This is the first time I've been to a Logans since before the pandemic. I have to say I was seriously not impressed. My "fall off the bone ribs" were so tough that I could have used them to hammer nails into plywood. Adding extra bbq sauce to them did help a little bit. But they were no where near tender. The environment inside of the restaurant reminded me of a funeral home. It was way too quiet, the servers had no real energy. No enthusiasm or hospitality at all. The hostess had her earphones in the entire time we were there, listening to music so loud you could hear it outside of her headphones. I dont mind waiting but was told 15 to 20 minutes. I saw 9 tables clear out and leave but I or no one was seated in 45 min from my check in. I politely informed the Mgr 8 to 10 tables left and was cleaned but why no seating? He said nothing. I want to give this place a 5-star review but my latest visit wasn't top tier. I want to say that every time I have been to Logan's my service has been top tier. Every member has been friendly and helpful even when I have been picky about my food. And 90% of the food I have had has been great. (Loaded tater tots.... drool...) The last entree I had was the grilled meatloaf and it was just nothing special. I have made better at home when I was. I ordered a 6 oz. Sirloin from their American Roadhouse Meals menu (available between 3:30 and 6:00 PM). You get a main and two sides from a limited menu for $8.99. My husband ordered the fried fish (he rarely orders anything fried) and said it was really good. The fluffy rolls are something special. It's not a high end steakhouse, but a nice family place. Decent food, large quantities (for those of you with teenagers), good service. And, you can eat a bucket of peanuts while waiting for your food. You can even throw the shells on the floor. (I couldn't bring myself to do it. Neatfreak.) We almost didn't go in. The parking lot was full. It turned out there were several birthday parties in side rooms. We have passed this location probably 100 times. Yesterday, we finally decided to stop in for lunch. We were warmly greated, then promptly seated. There were only a few other people in the restaurant. My daughter enjoyed talking to every staff member that passed by our table. They were all really sweet to her, and some even seemed to come back just to say hi to her. Prices for burgers and sandwiches are on par with other local sit down establishments. Burgers and sandwiches come with fries. While shoestring fries are my least favorite kind of fry, these were done well. Each table is adorned with a bucket of peanuts. We were also brought a basket of yeast rolls. Baked on the premisis, the rolls were hot and fluffy. We were still enjoying the rolls when our food came. Everything looked and tasted good. While enjoying our food we were offered more rolls. A number of other reviews talk about a long wait. Because of this I made sure to note the times when I got out of, and back into the car. Our entire visit, including a parting trip to the restroom took 54min. We could have been out of there sooner, but were in no hurry while we were eating. All in all a good solid outing. read more

We've been to Logan's (multiple locations) a zillion times. It's one of those places where you know the wait won't be too long and the food is standard..... So we go for an early (4pm) dinner on a Sunday night. No waiting, we walked right in and got a table. We sat at our table a while before a young man stopped and asked if anyone had helped us. We said no, and he immediately took our drink order. He brought the drinks promptly and said he would take care of our order. I ordered a sirloin, loaded baked potato and broccoli. My husband had some huge platter that had 4 kinds of meat, fries, etc on it. My 6 year old daughter had popcorn shrimp and rice. We ordered the nachos appetizer, which came pretty quickly....then we waited. and waited. It wasn't TOO long...but longer than we should have waited on a slow Sunday. We went through 2 baskets of the delicious rolls while we waited and our server was quick to refill those and drinks. I'd say from the time we ordered until we got our dinner was about a half hour. We never said anything to the server...just figured maybe they were short staffed or something. When they brought our entrees, he apologized for the wait. No problem. A few minutes into our dinner, the manager came to our table and said that the server told her about our wait. She apologized and said she'd discount the meal. NICE! We were surprised and grateful. Turns out, she cut the bill in HALF! You can't beat that. It wasn't like we waited hours with no food....but still, they realized it was too long for the circumstances. Stopped in for lunch on Sunday, May 2nd. Was seated quickly by a friendly gal, and server Caleb was at table quickly. He was very friendly. Ordered the half slab ribs with corn and fries. Food was very good. Everything was hot and fresh, the fries were extremely hot and fresh right out of the fryer. Ribs were very tender and good. The BBQ sauce was good but not great. No fault of the restaurant, just didn't quite suit my personal taste. I've eaten here several times and the service and food have always been good. We had a party of 15 so we knew it was going to be a little slower but we got in at 635 and didn't receive our food until 915 and it was ice cold! There were some people that didn't receive parts of their order at all. I ordered the stacked shrimp salmon and the shrimp spinach sauce on top It felt like it was out of the fridge that's how cold it was. My sister ordered a loaded sweet potato and it was "on it's way" all dinner long. I am currently still waiting for my food to be remade "on the fly" still 30mins sitting. I will not recommend eating here with more than a party of 4. She brought back our drinks and some rolls. Brought a refill for my wife. Off to a great start. However, the was as good as it got. About 40 minutes later I was able to get our servers attention and ask for our salads that came with the meal. She looked very put off by my question and said "sure." Ultimately, we gave up on waiting for our food and decided to ask the manager if we could just pay for our drinks so we could leave. After all it had been almost an hour waiting on dinner salads. I can't imagine how long we would have waited on the actual main course. The manager was nice enough and said she would pay for the drinks. Thanks. Where to start. I only come here because my kids love the bread. We have been here several times over the past year and each time it gets worse. This time will be our last. I ordered a combo meals of a steak and ribs. The ribs were so old no one should have had any doubts that it should not have been plated. I put a he ribs to the side and cut into my steak. The steak was well done and I asked for med rare. My wife ordered mushrooms for a side. She got 6 that could have been ate in the same bite. My son got a grilled cheese that the cheese was not even melted. So if you don't mind paying regular prices for food that is sub standard or don't mind a cook that can't grasp how to even make grilled cheese this is the place for you to waste your money. Second time here. Ate here about a year ago because we had a coupon, nothing jumped out at me. Didn't really impress, didn't offend. We decided to stop in today with my mom. We all ordered the sirloin steaks. My fiance and I got the 8 oz, mom got the 6. All the steaks came out wrong. We had to send my mom's steak back as it was well done and dry (she ordered it medium, should be some pink) The fiance ordered hers medium as well and came our more mid rare. My steak came out medium, still some pink so I didn't complain, but I ordered mine mid rare. My steak was the teriyaki so it wasn't as if we got the two switched. Flavor was just ok. I've had better, I've had worse, but a place that calls its self a steak place should be better. I'd expect lack luster flavor and the ability to cook a steak at a seafood joint, but not a steak place. Add to that unimpressive sides with lack luster service (waitress was friendly but inattentive) and I won't be back. Usually if one or the other is poor I'll give a place the benefit of the doubt, but with so so food and so so service your money is better spent elsewhere. read more

I've eaten here a few times since it opened, and the food/service has gotten progressively worse each time. The most recent time I ate there was with a group of five and an infant. When we came in, they told us that they were short on high chairs, so if we wanted to put the baby's seat in a high chair (you know, turn the high chair upside down and rest the seat on it), that we'd have to wait longer for a table - and the restaurant wasn't even that crowded. We were seated in a section whose server had two LARGE parties in addition to ours, and as a result, it took forever to get any sort of drink refills (and we finally had to get up and go get our own bread plates/silverware, because they were never brought to us). The food is mediocre. I say mediocre because I got popcorn shrimp, and it's really hard to screw up popcorn shrimp. I sampled a bite of another party member's dish, and while it was good, it wasn't something that I absolutely have to eat. We had to repeatedly ask for extra butter for rolls, which were honestly the best part of the meal if you're a bread person. read more
