This place is nasty! Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else. The people that works there are not very nice/friendly either.

Staff is really friendly and food as well as drink is always served pretty quick. I recommend the royal milk tea with popcorn chicken

I got my boba milk tea today and it's my last time to this Lollicup. Next time, I will rather driving to walnut or Rowland Heights location despite of living in Diamond Bar. The woman who helped me seems to be the new owner or manager was pretty rude and has no sense of basic customer service. Very disappointed! Going to Lollicup is similar to going to McDonalds in that expect uniformity - your drink made here should be the same as your drink in any other Lollicup branch. It's a decent for a boba / afternoon snack (spiiiiicy popcorn chicken, anyone?), but I wouldn't say it's over-the-top amazing. All in all a good place. read more

The guy making my food was pretty nice. Didn't take too long and tasted great. Only problem is one of the other employees was being extremely rude after a simple question. She seemed to be on break and she was playing a video game I recognized. I asked her if it was the game I thought it was and she replied with "don't f**king bother me". I went in for a regular tai tea, passion fruit and mango slush with boba and was happily told the tai tea was BOGO free. It was really stuffy even with two portable air units running. Not sure if they were fans or a/c units but they were obviously not working.it was so uncomfortable I couldn't think straight when placing my order.it was 8pm for cryin' out loud. I had to step out to get cooled down while I was waiting for my order.there was only one person taking care of orders and he was the only one making the boba drinks.there was one more worker in the back but he was only in charge of cooking, I suppose because he only surfaced when handing the other guy some food from the back.the customer service was very poor.the customer before me had his order messed up and the worker did not even apologize or even acknowledge the customer after he told him thanks.the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it is so close the where we stay in the summer, the consistancy of the boba is perfect and doesn't stick together. It's not too hard, not too soft. And I love their passion fruit juice with boba, although at this visit I was disappointed when my drink was not very cold. read more

DON'T GO HERE !!!!! I got the deal from Groupons and I got there just to try it. When I go there to get the drinks for my co-workers too ! He said only 2 per day per coupon. I asked it stated on the Groupons policy? This place sucks ass now. Before they were good but now they just got really crappy. First off, they dont make meals anymore (which was really damn good), second, their customer service sucks ass, they give your order away to other people because they dont even look at you when you place your order! And lastly, they take forever making snacks! I encountered a customer who got their drink. It had a broken seal on the bottom of their drink, it was leaking and it wasted a quarter of their drink. I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in for an iced milk tea. The place is a little run down and furnished with what looks like old, unwanted furniture from someone's house. It's definitely not a place where I would come with friends to hang out and catch up on life, but for a quick drink I figured it would be fine. The drink was decent and the price is fair; however, the ambiance and employees ruined the mood and experience for me. Ambiance - dimly lit, extremely warm for an already hot day in So. Cal, and definitely does not look like it has been mopped or cleaned in a while. Employees - unimpressive. The two young girls, teenagers, didn't bother to greet me as they were too busy flirting with two teenage boys sitting at the counter. I waited a minute to see if they would ask me if I was ready to order and when neither of the girls bothered to acknowledge me, I just told them what I wanted to order. The girl at the register didn't quite know how to operate the cash register so the second employee took my order (with her madball face and attitude). Granted I look young, but I'm pretty sure I have at least 10-15 years on them so I definitely did not appreciate the attitude nor did I care to spend my time watch her walking around trying to be "cute" in front of those teenage boys. On top of the attitude and poorly provided services, I wasn't impress by her work outfit either which consisted of short shorts and a black flared tank over her black and beige lace bra. I understand if you wear a bandeau, a tank, or a tube top under the flared tank OUTSIDE of your work hours, but little girl that is not appropriate work attire. AND, when half of your lace bra is hanging out the side of your shirt that's just not classy and not the way to get attention from any boy. Management needs to step in and oversee this joint, properly train and supervise the employees, and re-evaluate how they operate their business. I wouldn't recommend this place. Do yourself a favor, pull up Yelp and find yourself another boba/tea place in town if you're dying for a cup. read more

Definitely not what you would expect looking from outside in. But never judge a boba place by it's review or start a sentence with "but." The service was awesome and well mannered. Barista/cashier referred to me as sir. Ordered mango green tea with boba and lychee green with lychee jelly. Both were on point with soft freshly made boba. The place is decent a bit dingy but has good drinks. I usually go in for drink specials of 2 for 1. They offer a groupon sometimes but better off just buying their specials. In groupon case they $5 vouchers but you must use entire amount to make it worth you while. Employees a little rude , could be friendlier and more informed. I am a long time customer who decided to never to return bc of the following experience. Normally there is only one employee to take orders and to make drinks. This time after taking our order, this one employee decided to take orders and to make drinks for customers who came after us, having us wait 10 minutes. So I said, "Would you mind starting on our order before taking anymore orders."  He gives me an attitude and says we have a large order and that he needs to wash the blender after each drink.  So i replied, "You have not even started on one of our drinks." He gives me a look and says, "Alright." He throws things into the sink and takes a little longer washing everything, even the stuff that's not part of the blender and waits longer to put slush into cups. After everything is done, he puts the drinks on the counter, turns his back and says, "Your order." It was not a large order, we ordered 5 drinks, 2 were identical and one was milk tea. So he only needed to make 3 drinks with the two blenders. He chose to make two drinks and washed both blenders instead of quickly washing one to make the last drink.  It took him 7 minutes, making it 17 minutes for us to get our drinks. He also added way too much ice and blended it way too long which made the drinks watery. This happened on Feb.25, late afternoon and we have not returned since. read more

I came in here with my son at around 9pm. The place was dark. I opened the door and there were three male employees sitting with just a dim light chitchatting, as if they deliberately did not want any customers. I asked if they were open, and one of them said yes and got up to the counter to take my order and prepare my drinks. The other two continued chatting while my order was being taken. As I was waiting for my drinks, one of the employees was talking about how much he hates the customers even though I was clearly in ear shot. Not able to tolerate this any longer, I said "excuse me, but I am sitting right here." They ignored me and continued taking. Unbelievable! Except for the one employee who took my drink and helped me with my order, I couldn't believe the rudeness and inappropriate behavior by the two others. The manager of this place really needs to get things in order if they want to stay in business. read more

i used to come here alot with my fam but not at all anymore. this place lost some customers because of the older lady that "works" there on sundays, i think she's considered the manager. i've walked in and had to get her attention and be the one to greet her first cuz she's totally not paying attention and playing with her phone. when she does notice me, she gives me an attitude and doesn't apologize or ask what i want. i've heard her speak horrible things about/to people. she doesnt care that there are customers around that can hear her. one day, after hearing her being rude once again, i left and never been back since. its a shame cuz i grew up coming to this lollicup since it was so close to home (not cuz their drinks were great but it would satisfy me and my fam's drink craving if we were feeling lazy and didnt want to drive), but i cant and wont support a place if its ran by someone rude that puts down others. read more
