James was here when he said he would be. My 35 lb American bully took to him right away. This was my dog's first grooming experience. (I usually bathe her myself). I was a little nervous about how she would do and was expecting a call part way through, but nope. James spent about an hour and a half with her and she came back shiny and feeling like a new girl. She was zooming all around and super happy. She plays in the dirt a lot so her black coat was pretty dingy and dull before her lol spa treatment and so shiny and beautiful after. So I have been avoiding the groomer for awhile now. I'm a nervous dog mom, and was worried of how my pup would be, and how he'd turn out. With this hot summer heat, I had no other choice but to get him groomed. My vet does it, but thank goodness they were booked.....because it lead me to LOL Grooming!! This is my first time using a mobile groomer. I have 4 dogs and it's difficult trying to transport them all to the groomer. Plus I don't trust just anyone with my fur babies. I have two small fur babies and two big fur babies. Today the small fur babies were bathed and groomed. Since first meeting James, our two Aussies had zero hesitation going with him and jumping right into the van! I set an appointment for my dog to be groomed. First, the groomer was 30 minutes late. Secondly, when I told the groomer, James, I wanted my dog's nails trimmed because they were long in the front and when he would "shake," the nails were longer than I would like. The groomer told me, I needed to control my dog better. I had mentioned a week prior to this appointment, I gave my dog a bath because he had mud on him from playing in the back yard so I hosed him down with some soap and water to bring him inside. After James tried to talk me out of getting my dog's coat trimmed and I still wanted to go through with it, he told me since I gave him a bath a week ago he could not go through with grooming him today. Maybe that should be a question you ask your customers so they don't waste their time making an appointment. James' customer service was terrible. I asked for my dog's nails to be trimmed only to be told I need to control him better. I asked for his coat to be cut so he won't be as hot with the weather and was told several different reasons why getting him trimmed was a bad idea. James told me his skin may look different colors after being trimmed because he has different colors in his fur. Duhhhh!! It's almost like he tried to find any reason not to groom my dog today. Well lucky him because after wasting 20 minutes, I decided not to have my dog serviced by someone who didn't seem like they wanted to do it in the first place. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but I also decide on different services through reviews from others. If this is the way they handle every appointment, I would not recommend this grooming service. read more

I booked her almost 3-4 weeks in advanced . I even texted her the day before of the Appointment confirming the appointment and she stated " yes 1pm-2pm" one hour window. Tell me why it's 2:20pm and my dog never got groomed. I texted her around 12 something saying "please let me know when you're close by" 2 min later I got a miss call . I called back and she responded with " please text me" so I said "I'm sorry I missed your call " that was around 12:40-50ish. I never heard from her until 1 hour past our window. I texted her saying that I was upset because she not once replied back or even left a voicemail. NO COMMUNICATION ! she then texts me at 2:20pm basically blaming me that I didn't answer and she had a "hard dog" . And that she can meet later if still available and it's now a 2 hour window " I told her she's very unprofessional . And she then said " because of me the new rule is a 4hr window" like I clearly understand shit happens ...but dammm a text , another call, a voicemail SOMETHING would have been appropriate. Now my poor dog didn't get groomed and she wasted our time. My dog and I got let down. Not a nice move. read more
