Wasn't acknowledged much and took her a very long time to serve us due to chatting with her co workers. Very disappointing! Upon arriving there were 5 hostesses standing around talking about another employee. Not very professional. We were then escorted to a table on one side of the floor only to be told by the hostess that we were going to be seated somewhere else. She then proceeded to direct us to a table way in the back of the building. Since I was with my 96 year old father I asked that we be seated somewhere closer to the front. Apparently she didn't want to do that. We found a booth closer to the front and asked that we be seated there. One of her coworkers asked her why did we get seated there since they reserve those booths for 4 or more people, we had three in out party. Went here the other night after I found a gift card in a drawer I never use. We expected a wait but they seated us immediately in some air conditioned screen-in room with open windows. They must have a huge ac bill due to running the air with the windows open. But the room was comfortable. Our waitress was quick to take our order and I ordered a sirloin well done but not black on the outside and my wife ordered sirloin tips medium well. While waiting they gave us a couple of dinner rolls with butter. Wished they had the butter Texas Roadhouse used. My steak was awesome. Cooked perfectly with next to no fat to trim. My wife's steak was not medium well though. When she cut into it, it was so undercooked that it screamed. She ate around the edge and said she wasn't hungry and that she'd cook it for her lunch tomorrow. Logan's to their credit was willing to finish cooking it or replace it. She claimed she wasn't hungry anymore. What was interesting though was that she appeared to be hungry when they served me my desert I ordered. Had our supper there last night (Super Bowl Sunday) during a snowstorm too; meal and service was GREAT! My husband and I had NY strip steak and it was AWESOME! Perfectly seasoned with baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli. Our son had some sort of bacon cheeseburger that he said was great. All our food was served piping hot and the wait staff was very attentive. My husband is very very picky about his steak and he gobbled it all up!
