They had no sauce whatsoever unlike the ribs depicted on the Logan's website. My wife had a steak salad, well it's a salad maybe 1/2 head of iceberg with 5-6 thin strips of steak. She said it was OK. I don't know what my other son ordered or how it was so no report on the 5th persons food. Oh, I started with few patrons etc. we had to wait what seemed like an eternity we were all getting restless, with so few customers I would have expected significantly faster turnaround. Awful service and even worse food. Our server was very inconsiderate on my fiances birthday, she didn't offer anything to him for his special occasion. We were also over charged for a steak that wasn't ordered. On top of that, they weren't quality cuts of filet and lacked flavor. We will not be going back to the Beckley location.
