Dont bother we went last night. The service was awful. We has to flag down our server to get our one and only refill. After waiting over an hour for our food it came out cold. our steaks were gray and inedible. The people at the table behind us sent their steaks back 3 times and still were not happ. so we knew complaining was a waste of time. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived but when we left there was quite a wait. I would hate to wait for such subpar food.They definitely need new kitchen staff and wait staff. Terrible! I ordered 2 ribeye dinners and the steak had no flavor and tons of gristle. The potato was warm. The yeast rolls were super tiny and hard. And for desert we ordered the cinnamon rolls and they were raw in the center. Definitely not worth it. If you want a steak go somewhere else. read more

We had a gift card so we came to Logan's for the first time in years. We will not be back. The rolls and my drink were the only positives. Our food was bland and almost inedible. I watched our server suck on his finger (yes! A grown man), play with his beard/goatee, and run his hands through his hair and then immediately pick up our food to bring to us. We met some friends here for a pre-Christmas dinner. The experience was just pure awful. We waited almost an hour for our food, even though the place was almost empty, only to receive sub-par items. The steaks are very poor quality and full of grissel and fat. I could have probably got a better cut of meat at Dollar General. My sweet potato was completely burnt, and other sides at the table were pitiful at best. Now I understand why, on a Friday night, there were very few dinners in the restaurant. I came in to eat and I asked for a kids menu. I guess because there were no kids at the table I was told I couldn't order off the kids menu! I chose not to eat! My husband and son did order. This is the first time I was told that! The waitress didn't know my circumstances. I've had gastric sleeve surgery and can only eat four ounces. We came here for dinner and our experience went well! The hostess asked us how many children's menus we needed and she got our table set up. She was nice! We were seated at a round table for 8 people and we liked it because we were are able to talk and see everyone! Our waitress was attentive and funny! She brought two sets of roll baskets and we greatly appreciated it because those rolls are so delicious and addicting! My brother in law ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizer and he enjoyed them! My husband ordered a steak with mash potatoes and broccoli as his side dishes and he enjoyed his dish. I ordered the salmon caesar salad and I really liked how the salmon was cooked! Also Accidentally, the kitchen made another set of mozzarella sticks and the waitress asked us if we wanted them and we said yes please! I tried one and they are good! 1 star TOO MANY WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Now I know why ALL of the other nearby restaurants were so full. "STORMY" the manager was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. my party of 3 had ordered 2 appetizer's as entree's one of which was made wrong I ordered a steak medium the first part of our order arrived 10 minutes after ordering no big deal except for the fact that it needed to be corrected. while this was being fixed the second App Entree arrived hot and correct thinking ok mistakes happen. then the corrected App was delivered shortly after Yay fixed. I then am sitting here watching the other 2 eat their warm food while waiting for mine 10 minutes passed now 20 minutes into the order, and I told the server that I didn't want to wait for 30 minutes to eat my part of the order, and to cancel the steak. the manager walks out and yells at me that it's only been 20 minutes since the order was put in. WOW!! I then told here I didn't want the damn steak. Without another word she storms off and sends the server to tell us the steak will be removed and then we can leave? Terrible experience. Service was non existent. Finally brought rolls to our table but still no drinks - nothing complicated water , coke and tea. We had a party of 6 plus one toddler. Waited over an hour and a half for our food. Other guests were seated, ordered and left before we were served. We should have walked out. Most of our orders were wrong and one of us had to wait even longer because "the cooks didn't get the order". One onion ring appetizer was still raw with the dip inside - very awful. The problem, I think, was the server never put our order in with the kitchen and proceeded to blame the other wait staff, kitchen staff and anyone else she could. Husband & I was in the area of Pooler, GA & decided to go to Logan's & we're so happy we did. Our server Bonnie was so sweet & professional & took good care of us. The food was awesome...shootout to the cooks. Management visited our table to check on us...Great job management for having such a team. DONT EAT HERE!!! It took our server TIANA over 40 minutes to take our drink orders and another 20 to get the drinks. The food was terrible, and took over 40 mimites. One of our party members didnt even get their food. Not that he was missing out on much. And after over an hour we asked to speak to the manager. Doesn't matter if you're there when the doors open they never have enough staff to fill the place up. We've been there before they opened and still have to wait for a table. This has happened to us at least 3 times this year. So it may not be typical, it just happens regularly. read more

Logans is okay. I ordered a kids meal of chicken fingers and the portion size was bigger than I expected. The chicken was crispy & very good. Tried it a 2nd time. I guess different cook because the breading on the chicken was a bit soggy. Our to go order was also missing an item. We order our appetizers and entrees at the same time. It took them 15mins just to bring our correct drinks out. After we got our appetizers we were sitting for a hour and a half for our food, we was already ready to go due to the service so we got the food to-go. Which was another 30mins. We went here over the weekend to celebrate a birthday. The drinks were so good. We had the Tito's Hunch Punch electric lemonade and tropical famous roadhouse tea. The food came out hot and delicious. However I do have have to say the steak the my daughter and husband got was a little tough to chew. The waiter did not seem to like my table much he would walk right past us I felt like he was much more interested in the group just a table over from us. May have given more stars if waiter had filled drinks and did not ignore us. I guess that what bothers me the most when he brought the check he added 3 cheesecakes and brownie to our meal that 1 we did not order and 2 we never got it. So if u ever go here the drinks are great but watch your bill you never know if something else would be added to your check. read more

I think this is the issue I run in to with most chains, the service is ok and the food is not memorable. I came here last weekend after having a girls night out painting and I left leaving anything but impressed. Since I'm not a huge meat eater I opted for the loaded potato soup and let me tell you go to panera they offer way better soup than this establishment. They were out of loaded potato skins and the mozzarella sticks were also just ok. Now the fresh bread and butter they bring are good but that was about it. read more

Wish I could give no stars. The place was not busy at all. It was very hot in the restaurant with industrial fans blowing hot air around. That should have been our first clue. Our regular drinks came out ten minutes after our appetizer came to the table with no ranch like advertised. 45 minutes after ordering our bar drinks they came to the table watered down. We then finally got to order our entres. Another 45 minutes for them to be delivered. The country fried steak came out with a small dollop of gravy and the rare steak came out blue and raw. So I stopped in at Logan's about Three tables had people at them so They were not busy, so I waited to be seated and the waitress came by and said someone will be with you in a little bit. I waited about five minutes no one showed up to sit me so I left the restaurant. On the way out I made a couple all they had was complaints about the restaurant the food was wrong and burned they were leaving too. I highly recommend not stopping there to grab a meal. read more

I had such a great experience here with my family. We came on a Wednesday during happy hour and it was busy but nothing overwhelming. We were seated right away and our waitress came over to get our drinks. Our waitress was probably the best part of the entire experience if I am being honest. She was extremely attentive, caring, willing to ask questions. She was just great. I'll have to edit my review later with her name because it's not coming to mind right now. The food was good. We started the meal with peanuts and those were ok like always. It's nice being able to throw some shells on the floor and get away with it. The bread was outstanding. I really wish they had a honey butter of some sort but that's ok because it still works. We ordered fried pickles and they were beyond salty, apparently that happens a lot they say so just beware. Our waitress swapped it for the chips and queso cheese for no additional charge. The main course was good, I wouldn't say anything amazing but it was fine. I have not been to a Logan's Roadhouse for a while now and I was very disappointed in what I found. The menu was not at all interesting and I ordered a Fried Chicken Salad that was on the Lunch Menu and it had so much Roman Lettuce and only a few ( maybe 6 or 8 pieces) of Fried Chicken it. A few maybe 3 small tomatoes and they claimed boiled egg. Also we had a glass of Tea the cost almost $4 a glass. Need less to say we spent all most $45 for a very sorry Lunch.... read more

This place is awful ... plain and simple. I brought a large party there and even though the place was empty it took forever for someone to actually acknowledge us. Once someone took our drink order it took forever to get the full order taken. Then, to get the food was forever. Just an absolute horrible experience. They have peanuts on the table that were wet and stale. It really was disgusting. In the future I would go without dinner before I came here to eat. Not sure how this happens given it is a chain. You usually go to a chain for consistency and some level of minimum standards but not here. Really bad. read more

There is no need to call in the order ahead of time. 30 minutes means 50 minutes!!! And let's not forget the 20 minutes that it takes to be checked out for a to-go order. You would think that they were full to capacity and has people waiting.. slow and wouldn't recommend!!! And of course they condiments requested were wrong!!! And you should train your employees because a dishonest person would have walked out with the order because she put it in the counter and walked away. Imagine her face when I asked if I could pay??? Oh I thought you were picking up an Uber order. When did you think that? What gave you the indication? Because I never mentioned Uber. I know that there are limitations with hiring and service but just know that settling for just a body will cost you. Service still matters!!
