I hate to leave a bad review but I will say this was middle of the road at best. This was ordered on doordash so take that for what it's worth. Had the Logan's special steak with baked potato and broccoli and ordered a side of mushrooms. The best part of the meal was the potatoes and ironically the broccoli. The steak itself was kind of tasty but just a weak tough cut of meat, I couldn't even get through half of it. Had a great experience with Petra this evening. I had gone in to place a to-go order and it was refreshing to speak to someone so knowledgeable in what the restaurant offers. She made great suggestions and recommendations based on her own experience with the menu and from what she's observed from the client base. Not to mention, she was incredibly personable and easy to talk with. This felt so far from a transactional situation to the point where I just swiped my card and didn't even try to hear the total price. I really felt like I was talking to a close friend. She's very much a girls girl and an amazing person to be representing the business. Haven't gotten my food yet but I've never been disappointed. I value service, dedication, consideration and valuable work more than the end results. It means a lot that Petra and her colleagues show up with a smile and provide amazing service. Ordered med rare and got over cooked and well well well done. Felt like it was cooked a few days ago and microwaved. Rice was very crunchy like it was made the day before. Inedible. Corn was the best part, but didn't pay $20 for corn. I wanted a good Tri Tip. 2 stars pork chop. Pork chop was med rare to rare rare. Complete opposite of super well done Tri Tip. Inedible. Very premade like buffet style old Mac and cheese. I was told the mashed potato tasted like boxed mashed potato. I didn't want to try it. 2.5 star roadhouse wings. Best part about this was the spice. Been there done that with especially with quality service on Saturday afternoon. Our waitress ignored us for good 7 minutes. While just walking by staring away. I know times are different but, not really. People skills aren't hard to come by but, like let me find out who's table you are. Then when a waitress finally comes to table you think talking about how big the other tables baby was compared to my baby is not greatest conversation starter every child growth rate is different. Next time just simply ask how old they are say they're cute and leave it at that. Honestly, 3 sides on shirimp trio is ridiculous. Chili's steak is worth it then a roadhouse. Food is always great. We have our local HOG meetings here and it is always the greatest time!! Javier is without a doubt the best server. Let me preface by saying our meal for 2, dine in on Tuesday, 10/15/24, totaled nearly $100. My husband ordered a combo plate of ribs and ribeye, and I got the ribeye. Each came with two sides. He asked for onion petals and mashed potatoes, and I ordered corn and mashed potatoes. Food arrives after 40 minutes. His steak - ordered medium well - was pink pink pink on the inside. My ribeye, while cooked medium as I requested, was cold and so tough I couldn't cut bites small enough to chew it. #TRUTH. All four sides, two orders of mashed potatoes, one corn and one onion petals, arrived ON THE SAME PLATE. Not even their signature rolls could save the meal. We got them with dinner, after asking twice. They were super-tough. After requesting the bill, we waited another 15 minutes and finally asked a different server walking by to track our server down. We went fairly early, 5:30 p.m.- ish. We had wondered why business was so slow, but after attempting to eat our meals, we saw why. I still love Logan's. It was an original steakhouse in Chico. And I feel like it's such a healthy choice with broccoli and a baked sweet potato. Doesn't disappoint after all these years. I'm living at the Hilton during a relatives illness. This is a tiny oasis moment watching some baseball and having a great (and reasonable sized) steak. read more

My pastor and his wife invited me here for dinner. Both me and my woman loved it delicious food, and brilliant conversation.

I went to Logan's last night for a date night. The servers, bartender and host were friendly, we were sat quickly, and we had no serious wait times on our drinks and food. However, a hispanic man came up to the bartender, who was nine months pregnant, and told her (whilst in the middle of making a drink) that he was not being helped quickly enough because of his race. This understandably set the bartender off, and after a little back and forth with the man, she decided he should not be served. "If you are treating me this way," she said, "How do I know once we seat you, you aren't going to be rude to my servers?" After the man took her picture and videotaped her for while, he left. Let me be clear: the wait staff was in no way shape or form responsible for that interaction. For a man to harass a pregnant bartender and then videotape her reaction is unfathomable. Kudos to the wait staff for keeping their cool as well as they did! After he left, and after a few apologies from our server, dinner went on and it was great. I will definitely be back! read more

This place is not as bad as its reviews. I've never had bad food, just okay to good. There are a lot of new/young people working which can make for some hiccups but if you just communicate directly, they'll fix any issues. My most recent visit, we had Courtney G as our server and she was great. One of my friends ordered a mixed drink which she didn't like. Courtney quickly solved the issue without making anyone feel bad. The food all came out and it was decent. Obviously we are not talking about at 5 star gourmet restaurant. You get what you pay for. I had the steak nachos which were $14. I was full and the jalapeños were pretty spicy. Keep your expectations on par with the type of establishment your visiting. We love Logan's Roadhouse but I was apprehensive to come to this location given its bad reviews but it turned out better than expected. We arrived and were greeted & seated. Our server Paige came by and got drinks but didn't bring the rolls out with them. (You know we all come for the rolls!) Another table asked for the rolls straight up and she said she'd bring them with the drinks. Ahh ok but she didn't do that for us. We had placed our order and the salads arrived. We waited and after the people who asked for rolls got some she brought us some. (A lot of waiting or other ills can be made up for by serving the rolls first.) Anyway, we got our food & I quickly looked around to make sure the food wasn't dried out as some had reported online. Nope all was good. The teriyaki chicken was yummy, the steaks flavorful, salads looked & tasted good. The baked potatoes were fresh. The pulled pork portion was tiny but we'll remember to avoid that next time. The drinks weren't refilled by Paige until we had eaten most of our meal so that is an area for future growth. The place was busy but atmosphere was good. Went here for our dinner (we're from out of town, dropping our son off for his schooling at CSUC) and everything was great! All our orders were delicious, our server (I feel bad I forgot her name) is amazing! Even some of the staffs check on us and are very attentive. Everyone was friendly and smiling. The place is as expected on a weekend, it's busy but not as loud as some places that have bars. We love their bread so we asked if we can have some to go and they gave us a lot! This was a first dinner of our December road trip. It helped that the hotel gave me a coupon for our meal. We tried to order our meal online for takeout. But, their website did not honor the hotel issued coupon. I called and ordered instead. We ordered their pork chop and a cajun chicken and sausage alfredo. They told me that it would take 30 minutes. Not knowing where the restaurant was located, I left the hotel 10 minutes later. After driving to the other side of the hotel parking lot, I arrived a minute later. Luckily, they were quick and I waited a couple of minutes for my order. The employees were nice and had a good sense of humor. The food was good. They also gave us some of their rolls. The rolls were nice and yeasty and tasted really good with butter. I liked the pork chop. They were grilled to perfection. The afredo was eaten by my wife and daughter. They gobbled it up. I almost felt guilty for not ordering one more meal for them. But, it was enough for them. It was a good first dinner on the first night of our road trip. read more

My hubby and I finally decided to give this place a go! For as busy as it was service was good. We got our food in a timely manner and our server was awesome! The rolls were good... we got the ranch cheese curds and they were by far our favorite! We both got porterhouse steaks with two sides. I got Mac and cheese and housemade chips.. the Mac and cheese wasn't good, no flavor but the chips were yum. My husband got coleslaw and fries, they were mid.. not horrible. The steaks were good, we both ordered med rare, which they were not they came out medium. A1 sauce helped with the dryness a little! For $120 definitely not worth the price. Overall the experience was okay. Probably won't be our go to place. Give it a try though, you might like it! read more

The salad came first it I was hungry and it hit the spot. 4 The steak and broccoli that followed were delicious. I had ordered it medium rare and it had been a long time since I had tasted one. I felt like the steak was a 4 star. The broccoli was a 5. The atmosphere: the place was a little back there to get to, the floor was covered in peanut shells, the lighting was more neon sign romantic with TVs. 3 Value/price: industry standard. I saw the other table got served mac & cheese and it was so creamy compared to mine. I was very disappointed. The waitress must've been new because she avoid us. She was busy. I can't understand that, but this young gentleman took my order and gave it to her And she got my order wrong. The other table was complaining about their order too. I am so disappointed in my visit today, I love the grilled chicken from here, but todays visit, was down right awful! The restaurant was not even busy! For some reason the bartender "lady with a shoulder length black hair" was my waitress even though I was seated in a booth on the opposite side of the restaurant. She was extremely rude! I asked for bread they didn't arrive to the table till almost 30 mins later. Food came out cold. I can only imagine how long it was sitting there for. I was so frustrated being there for almost an hour and a half I asked for a to go box and the check (didn't even eat) and that took another 20 mins. I could understand if the place was busy, but literally there was only 2 other tables seated and they had a different server!
