I cannot even begin to explain how special my experience was at LOHO. I have been to many bridal salons and none of my experiences have been bad, but my experience at LOHO was so special. It's hard to explain what exactly made it so perfect, but I will try. The store is decorated to a T, I could spend all day there, thoughtful elements are sprinkled throughout. The dresses are original and absolutely gorgeous. Then there is the team of people, amazing. I worked with Allie, but also met the owner, both were kind and truly cared about my experience. I had such a wonderful experience at LOHO! The place itself is so pretty, clean, white and well crafted to make you feel very comfortable. Prior to your visit, you fill out a questionnaire, which allows them to curate a dress selection for your experience-so from the moment I walked in it felt unique to me. I worked with Allie the day of and I felt that she really listened to my style recommendations to find a dress to fit my curves. She had pulled around 15 gowns-each gorgeous and unique in their own way. She also was helpful in pulling accessories and other pieces so I could see the full picture of what I may look like the day of. Cannot say enought about this unique boutique bridal store! This is my second appointment at Loho - I had specifically flew to SF to their original store last month - and the newly opened LA store is even more amazing. The fixtures and setting are chic, and the designers they stock are so much cooler than anywhere else. I've found it really challenging to find dresses that I like in LA and was so relieved to find Loho Bride, which totally fits my style. The dresses are beautiful but all have a contemporary edge to them which is really hard to find elsewhere . Christy, the owner has an incredible eye and has been so helpful with gown and alteration suggestions - zero pressure or pushiness just fun appointments where you feel like a friend who has your back is advising you. I first went to the SF location and then to this one and I have to say, Christy and Kaitlyn made this whole experience so much fun. They welcome you with drinks, play good music and make you feel comfortable right from the start. For a while I was having a hard time finding a dress because I didn't want a traditional white wedding gown, so my friend told me to come here. First of all, I've never left a Yelp review before, but I feel so inclined to because of my above and beyond, wonderful experience at LOHO bride. I cannot say enough amazing things about my stylist Rachele. Not only is she incredibly fashion-forward (as are all the stylists at LOHO), she makes you feel so special and gives you her complete attention. I went to a few other bridal salons before my appointment at LOHO and I can assure you, none were even close to my experience with Rachele. She listened and understood my non-traditional vibe completely. She even emailed me weeks after my appointment (before I found the one) to tell me they were having a trunk show coming up that was so my taste and that I had to come back and try this designer's gowns. I did and turns out that was the one I'm ending up with! If she hadn't had listened and understood my vibe and then also taken the time out of her day to reach out to me, I wouldn't have known about this designer or the trunk show and I wouldn't have my incredible wedding dress. She ALWAYS got back to my many emails (and I sent a lot because I'll be honest, I'm picky with style), and her demeanor was always warm, excited and happy to help. She never acted annoyed or bothered by me (I think I went into LOHO 3 or 4 times to try on dresses). If you're looking for an incredible stylist who will make you feel like you're one in a million, go to Rachele at LOHO. And in regards to the selection of dresses, they are EPIC. Finally, a judgement free bridal boutique that speaks to a low-key bride. I had followed LOHO for a while on social media and I was so excited to check it out once it arrived in LA. I already bought my dress and went to the store to check out accessories. Got a note back directly from the store owner (who was lovely) to finalize my appointment. The first thing I realized when I walked in was that this felt like a NORMAL STORE, not like the pink, fluffy shops I had been to in NY and LA already. I always knew I didn't want a traditional bridal experience, and all the alt-salons I had found so far felt too fashion-y and uptight. Both of the women who worked there were warm, friendly and very cool. They didn't make me feel weird for shopping without a gaggle of other women. I think this place gets that you're about to make a really big purchase that you'll remember for a long time and want to feel special in the process without you feeling like someone you aren't. I had an amazing experience at LOHO Bride. I was looking for an unfussy, slighly boho dress and I knew from their website that I would love this shop. The small store is beautiful, pristine and unpretentious. My mother, sister and I were served champagne, then Allie had me choose a few gowns while she pulled more fabulous selections. I loved almost all of them. I did my due diligence and visited other stores with their cute, traditional dresses, but they didn't come close to the striking style and quality of the LOHO gowns. I returned to LOHO to get the A La Robe dress that I couldn't stop thinking about. Allie and Christy were wonderful helping me with my second fitting. It was hard to restrain myself from trying on every last piece of silky, lacy goodness at LOHO. you can easily see that there is a lot of thought that goes into the curation and buying. My experience at LOHO was far beyond what I experienced anywhere else. Christy had good tunes and champagne ready the second my friend and I came in! LOHO Bride is an absolute dream of a bridal shop for gals like me that are just not into a gown that everyone else is wearing, and are looking for something truly unique but still you, classic, and stylish. Christy and her team were the absolute sweetest and so helpful. I made my appointment online the night before and apparently the system didn't update for them, but they welcomed me just as graciously as if they had known I was scheduled, and got started right away pulling dresses that might work well for me. This was the third bridal shop I had been to and none of the previous shops offered me any recommendations, so it was a breath of fresh air to get some real help! I came alone and they were so helpful and hands on in taking photos so I could refer back to my favorites later. Hands Down COOLEST BRIDAL BOUTIQUE!! I visited 6 other Bridal Salons throughout LA before finding my dress here and I had the most incredible experience I had to share! Before I arrived for the appointment they had me fill out an online questionnaire, which was so helpful because they were able to get a better sense of my style and personality so when I walked in they were fully-prepared. They had on the music that I liked, they had champagne waiting, and Christy, the owner, personally helped fit me into dresses throughout my appointment. Christy was so amazing, it felt like I had a cool, big-sister guiding me along the way. She was so knowledgeable on their various designers and styles and made me feel so comfortable, talking to me like a friend. She let me pick some styles and then she threw in others for me to try, which I'm so glad she did, because ultimately she pulled the style that will now be my Wedding Dress!! She also offered to take pictures of me in every dress which was so helpful as my mom and sister weren't able to attend the appointment and it was great to show them all the looks I tried. Besides the wonderful customer service, the salon itself was a little jewel of a boutique from the minimalist/modern decor and captivating scents lit throughout the space, it was just a dreamy place to spend the afternoon with a friend trying on pretty gowns. If you're looking for a cool dress that not everyone else has and want an exceptional experience to match I can't recommend Loho Bride enough! I had a wonderful experience at LOHO. After having gone to the LOHO location in San Francisco (where I also had a fantastic experience) I decided to check out the LA location as well. Christy the owner took care of me. She is so warm and knowledgeable about all of the dresses and. LOHO is perfect if you are looking for something a little more contemporary or less traditional, but I do believe they have something for everyone, whether you want a classic look, a runway-worthy gown, something bohemian, or a cool jumpsuit. Whether you know exactly what you want or you have no clue, they will help you out. Christy was mindful of my budget and would warn me if I was interested in a dress outside of my price-range. I happened to go in after a sample sale, so they had many beautiful sample gowns for sale. I ended up purchasing a sample gown in fantastic condition. It was hard to make a decision because I found 3 or four dresses that I loved at LOHO, but I'm so happy with the one I chose. Highly-highly recommended. read more

BEST experience possible! Best selection of gowns! These ladies are so fun to work with- not pushy at all- and very helpful. I came into Loho after having gone to several stores in L.A. and San Francisco, and was instantly in love with the stunning decor and relaxed vibe- and Allie was absolutely INCREDIBLE throughout the entire process. The gowns that Loho carries are very sought after designers that are difficult to find (I was in search of a french style comfortable gown) and after filling out the forms, Allie picked out one dress that she thought was the closest to my vision- and it turns out that was the 'one'! Before I decided on the gown, she saw me fiddling with the cap sleeves and rolled them into the dress saying I could have them removed, and it became exactly what I was looking for! Christy's shop and selection of gowns was beyond expectation. I was actually a little nervous going into dress shopping and not sure how the experience would be. I was really hoping to avoid any kind of pushy or judgemental sales persons and also find a unique and modern selection of dresses. Enter LOHO. Through a combination of googling things like "chill LA bridal shops" and reading reviews, I found Christy and I'm so thankful. I went into my appointment with the mindset that maybe it wouldn't be for me and nothing would look good and left completely put at ease, with many incredible options to choose from, feeling excited for my wedding and happy to have met such a great person and ally in Christy. Ah...I really don't have enough good things to say about LOHO Bride. I had tried on dresses at five other boutiques and was convinced I was never going to find the right one. With a wedding in May, I had to rush to find something and was already prepared to settle because of my tight timeline. The LOHO staff was kind enough to squeeze me in with a couple days notice and the experience could not have been better. Right away, you just get a good vibe from the boutique. It's clean and modern and they give you more than enough space to try a dresses. The team there was so helpful and completely GOT ME when it came to what I was looking for (something modern, timeless and elegant). They were quick to pick out several dresses that matched my style and after trying on only two dresses, I found the one! They were so genuine in their excitement for me and the experience totally made up for the feeling of defeat after going to several other boutiques without any luck.
