Definitely disappointed with this, as the filet specials and shrimp and grits aren't cheap and all had at least half the portion remaining. Other than that disappointment, it was lovely.

Once we walked in, the red carpet was rolled out (the best customer service).  This was definitely one the best meals that I have ever had in my lifetime. The team was professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was excellent, everything tasted freshly made with love. The next day I had No stomach pain at all, which is very rare these days when I eat at a restaurant. The lamb chops and ribeye aged steak was absolutely amazing, every bite melted in our mouths, the different flavors hit all thru our palates. The only tip I wanna make sure patrons understand. Yes it's a pricey evening out, and the sides are not included. We felt that at least one side should be included with the main dish. My 4 lamb chops cost $61 which was quite a bit. Most high end restaurants will at least include one side. Don't let this take away from your experience, just go and enjoy. It's a once a year kinda meal for us. We didn't try desert, but heard it was also amazing. It was our 32nd anniversary, and the waitress wished us many more, we didn't expect anything else. They're have some of the better chicken wings, wraps, and definitely the best raw chips in town. And if quality of food isn't what you think it is, the quantity is undisputed (they pack the to-go trays!). And if not that, they have the best prices for their food. $30 for 20 wings, a large side and 2 fountain drinks (dine-in only) is the best chicken wing deal in town that I've seen. In addition, being able to get their wraps and sides for roughly the same price as your typical fast food opt (and even less with the burger wrap option) Sumter has only so few local restaurants with the majority being local cha, but this has been one of my favorite places to go to. The curbside to go parking is located across the parking lot and there was like 3 spots to park in. Once I arrived I texted the number of my parking spot. The restaurant looked fairly empty but even after the pick up time no one came to my car. I saw other people parking and then going inside to grab their orders. I ended up having to go inside to get my order, upon walking in a young lady handed me my bag. The inside looked clean and the environment was casual. My order included grilled Mahi, broccoli and brussel sprouts with a added skewer of shrimp. The veggies were the stars of the meal the Brussel Sprouts were very good and the broccoli was fresh and cooked well. The shrimp were decent a tad dried out but not bad. The grilled Mahi was not good, it looked like it was grilled in water and had an awful smell from what ever was used to grill it. I took a few bites and the fish was flavorless and the smell was so overwhelming that I couldn't eat the rest. Even the cheese biscuits were mediocre. Amongst the many dying chains Red lobster is definitely on life support. I'm not sure how long a reputation can keep a business open but the food is not what it used to be. I wouldn't come back.
