The walls are covered with interesting stuff from stuffed game to celebrity photos. This lication looks clean, you'd think it was new. There's lots of parking. We got their generous tender pulled-pork sandwich. They served the sweet smokey bbq sauce on the side, so we could keep it light. It seemed like there was only one sauce-flavor available. The sandwich was so full that we probably could have gotten almost four meals out of it! The side of fries were thick and hot! And we got a chicken Caesar salad. It was also quite large. It was fresh and crunchy: romaine, shredded parmesan, croutons, tangy dressing. The chicken slices were strongly marinated, with an almost slightly-bitter flavor. In the end, we left most of the chicken. Other than that marinade, their food was good, and they served us a mountain of food! My most recent experience to this location was not a pleasant one. Our server was not attentitive, he rarely checked on us and we received no refills the whole visit. I ordered the steak with shrimp, loaded baked potato and green beans - my steak was cooked more on the medium rare side to the medium side but I had to live with it due to the server never coming back to ask.. the shrimp was overseasoned - it used to come with a side of butter now it doesn't .. it should to make up for it being overseasoned. I also will never understand why ya'll can't melt the cheese on my loaded baked potato? All in all my steak craving was cured but I need to find a different location! read more

had such a great experience last time i came back on a monday night, entered around 645pm and was seated within 5 minutes. ordered fried pickles and they were absolutely amazing and piled high! rolls with cinnamon butter were fresh and hot. got the caesar salad and it was pretty cold and crispy, the catfish and fries took quite a while to come out and were comped which i appreciate as it wasn't really the best i had. but overall it was a solid night out read more

We generally don't go to chain steak restaurants, but Texas Roadhouse was kind enough to donate a portion of their funds to Cincinnati Children's so of course we had to go! First off, the hostess and server were both great! Our server was prompt and kind to us throughout the meal. The space was very busy but honestly didn't get too loud which was nice, the building must have good acoustics. The food was good, both amazing, but better than I expected for sure. I checked in 6:30pm was not seated until 7:53pm after being told wait was 50 minutes. 14 of those minutes were wasted waiting for them to clean the table somehow. Not to mention it's my birthday! Today me and my husband visit Texas Roadhouse today (05-03-2026) at the Montgomery Rd. at 5:43pm for dinner. We are seniors citizens my husband orders the Blue Crush lemonade16oz Fort Worth ribeye with baked potatoes and applesauce, I order coke with the smokehouse burger with mushrooms, onion, lettuce I ask for cheddar cheese with bacon and steak fries. When the order came my husband orders was right my order with the burger was missing the bacon,cheddar cheese and bbq sauce's. I wait for the waitress to tell her my order was not right she was polite and took the plate back to be corrected. When the order came back the burger was cold with under the boiler to melt the cheese. My husband was almost finished with his dinner. I just asked for a box I was so unhappy with my dinner for $91.69 with tips. I hope your dinner experience was better than mine. Next time I will go to Longhorn. read more

This was a great experience of how to make a very long wait manageable. We got in line virtually and was told 1 hour and 20 minutes. We got things done and headed that way. And the timing was perfect. They handled the amount of people and stress with ease. The young man at the front door was so good. He took heat from some customers and kept his cool. This was my first time visiting Texas Roadhouse Kenwood Ohio. I'll just say it's been the best experience for my first time. We walk in the front door and were greeted right away and we were seated in 5 mins on a busy day. That's dedication for making sure we were taken care of along with other customers. Our waitress, had a huge smile on her face when she saw us and welcomed us when I told her that this was my first time coming here. The ambience of the restaurant feels so cozy that I feel like I'm back home in Virginia. All the fluorescent signs looked great making the atmosphere so relaxing. The big 8oz steak was so delicious that I ate it all up. The ice tea was also so good along with the fried pickles and salad. I will definitely return to Texas Roadhouse in the future. What a mistake! TR has been my go to for a steak. I won't be back. A handicapped table (which my guest needed) is only available by walking through the entire place (Do you even understand the concept of handicapped or are you trying to discourage those people from coming in?). The salad didn't come as requested. The kitchen missed the onions & mushrooms so had to wait for them while my steak cooled. The music was sooo loud conversation was almost impossible. Felt very rushed at the end of the meal, too. But worst was that there was a BUG on the table at the end of our meal. It was small but I told the server who offered to get the manager. I thought he'd want to know. He actually seemed like it was annoying and couldn't care less. It was small but the dead bug was still there on the table! He mumbled something lame about produce sometimes comes in with bugs (not a selling point) and then he took off. Again, our table was in the back of the restaurant as far away from the kitchen as possible. Does the produce come in the back window? The attitude was a real killer! I have to hand it to Texas Roadhouse. I am normally not into chain restaurants but this is the third time I've tried them and they were all good. The steak was perfectly charred and delicious. I paired it with a cup of chili with cheese and steak fries and a beverage for $25.00 My lady had the shrimp skewers. And a sweet potato came in at about $17.00 The service was great. The Staff do "Shout Outs" and line dancing, keeps them happy about working and entertains the customers. A WIN WIN. read more

1. The music is FAR, FAR TOO LOUD. My companion and I could not even converse because of the intense decibel level. Don't people who go out to eat expect to have conversations??? This was impossible at this TR location. I ended up putting earplugs made from the paper napkins in my ears. 2. I asked for the grilled shrimp to be very lightly seasoned. It was practically inedible due to the vastly over seasoned flavorings. 3. The fresh veggies (carrots and broccoli) were basically raw. I'll use them in the soup I'm making tomorrow where they will finish cooking. 4. The rolls and butter were delicious. The rice and Caesar salad were excellent. 5. Our server was exceptional: pleasant, polite, checked in as appropriate without being overbearing. She even offered us a bag of 4 rolls with a side of butter to take home. The food is usually mostly good, as is the service. The only thing that I dislike is the cooking of the steaks. The last couple of times that I was there, I got a fillet, ordered either "very rare" or even "blue-rare" and received it just barely under medium-rare. In addition, there was very, very little seasoning on it, to the point where I doubted that they had even salted it at all before cooking. The steamed broccoli was better seasoned. If you're going there for sides and vibes, I would give it a 10/10. If you're going there for steak, go to Costco and make one yourself instead. read more

Texas Roadhouse is one of the few chain places we visit. While the $75 a steak places make a great steak, if I want to spend about a third of that and not lose two-thirds of the quality, Texas Roadhouse is the place to go. My wife ordered the early diner pulled pork. She says it was very good. It came with the usual sides. In our case, a salad and a baked sweet potato. Generous all the way around. Well worth the $12. I ordered a 16oz sirloin from the regular menu. My usual goto is ribeye or prime rib, but I was looking for something with a little more heft. The steak was well prepared (I order rare) and flavorful. Of course it's not as buttery as a ribeye or prime rib, but I was expecting flavor over texture and this one delivered. We stopped by Texas Roadhouse for my son's birthday. We let him order the $34 Porterhouse, and my wife and I also ordered steak, all medium rare. My son's steak came medium well to well, ours came medium. I had to ask for my missing applesauce three side times. My son was so upset about his steakthat he didn't notice that he never received fries. We then had the choice to wait another 30 minutes while they likely would have overcooked 3 more steaks, or power through the disappointment. read more

I was very upset on a Wednesday night went to pick up to chicken dinners. I asked the lady if I needed to check the bags 1 with food 1 with bread and butter. She told me she it already so I tipped cash. They always shove the payment device in your face with a 25,% tip already set I told her to take that off as I pay in card and tip in cash. When I got home found out that there was no bread. Called the restaurant spike to a manager who could care a less. Why do they beg for tips and not check the bag. I asked her if I should and she said no then her lame manager could care less. Dinner was 33.23 they asked for a 7.00 tip glad I gave her cash far less than what they ask. I drive to get the food. Had a very enjoyable dinner last evening at Texas Road House Ft. Wright. We were seated within a few minutes of our arrival by Nevadah. Landau was our server who took great care of us. Took our drink and food orders soon after we were seated. It was a hectic Friday night, and all of the TRH Staff was efficiently hustling away. Our diners arrived promptly everything looked and tasted great. Things fell apart when Landau presented us with the digital pay device located on our table. It had been a while since I visited a Texas Roadhouse. I was glad to see it still had good food for a good price. Our server was outstanding. Attentive, but not in your face constantly. We had a variety of food. I went with the Prime Rib, rare. If you like your prime rib a bit on the salty side then this is for you. I give a warning on that because they do have what I consider a unique flavor for their recipe that not everyone is going to like. Based on my experience alone it would have been 5 stars, but to be fair the fish my wife got was less then stellar and also the Green Beers may have blurred my vision slightly. We had dinner here recently when the place we were meeting my niece & nephew was unexpectedly closed. It was pretty busy, as expected on a Sunday night. The service was great once we got past the hostess station. Our server was awesome! My husband ordered a rare Prime Rib dinner, I ordered a Burger - cooked medium and subbed a side salad for the fries. My niece had the Chicken Tenders dinner with fries and a Caesar salad. My nephew had a burger and fries. The salads are pretty big and really good. I was pleasantly surprised by the salad and thought it tasted fresh. My niece and nephew had no complaints about their meals and enjoyed what they ordered. My husband's and my meal were prepared well and just as we ordered. No complaints there. Just the quality of the meat. While his was rare and mine cooked only medium - it seemed dry, like super lean beef and we both thought the beef was lacking in flavor. I don't often eat at chain restaurants, because I prefer to support local businesses, but I do occasionally visit Texas Roadhouse. In these times of unpleasant inflation, their early dinner specials are a good deal. I like their country fried sirloin, and it's on the $11.99 menu (Mon-Thu 3-5 PM, Fri 11-3). It comes with two sides and rolls, so that's a lot of food. I saved about 1/3 of my steak and my baked potato to fill me up again tomorrow. It's a good deal, with good food and service. read more

Stopped by the Cincinnati branch the other day after researching reasonable good steakhouses. They were number one and Longhorn number 2. They were recommended as one of the best for the $$. There are plenty they said were like a casino that expect you have lost your money when you walk through the door, but if you want a great steak with a couple of sides but not all the atmosphere this is the place. I had a 22 oz ribeye that they cut larger than what was offered on the menu and Bri our server made the meal wonderful. The steak was cook as good as any I have had and it was nice and lean the way I like my steak. I know Ribeyes are supposed to be fattier but it was a perfect blend of fat and lean. All I can say is a 22oz ribeye, 2 sides and under $40 wow. My new go to. read more
