I went here for the first time - I've been banking with Logix for well over a decade now, online for the vast majority of that time, and can't remember the last time I set foot in a physical location. But this past week, I had to come by to deposit some coins. I didn't really plan ahead and assumed they did not want the money pre-rolled, which was incorrect. When I asked them about it, the teller told me I would need to roll them, but that they could give me the wrappers for free. I definitely should have just taken them home and come back, but for whatever reason I found a place to sit and started rolling them there. Everyone was very friendly, no one made me feel unwelcome or like an inconvenience. Both times I got in line, it was a very short wait. The second teller I spoke to was very helpful as well, even as I was a bit of a mess. I look forward to returning in the future. As far as Logix more generally - it's just a really great credit union and I never want to use a regular bank again. read more

It's been over a year since I opened accounts here. Never had issue moving money around in or out. In order to transfer funds between different accounts, they deposited 2 small amounts to your destination bank then ask you to verify its authenticity before accounts can be linked for money transfer. As of recently, I'm trying to move an excess of $5800 to another credit union that is already vetted. And it's a sister co-op member bank too! Miranda quickly declined my request, then blocked me from accessing my own account unless I provide Logix statements from other credit union. I have no problem doing this however this is illogical since the accounts were already vetted and secondly it's privacy issue - they're inquiring my total assets at other banks and gaining competitive advantage into how much premiums I'm getting over there. This is ridiculous only WF can pull this off and get away with it. I mean they own the politicians after all. Yeah I had similar run in with WF years ago is reason when I left big banks altogether. So I had a melt down on George, sorry bud not your fault its your leadership I'm having issue with, due to flashback from time wasted over at WF. When I asked to close my accounts, Logix wants over $500 in fees because of an outstanding CD. I did provided eStatement from other bank Logix quickly let me back into my account but still declined my transfer request. I don't care it's not like I have a whole lot to begin with - I did provided disclosure at their illegally request. I'm guessing the extra 0.0005% more dividend I'm getting over at NGFCU offended Logix people hence they still blocked my transfer? OK that's not cool, you guys can have my money until the CD matures then we will part ways in March 2024. Anyone else who are living from pay check to pay check like myself, stay away from these guys. I don't advocate going with big banks either - I will always support my local businesses. Strongly recommend you go with Wescom or Northrop Grumman federal credit union. If you work at public school, there is a really good credit union you should park your money over there. They pay slightly less dividend but you won't have problem accessing your money. I moved money all the time to keep them balanced and never had issue at other credit unions. I don't know if recent bank runs at other banks had Logix running scared or what but this is terrible policy. Not smart for alienating your own customers! You people lost my trust! I went to open a business account for our 2 non-profits. One is a church and one is a community coffeehouse that provides vocational training for youth. I was told they do not do business with "religious" businesses. Both are legal businesses how is it that they can refuse? If I as a business owner refused service to anyone based on religion I would be sued. read more

Their fees are extremely minimal and I believe if you're under 24 there's no minimum balance you need to keep in your account which is a plus for us young adults. When we joined Logix (Lockheed) Federal Credit Union, the compelling factor was FREE CHECKING, NO MINIMUM BALANCE. That was a long time ago. Little by little they have been adding fees and penalties (low balance means you have less than $200 in your checking account). Well, I do not have $200 rolling around that I don't need to use. So there is a fee of $4.94 for going under that amount. Basically they are extorting $200 from me, because I can't use it. I had an account that my husband and I were not using. For 4 months there was over $200 in it. So, they charged me $3.95 a month. They already have my funds to earn interest on and invest as they please, so now they are charging me for their doing NOTHING! The longer I stay with Logix, the more fees they create to enrich themselves from my accounts. I will be finding a new bank or credit union soon, that puts the customer first! read more

ATM issues. Pretty simple modernize your machines I don't feel safe nor secure Inserting money/checks. I don't feel safe putting my pin it's a joke of a machine I don't wanna get off I know I have the choice sometimes I just wanna drive and grab 20 for lunch not park make a line get 20 and so on. We made an appt. with Logix for home loan pre authorization. Not sure we really are ready to move, but, wanted all of our ducks in a row. We met with Andrew in the Golden Valley , Santa Clarita, branch. Andrew was friendly, professional, and.....funny! Had a nice sense of humor and took care of everything we needed in less than an hour. We left with authorization in hand and all important information for real estate agents and information about closing a deal when that time comes. Greatest experience by far. The moment i walked in I was greeted by a great receptionist didn't get to catch her name but she had braces. She was friendly to say least. I was stressed out trying to figure out how I could trade in my vehicle and upsize to a mid size suv, so I went to apply for a car loan. My mother made me an account when I was young and now I have one with my husband, so I have been with Logix total of 15 years and I love my bank so much there is so many benefits that come with this bank. I love the employees here and have visited the branch on several occasions. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the employees in the past and they are top notch. Some of the reviews I have read on here are ridiculous and should be removed for the nonsense they write and the reasoning behind their 1 star. You are rating this branch and you give them a 1 star for an ATM that is out of their control? You rate the branch 1 star for a claim that is handled by the claims department which is out of the branch employees control? You rate a 1 star because your circle of real estate friends make a claim about something that has nothing to do with you? PLEASE! Give Logix a shot especially the Palmdale Branch. You will be surprised. You need an appointment. Expect long lines right now due to COVID. If you are in a rush do your banking another time. If you are going in with a negative attitude check it at the door and let them help you. Many things can be done online. You really shouldn't need to go in that often. Save time by using technology. Take a picture of your deposit. Get direct deposit. Use electronic funds transfers. Why are you walking in to the bank? Need a loan? Call over the phone. Nothing magical is going to happen in person. Need to get documents turned in? Use a thing called email with attachments. PDF files. Its really simple people. If you want old school banking expect the old school ways; long lines, long wait time, spending money on gas to drive, the list goes on. Friendliest staff and best service! No surprise fees and it is so easy to perform any transactions you need right from your phone, even depositing checks! I haven't lived in California (where their physical locations and ATMS are) for years, but that has never been an issue. I even get all of my ATM fees repaid to me at the end of each month. The new location is dangerous and the ONE versatell machine is incredibly hard to read, because of the sun which hits it pretty much the whole day and is always busy. The several times I've visited this new location has been a nightmare to maneuver without getting hit or run over. Logix really needs to rethink its new location and move to a much safer place and redesign the parking in a way that won't be a danger to its customers. I've been a loyal customer to Logix/Lockheed Federal Credit Union and it's a shame it wasn't better organized and thought out. read more
