Wife and I went for dinner yesterday. At 5:30 pm. , which I would classify dinner time, expecting to a long wait. No line, only 2 people seated at the expansive bar, and only 2 tables occupied. Should have gotten the hint but opted to stay and eat. Ordered the 16 oz. rib-eye for myself and my wife ordered the tenderloin. Salad came first and we both enjoyed them. When the main event was served what a shock. My 16oz ribeye was 10oz at best. Cooked at ordered but mostly fat. Wife's tenderloin ordered medium was rare. Very disappointing. Have eaten at several Logan's while traveling and never had any complaints. The one in Pooler did not hold a candle to the others. Waitress was attentive and very friendly. No complaints there. She didn't buy the steaks or cook them. Quality of the food is never the server's fault so she got a good tip. Only advice I could give is buy better beef and learn how to cook them to the customers satisfaction. read more

First experience here we ordered Togo. I should have checked the reviews first. I ordered and paid for a half dozen rolls with my meal that they did not include. I also ordered the Mississippi brownie and they only included the brownie and icecream; it's supposed to come with chocolate and caramel sauce, walnuts and marshmallows. So that was disappointing. When the check came she did take half off my meal but she then charged me separately for two sides that came free with the meal. When you call and speak to manager, they offer "You can come here an pick up missing items" which is reasonable yet again, ALAS, there was a reason for using a delivery service other than the convenience! The food that DID arrive via delivery was accurate and was tasty ~ which is why we chose to try it again. No more. Cannot speak for in-store service. PSA I used to work for the establishment I worked here just under 2 weeks.... Before I relocated here I worked in the same diner in New York for 7 years. This place is the most foul smelling place I've ever been it smells like cow manure in the kitchen where the food is prepared, ALL the managers are rude as hell and want you to kiss their feet. the food the environment everything is FILTHY but nothing more dirty than their professionalism and business!! They had me train for 3 days, one of them a double shift because I wanted to start making my own money because no way was I a 7 year EXPERIENCE server and going to train for 4 days. Anyways I ended up leaving because they wanted me to do extra side work while other servers did nothing but vape. One of The hostess's was a high schooler whose job was to pre buss the tables when we were busy and she got tip out at the end of the shift. Anyways she pre bussed every ones tables except for mine which tuh I didn't need the help I was over qualified for the job anyways I tell the manager I shouldn't have to tip her out she has not once touched ANY of my tables. Long story short That was my last night there and I finally got my pay on my wisely working card...... I always write my hours down and the reason is that maybe they wouldn't pay me correctly. Anywho I called up the manager and explained the math on the phone explaining ummm hello you gipped me $70!!!!!! I was calm and very nice about it thinking it was an honest mistake but it wasn't, someone is either taking the extra money from paychecks to put in their pocket or they are very unprofessional and very unorganized they ended up only giving me $20!! out of the $70 they owed me how you make a mistake like that is BEYOND me. Don't work here and definitely don't eat here unless you want yourself or children in the hospital no joke. Where could I possibly start. Haven't had Logan's in years and went to it the other night. It was 9pm and the Long Horn down the street had a 30 minute wait. We rolled up to Logan's and was surprised by the empty parking lot. The place looked closed. Went to the door and the sign said open until 10pm so we walked in. We stood at the front lobby for a bit until an employee came up front and assured us they were open until 10 and was just starting to break things down. We were literally the only customer. The place was so dead it felt like the beginning of a horror movie. The waiter came by and took our drink order and things seemed ok so far. We received two rolls for the table of two and he took our order. The salads came out and my date asked for an extra dressing. This is where the first problem started. We were told that part of the kitchen was already shut down. I felt like for two minutes I had to negotiate as a hostage to get an additional dressing. Seriously he had just placed two salads in front of us and said that the salad dressing part of the kitchen was closed. To his credit after a lengthy conversation he did give us another dressing. After a few minutes our food came out. I had the hamburger steak cooked medium with sweet potato and a salad. What I received was broccoli and a perfectly cooked hamburger steak. My date had the fried shrimp that were so over cooked. They were so dark and hard. The tails were shriveled like a fat baby fresh out the tub. The manager was kind enough to comp out her shrimp. So long story short we both left hungry and now realize why this place seems to be riding the struggle bus. Reading these reviews I would say this place will be shutting down again soon. My suggestion is take some Zoloft anti depressant medicine if you somehow are forced to endure this place in all honesty. They s is normally my favorite of the three chain steakhouses right there (Longhorns, Texas Roadhouse, and Logan's) but today was pretty bad. Would have given a 1 but the fried pickles bumped it up. Got there about 5 and about a third if the tables were dirty and gad not been cleaned even though three employees were standing around the hostess stand when we entered. The floor obviously had not been cleaned. Service was not good. Drink orders were taken quickly but it took a good 15 minutes to deliver two lemonade and one frozen bar drink. The bar drink had separated by the time it reached the table which means it sat somewhere after being made. The fried pickles took about 25 minutes to reach the table. The entrees took another 30 minutes to show up. Water was requested several times and arrived with the check. Fried Pickles were very good however they did not come with the ranch dressing. The ranch was requested but arrived when the pickles were half gone. Steak was a complete miss. Asked for medium rare and it came medium well. The sautéd mushrooms were not part of the order. The side salad never arrived. Just a very disappointing visit. read more

The place is nice for the theme it has, tables and seats are good. Staff is friendly and try's to keep you full with bread until your meal gets there 40 minutes later. (Not just my table, not a busy night and still kitchen takes way too long to undercook your steak) They didn't have the New York strip I came in for so I went for my second choice the ribeye. When I finally got it was without flavor and definitely not Medium. (Some of the fat was still very white) the sides were great (baked potato and salad) soda mix was off a bit. Most likely won't be back. Eating out costs too much these days for a tasteless raw steak. highlight was the staff. read more

We spent over $200 and it was a waste of money. The salmon was dry and flavorless, the vegetable was dried out before they steamed it. The sweet potato was horrible tasting , the wings weren't teriyaki, I don't know what they were, tough as leather though. The waiter was excellent but again it definitely was not worth it. I wondered why the place was almost empty. Taking my daughter out her first trip to Savannah was discouraging. Dont bother we went last night. The service was awful. We has to flag down our server to get our one and only refill. After waiting over an hour for our food it came out cold. our steaks were gray and inedible. The people at the table behind us sent their steaks back 3 times and still were not happ. so we knew complaining was a waste of time. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived but when we left there was quite a wait. I would hate to wait for such subpar food.They definitely need new kitchen staff and wait staff.
