It is quite large inside with comfortable seating along with bar seating. Full bar. I got there about a half hour after opening ( they open at 11am). I ordered the cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger was really good ( couldn't eat even half of it) with crinkle cut fries. I like the flame broiled taste on the meat! I also tasted the fresh rolls with some kind of butter...very good! I believe they make them fresh daily and change the flavoring out monthly. Fun atmosphere with plenty of tvs to watch sports. We had a party of 7 so understandably, we knew it was going to take a while to get our food. The rolls were good and super buttery. I ordered a tritip sandwich that was like $17. I was disappointed that for the price, it was on the smaller side. My sandwich only had two pieces of meat in it that were kinda dry. We were so hungry by that point that I did not take pictures of the food. Everyone else in my party enjoyed the food. Danny was my server tonight and I am extremely disappointed in not only the service, but also the food! A party of 2 on a slow sunday night, we asked at least 3 times for buns, and my partners cheeseburger came out cold with a slapped on cold piece of cheese on it. I ordered the brisket which was very dry and bland, and I never even received the caesar salad on the side!!! All they did was take off the added $1.99 for the salad when I should've gotten comped for more considering the side is part of the meal. Server came by and said he would be right with us, this happened 2 time and after the 2nd time and 10 minutes later we got up and left. When I walked in it was giving Texas Rode house vibes the atmosphere and the menu. I was looking for a lean cut of steak do I ordered the Logan Special 11oz choice top sirloin cooked medium rare with a baked potato and rice. The steak was $27.99 with the 2 sides. The steak was cooked rare and was lacking flavor. The rice was bland and the baked potato was ok. It's hard to mess up a baked potato with butter and sour cream. It was edible but I don't think I will return. I expected more of a steakhouse flavor. This is a steak that I could have ordered at Applebees. read more

My Wife and I frequented this establishment aprox 12 years ago when living in Chico we even had our company xmas party here. We since moved to Southern California and was able to get our fix at the Rancho Cucamonga which also survived Covid. We then moved to Reno Nevada and disappointed there is no Logans then to find out that a lot of the Logans have closed. Well we made a Road trip back to Chico to enjoy our favorite Logans and was not disappointed. Nothing has changed and was able to enjoy our favorite foods, Drinks and great service. After a steak from this restaurant two years ago, I swore I would never eat there again, but today I was in the area and I broke my promise to myself. What a mistake. I ordered the half rack of beef ribs. Incredibly overcooked, dry and stringy, heated up in a sickeningly sweet sugary sauce. Ick. $28.98 before tax. The only good thing about it was that the portion was so small. None of the side dishes were tasty. Never, ever again. This time, I won't forget my promise to myself. We are regulars at all the high end restaurants in Chico, SF, LA, etc., as well as the best taco trucks in town. Logan's fell off our radar for a while but I really needed a steak one night (Oct 2024$ and they delivered a super solid 26oz ribeye for under $40. Since then we've returned several times in the past 3 weeks and have always been happy with the food and service. We find the prices are reasonable as well. Service is friendly with some occasional blips, but we're always showing up on Sunday nights an hour before closing. Totally don't understand the negative reviews. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I will say this was middle of the road at best. This was ordered on doordash so take that for what it's worth. Had the Logan's special steak with baked potato and broccoli and ordered a side of mushrooms. The best part of the meal was the potatoes and ironically the broccoli. The steak itself was kind of tasty but just a weak tough cut of meat, I couldn't even get through half of it. Had a great experience with Petra this evening. I had gone in to place a to-go order and it was refreshing to speak to someone so knowledgeable in what the restaurant offers. She made great suggestions and recommendations based on her own experience with the menu and from what she's observed from the client base. Not to mention, she was incredibly personable and easy to talk with. This felt so far from a transactional situation to the point where I just swiped my card and didn't even try to hear the total price. I really felt like I was talking to a close friend. She's very much a girls girl and an amazing person to be representing the business. Haven't gotten my food yet but I've never been disappointed.
