Mmm The girl in the entrance was ok but since she didn't know Spanish a couple waited longer than usual because she misinterpreted, instead of maybe asking someone who did know Spanish to help. Just heads up if you know someone who works in the branch don't bank here. An employee who been there for 12+ years violated HIPPA and went through my bank account and multiple people I know. Hands down the best financial institution I've dealt with. From opening a savings and checkings account to applying for a home loan -- Logix is simply the best! This location has a very high quality of customer service and attention to detail. From the moment you walk in your greeted in a cordial manner. They offer a wide variety of service as any leading competitor, like Chase or Bank of America. The only thing is that this location is so busy you have to book an appointment nearly a month or more out, in that case when you are interested in buying a house (as was I) this is not a desirable aspect, because time = money. So I would say they need to either expand this location and bring on more staff or open another. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially first-time home buyers. read more

Went in today and open up an account and was informed that I didn't exist. Apparently, my credit report came back with no details be returned. Meaning I don't have any line of credit. Which is absurd being that I'm a homeowner and I own my home for the last 12 years. Not including having an auto loan, student loan debt and open credit cards. So in order to open up account I would have to prove that I do in fact exist. So instead I'll just head to another bank where I'm certain I will have any issues. read more

I don't understand the good reviews here. I have had such a terrible experience with this bank. I go there with my Fiancé to get a combined account for our wedding. They couldn't add him so I made one technically for myself after my credit gets ran. They took 5 bucks away from our savings which I didn't like. The customer service number on the website is useless, the app is terrible, and I can't even activate my card through the phone because the machine keeps hanging up or directing me to another useless number. I can't even call the customer service around here because they are always closed. I am closing my account and do not recommend at all. I am sticking with Bank of America. read more

Poorly organized, misinformation. $50 checking promotion listed online was not honored, despite the fact that I called and verified the promotion was still valid before even driving to the branch. Pamphlets in the lobby say fees for checking will be waived if you opt to get e statements instead of paper statements. I pointed this out when trying to open my account and was informed that they changed that policy September 1st and they must have forgotten to take out the old pamphlets. It's been over a month and no one checked that? Very unorganized and unhelpful. Can't trust liars with my money. Seems like they want to charge a bunch of ridiculous fees and give customers nothing in return. They also no longer honor their $25 referral bonus. Taking my money elsewhere. read more

Friendliest Banking Center I've been to. Approximately 20 colleagues have had banking savings there for 20-50 years. Good Return on simple Savings accounts. Staff I worked with were Dumber than rocks though. They have/had no Clue how to handle a simple Trust Account, and wasted virtually an entire afternoon trying to tell me they could, then finally admitting they couldn't Luis, get a new career. I came in a few days ago to meet with a financial officer about a debt consolidation/personal loan. Unfortunately I do not remember the lady who helped me out but she wasn't the best in customer service. She greeted me half heartedly and we sat at her desk. I informed her what I wanted and she began the process. We didn't really communicate only when I had to answer questions regarding my application, and when I tried to lighten the mood and asked her about her dog(she had a picture of her dog on her desk) she responded with a short answer and went back to working. Everything felt scripted whenever she talked to me regarding my personal loan, but she had more life in her when she got on the phone to speak to whoever would approve it. After the phone call was finished, she told me I was not approved and there was nothing else that can be done to help my situation. I inquired as to why and she told me but what really pissed me off was the lack of customer service she provided. I wasn't upset I didn't get approved but not once did she try to figure out any alternative solutions for my current financial situation. I had to pretty much beg her for advice which then she FINALLY gave. I wish I remembered her name so that people can know who to stay away from but I would never come back to this location for financial services, I rather drive all the way to the golden ranch location where I've had better service. read more

I have been a member of Logix Federal Credit Union (formerly Lockheed) for nearly 14 years. My grandfather retired from Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA and after graduating high school I went to them for my first auto loan. This is a very friendly credit union. I had a nice lady named Yvette Noterman help me open up a savings and checking account and she was very helpful with answering questions that I had and made it very easy for me to open these accounts. She even went to the trouble of writing me a personalized thank-you card that was sent to my house about a week after I opened the account. All of the staff I was around was very nice and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this credit union if you're interested in great customer service. The online app is also very helpful and easy to use. My wife and I have been with logix for several years now and we have always been satisfied with them. We always get a person on the phone and never a machine, which goes a huge way towards showing their customers they really care. They always great us when we go inside and everyone is happy. Not like smiling through their teeth happy, but like they actually enjoy being there and helping you. I never have to be worried about asking questions, meeting a manager, or discussing my fiances with anyone there. We have 6 Accounts, 3 auto loans, and soon a mortgage with Logix. Great rates on everything too! Oh, at the end of the year they pay you a dividend of their investments back to their members. They have a video of this years on their website right now. As far as I was concerned it was the best place to bank and would recommend it to everyone. Once they changed their name to Logix they started adding fees on to everything! Had a pre-approval from logix for a car I bought Saturday. I had been instantly approved because of my credit. I did have to go through the financing process with the dealer, then logix would buy out the contract. The process with logix was super easy and efficient, the only hang up was that they send a paper check to buy out your contract with the dealer, and that presents some issues because their is a time limit after which you are no longer able to refi. A better way would be to issue an electronic payment as I had to make sure that the dealer acknowledge possession of the check which doesn't benefit them and it presented some stress.That being said, I got a great rate, they were super easy to work with, and the rep. was responsive during the process.
