I understand that every business has policies, but customer service should never by simply quoting the rules. The way it was handled made my family feel like an inconvenience rather than valued, loyal customers. Sadly,we left feeling disappointed, unwelcome, and questioning whether our business was truly appreciated. As people of color, the experience also left us wondering whether we were being treated differently. Whether intentional or not that was the impact. We hope the restaurant will reconsider both this policy and how it is communicated. Good food brings people in...great hospitality is what brings them back.
