Not sure I've ever left a review before in my life but could not let this one go. Lady in front (w/glasses) scolded me for using my cc instead of paying cash because it cost her more money. She asked why I liked using the card (thought she was just making conversation) & I replied "points or cash back" and she replied in a pissed off tone that they were paying for my points on my card. I responded "really?" In a non-aggressive tone as I was not looking for any kind of confrontation on a day off and she said "what'd you think?" WE PAY for your points or cash back!!!!".... I couldn't believe she was that aggressive. I'm pretty sure she doesn't pay for the salon's supplies w her cash.... Just unreal for a subpar salon. Never had a merchant speak to me like that when checking out. No thanks! read more

This is in response to the owner's responding to my previous review about having a poor gel pedi and basic mani the other day. Owner replied that "according to their system I had a full set of acrylic w gel and design and I didn't tip." This is wrong. I've never had acrylic in my life. Lol. And btw, I still tipped the girl on my gel pedicure and mani 18% despite bleeding cuticles and poor service. Logic Nail Salon off gilbert rd is amazing. The inside is chique and modern, incredibly appealing. They offer both gel and dip powder as well as waxing and lash extensions... the check in process in incredibly efficient and the color selection is huge. Absolute waste of time and money. Never left a review before but I downloaded yelp because it was that bad. Me and my friend checked in for manicures and she left us waiting at the counter for upwards of 30 minutes, and when it was our turn she went through both of us as quickly as possible, spent maybe 7 minutes on each of us and charged us both $20. This was my first visit to Logic Nails. Upon walking in the establishment, I found it to be bright, modern, and cheerful. You check in on their electronic system at the reception area. Although there were several customers arriving at once, the staff was very friendly and I appreciate that they made eye contact, smiled, seated me promptly, and offered me water. My pedicure was great. Overall, it was a great experience. This is a place I would take a friend and chit-chat while enjoying a pedicure. The room is bright and music is lively so it's not ideal for a quiet mini getaway feel. If you know this ahead of time - you will be happy. Don't waste your money on this place. My family went In for pedicures and we were charged for services we did not receive, charged for additional things that were supposed to be included in the service, not to mention the techs were extremely rough pulling on your legs and feet. When we brought the charges to their attention they argued and said they will credit us for the next time, that is how they trap you into coming back but we will not be returning so count it as a loss. read more

Terrible Nail salon. ive been here multiple times and they do them the worst. there is zero attention to detail and my acrylics always come out crooked and uneven. ive tried this place multiple times thinking they would get better but i was wrong. the nail techs rush your nails and dont pay attention to the little details. i just recently got my nails done here and she left polish on my cuticles and did my polish super uneven and missed a few spots. would never recommend coming here if you are very particular on how you want your nails to look. awful read more

We have been here a few times for pedicures and it's always ok, but today was absolutely awful. I don't love pedicures to begin with as I've struggled with neuropathy in my foot and ingrown toenails so to get me to go is a big deal. My husband loves them, so I go. I asked for the classic/basic because it's not enjoyable for me, and my husband got the jelly. I waited 20+ mins while my husbands had already started and just thought no big deal, but then the lady came out and started on my toes. She asked if the water was good, I said it's a little cold, so she turned on pure hot and just left it on as if it was an inconvenience to have to change the water. Then when she started my toes she said "oh you have ingrown toenails?" I said yes, I've had surgery and they didn't do a great job, but they hurt a bit so you don't need to do a lot. She hit a sore spot and my foot flinched so she grabbed my foot and smashed it down-I have some neuropathy in that foot and when she smashed it down it hurt pretty bad. She shoved my foot back in the water and started on the right foot-immediately told me that she could tell I cut it and why would I do that when I have no idea what I'm doing and don't get the right angle. I said-it's ok, you don't need to cut it, just avoid that part. She insisted and dug her tool in which made my foot flinch-she then yelled at me after swatting my foot-"don't move your foot! Stop looking at it!" I said please stop, that hurts and I do not want you to continue. She grabbed my toe and pinched down hard with her thumb. Again I said please stop-let go of my foot. She insisted she "had" to feel it and continue because she was "just trying to help". Would not take no for an answer. Mind you, I was trying to be as quiet about it as possible to not make a scene and she was yelling at me-my husband finally had to say "you need to stop-she told you to stop!" We will never go back there again as there are plenty of other nail salons that don't treat their customers like crap. read more
