This is one of my favorite Restaurants. Their atmosphere is Fun & seating is great. Their Grilled Salmon is the best in Town. I do miss seeing their Appetizer COMBO though. It was many other folks favorites too. However ... it's frustrating that they also keep the temperature too COLD... & sadly say they have no way of changing it ?? ... so ya have to wear a sweater or jacket . They also stopped taking group reservations at the Restaurant & I had to call a number to set it up. Then sadly when our group of 16 arrived they didn't have anything set up. Met a pair of buddies I don't get to see but once or twice per year for lunch. I ordered a lunch sized Sirloin steak with potatoes and broccoli. The steak was cooked perfectly. The broccoli was bright green but severely overcooked and kind of mushy. The potatoes tasted and "chewed" like they were from a box , or blended so much they were "too blended." They lost touch with mashed potatoes and became something else. I recommend the steak but also recommend avoiding the two sides I mentioned. read more

Buckle in kids because I have a lot to say. This is quite literally the worst dining experience I have ever had. My father chose this place because he loves it and we wanted to take him out for Father's Day. When I tell you all I cried because he was so disappointed, I really mean it. I had already had a horrible day and the look on my dads face crushed me. First, our server was really nice and I do not blame her for this experience at all. She was the one good thing about it, and honestly she deserves better than this place. Obviously she is getting zero support and can't do this job effectively due to incompetency of others. Problem #1: the kitchen "lost" our ticket after sitting there waiting almost an HOUR. We ate apps, we were ok. Even though the first basket of rolls we got weee UNDERCOOKED? Then problem #2: they brought out the food completely wrong- the sides were on the wrong plates and my potatoes were literally cold. So much for "rushing" our food after their first mess up. My friend asked for no sour cream and still got it. Problem #3: when they brought the food out, they gave my father fries when he asked for beans. When he questioned this, they said "oh yeah, we're out of beans"?? You're telling me that we sat here for an hour and you didn't think to mention this? Unacceptable. Problem #4: green beans were from a can. Nobody liked their food, my parents gave the leftovers to the dogs. Honorable mention: servers fighting loudly at the host stand. But the biggest problem? The fact that we wanted to talk to a manager and we're told they're "too busy"? Too busy to talk to customers? To be transparent, we ended up getting a discount at my moms insistence (she isn't as patient as I normally am), but I would've been happy with just someone in management caring even a little bit. We had been here once over a year ago and completely forgot about this restaurant until last weekend. Big restaurant and not so busy for a Sunday dinner. Beer deal for my husband 2.99$ for a 12oz Bud light. I couldn't eat seafood much since pregnancy but decided to try grilled shrimp again to see how I feel. The shrimp cooked well, didn't smell fishy and I was able to finish everything. My husband dish was gone too, the fillet was very tender and cooked to it perfection. I tried the lobster tail and it made me feel like a frozen lobster tail was cooked. Sweet potato with warm cinnamon butter is something very different with other restaurants that we enjoyed. read more

yesterday 03/06/2025 my family & I visited logans roadhouse last minute as reservations were changed from another place for my grandmothers birthday , we called for a party of 16 they immediately said they had tables & seats. when we got there we were greeted by lovely staff the wait was no longer then 5 minutes considering how many guest were coming. Our server was so sweet lovely & A WONDERFUL HOST/WAITRESS that was my first time going to logans & i loved it food was made the correct way everyone was happy & satisfied. The waitress didn't know what beers were on tap, the menu said, ask our servers about craft beers they didn't have any. Not even sure where to start with this one. Firstly, the one and only positive thing I can say is that our server was clearly doing the best she could with the tools and information available to her. Beyond that, every other facet of this experience showed a disturbing level of incompetence. Our group of 4 arrived shortly before 1pm and at that time the restaurant was not terribly busy. Our initial bad omen was the rolls being incredibly doughy/undercooked. After placing our order we waited for a nearly an hour, during which time our server continually apologized and told us the food was being worked on, only to then be told that there was an issue with the ticket system and that our food order was never submitted but that it would be rushed to us given how long we'd already been waiting. Food finally comes out and 3/4 of us had something wrong with our dishes. I ordered a baked potato with no sour cream that came loaded with nothing but sour cream. Second person's mashed potatoes were cold somehow despite being rushed out and, last but definitely not least, one person got a completely different side with their dish than they ordered and were told that the original side they wanted was out of stock. At no point during the 60+ minutes we sat there twiddling our thumbs was this communicated and instead the kitchen made an executive decision to just provide an alternative and hope it worked out. Ridiculous. Food itself was subpar and the fact that it had to be rushed had an obvious negative impact on it's taste and quality. Our server was deeply apologetic and honestly I have never felt worse for someone in her position yet at no point did a manager or any other staff check on us or even apologize. It was this one lone server left to manage a dining experience turned complete catastrophe. On top of that other servers started loudly arguing in the middle of the dining area. A big group of 15 came here for lunch. The service was good, the speed was average, the food was fair at best. The prices were slightly high for the food received and considering it is lunch. There was a good amount of rolls and a large amount of peanuts at the table. At least they gave us an empty container for the shells. Yeah no more throwing them on the floor. We sat down inside and about a min later a young 18-19 year old host in a condescending voice said we weren't allowed to sit inside we had to go OUTSIDE ( you would think this would be roped off as most business do with COVID IF YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SIT THERE) My party and I sat in the adjoining space outside of the restaurant, and another young host came out and yelled at us that we needed to be COMPLETELY OUTSIDE FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING ( this was not roped off either ) & the place they wanted you to sit OUTSIDE was completely full of people packed into a little area on a bench with no social distancing an no one was wearing masks . After 15 min of waiting for a table , and dealing with this mess my party decided we didn't want to spend our money at a place where unprofessional young girls working at the front were completely RUDE and unprofessional the way they handled the situation . Nothing roped off , no given DIRECTION that we weren't or were allowed to sit where we sat. We walked next-door , and were seated immediately. You could see that Long Horn knew what they were doing. They had areas roped off where you weren't allowed to sit . Servers were amazing and friendly. Food was fresh and fast. Completely felt way better knowing that we were spending our money at a place where they appreciated our business and knew how to treat their customers. Some wait, but many open tables. Good service for providing water, rolls and taking our order and providing our bill. Some wait for an overcooked burger on a huge bun. My wife asked for medium but got well. I asked for medium well but got a slab of way overcooked meat. I'm sure hiring good cooks is quite a challenge for them these days. 5 Ribeyes, 4 12oz and 1 16 oz. All ordered medium rare. They all came out at the same time. You would think this is good, but the steaks were cut to 2 different thicknesses. 2x12oz were thick cut and cooked medium rare. The thin cut steaks, one was totally overcooked and the other ranged from overcooked to undercooked. The 16 oz was the only one with a nice char and was thick cut and undercooked. Waitress took back the overcooked and the 16 oz undercooked. The 16 oz was put back on the grill. Now its burnt not charred. The middle that was cut to test it was overcooked. The 12 oz overcooked ribeye came out cooked right. All but 1 steak had a grayish look that looked like they used a branding iron to give it the checkered grill marks. Server was average. Manager that brought out the 2nd thin cut steak was sub standard. No apologies, only a "cut uour steak and see if its ok". No self respecting cook needs you to check your order to see if its cooked right. I have asked our kids to pick a better steak place next time my wife and I are in town. read more

Don't waste your time or patience in going here. 2nd bad experience in a row. You would think with restaurants being at half capacity they would have the time to cook a good meal. I took my wife and daughter to Logans tonight and was really disappointed with service and quality of the food. Our waiter was a nice kid that was obviously new at the job . We could see him running from table to table the whole time we were there. I saw 3 waiters trying to cover everything. What I didn't see was a manager trying to help out or ask how the food or service was. 1st the ice tea was water . The waiter saw this and brought fresh ice tea. The appetizer was potato skins, the plate they came on was super hot but the skins were luke warm with UN melted cheese on top. My wife got a salad, hard to goof that up. My daughter and I got steaks and salads. The salads came after the steaks got there. My daughter ordered med rate and got med well. I ordered med and got well done. They were ordered with blue cheese and bacon topping. Naturally they came naked and when we told the waiter he brought a bowl of cold blue cheese and no bacon on top of that my steak was ice cold. Worst meal I ever had but my dog enjoyed the over cooked steak when we got home. Dont waste your time unless you want overpriced dog food. read more

Yeah, that's rude. I asked to be re-seated to a different booth and was accommodated. I ordered the meatloaf with a Caesar salad and sautéed mushrooms. Hands down, excellent. I think the Caesar salad tastes much better than Red Lobster's My partner ordered shrimp, sirloin and more shrimp since they ran out of ribs (who the heck orders the food?). The vegetable skewer as a side was excellent. The garden salad was very good, the shrimp was very good. The sirloin was good. Rolls were great. Used a coupon and it was accepted without hassle Not sure how Logan's can offer such great food at such a great value. The meatloaf with two sides was only about $14 and it was more than enough food. I want to say that Cassandra (our waitress) did a good job with what we had to work with, but the kitchen did not help her out at all. We had hoped to get a good steak for my father in-law (Louis) who is 98 years old and a veteran of World War II. Cassandra promptly took our drink order and delivered hot yeast rolls. Louis and I each ordered 12 oz. rib eye steaks, while my wife and mother in-law each ordered the potato soup. The rib eye steaks were very poor quality. Now at $18.49 I don't expect a prime steak, but I would expect a choice steak of the correct size and cut. The steaks delivered did not meet any of these criteria. My father in-law's rib eye was definitely not a rib eye at all. His steak was also less than 9 oz as delivered to the table so it clearly could not have been 12 oz when it hit the grill to begin. It was also fully 1/3 inedible fat and gristle. My steak was a rib eye, but was also undersized. Very disappointing! A full 5 minutes after the steaks were delivered, the first bowl of soup arrived at the table. The 2nd bowl of soup arrived 2-3 minutes later. Neither were hot. They were warm at best, and likely did not meet Department of Health minimum temperature requirements. But the women were hungry and declined to send them back to the kitchen. Cassandra did a good job of keeping our drinks topped off, but there only was so much she could do. You guys need to step up your game! read more
