I have been coming to this place since i was a little kids and the drinks and snacks are still so good!

Snowbee Tea Station is located in a decent sized plaza in what seems to be a decently busy area. It was a bit quiet on the evening we stopped by and there was plenty of shared parking. Not much service - I ordered on the kiosk. I ordered their Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba and grass jelly. They skimp on the toppings, which is a bummer. Milk tea tasted like sugar water with brown sugar added to it. The boba was a bit chewy, but it broke apart. It did take awhile to get my order, even though it is one drink. I am not sure if they prioritize dine in orders first over take out, but it felt like it. Even when my drink was ready, they were more worried about taking orders / ringing people up at the register than giving me my drink, so I can go. Overall, maybe the experience would had been better if I dined in versus getting a to go order, but we are still paying customers, whether we dine in or order to go. read more

Wow, we came to Snowbee this time and noticed they've added so many new items! They now have bubble waffles and Korean rice dogs. We tried the bubble waffle this time, and it was so crispy and fragrant. Paired with ice cream, it was sweet but not too heavy. My kids absolutely loved it! I love coming here for their desserts Boba and now they are serving some korean corn dog. There are five different flavors for the corn dog. 1. Potato Dog-Potato Cubes wrapped corn dog - i do like the textures and you can dress it with sauces or just sugar and cinnamon. The texture of the potatoes is like French fries. I like to dip mine in ketchup. 2. Spicy Dog- Hot Cheeto dust corn dog - perfect for any spicy lovers. The hot cheetos is a nice crunch and touch for texture. I loved the layer of cheese spread onto the corn dog before the dusted spicy hot cheetos. 3. Japanese style Dog- Combination of Teriyaki Sauce, Mayo, and Bonito flakes - love how the bonito flakes move. The sauce is umami. I paired this with half Beef and cheese filling. 4. loaded Dog -Top with our house ranch and loaded cheese and bacons - this one is fancy and they do torch it too. 5. Korean plain corn dog - if you love simple this is the to go to. Below is the filling you can choose. choose your filling 1. All Mozzarella cheese 2. Half Beef Sausage half Mozzarella cheese 3. All beef sausage . I love coming here for their strawberry matcha boba with dairy free milk. The matcha is not bitter but strong. The drink isn't too sweet either. I have yet to return in a while but I used to come here very often especially in high school. I love getting their pyramid with matcha ice cream and no puddle. Their service can be fast if it's not too busy. After they have implemented more items onto their menu, I have yet to return. I feel like when a restaurant adds more menu items, it gets overwhelming for both customers and chef. It used to be the basic popcorn chicken, fries, and the toast dessert along with drinks but now there's much more. Music can set the environment and it depends on the day but their music can sometimes be blasted very loudly. read more

Okay I'm disappointed in this place I was really looking forward to trying their boba and food items because they have a really enticing menu!! but the Special Jasmine Milk Tea doesn't taste like that typical floral, sweet, creamy flavor I always crave it was just kind of bland, and while the boba was good, it didn't add to the flavor of my tea at all it was overall bitter and lacking flavor. My boyfriend got the Green Apple Slush and added a bunch of toppings to it and honestly I enjoyed his I would say if you're a slush kind of person then you would enjoy this place. Onto the food, I got the 10pc lemon pepper wings and the crab cheese wontons. The wontons are good and have the average crab wonton flavor but there seemed to be more wonton than filling, and the wings are simply not even worth your money. No crunch, greasy flavor and for a 10pc you'll see in the pic how much ranch we got which was ridiculous to me. Overall, I can't justify paying $40 on this. None of it was satisfying read more

Cutting off a star for slow service but I don't blame the only girl taking orders and serving several people in line. The ordering process was quick with the kiosk but waiting for our food was taking some time but we don't blame the nice lady it was more of a management issue with only 1 person running the whole establishment. The volcano shaved ice is a family favorite as well as the mangonada. I love the coconut blended drink with honey boba. Refreshing. The drinks here are way too sweet and the customer service here is lacking! My sister-in-law ordered a honeydew drink with 100% sweetness, and her husband ordered a lychee drink. Both of their drinks were unbearably sweet. I tried a sip and I would not have been able to finish the drink. My sister-in-law let the employee know that the drink was too sweet for her and asked if she could please remake it to be less sweet. The employee refused and said she made it the way my sister-in-law ordered it. I've never been to a business where they won't remake your drink if you're dissatisfied! A great place for your sweet tooth cravings and to socialize with friends! Located right in Little Saigon and have been here since I was in high-school so it's quite nogalstic. They have a variety of selection from sweet desserts, to finger food appetizers, and fruit/boba drinks. Their brick toast and ice cream is always a delight everytime. Taiwanese appetizers never disappoint and have the usual fan fare selections like Ramen. We ordered our usual popcorn chicken, takoyaki, and tried some new menu items like their takoyaki fries, some fruit drinks, and the brick toast with ice cream (enough to serve 3-4 ppl) The ambiance here is low key and they have korean music playing on the background. Not for large groups, but big enough for 6-8 ppl. They have 1 front end that's assisting everyone, so sometimes you may need to go up to them if you have further inquiries or assistance. I got my usual drink and I saw "mixed fruit...," so I assumed that as MIXED FRUIT JELLY BECAUSE MOST PLACES SERVE MIXED FRUIT JELLY, not fucking mixed fruit bits. As I got my drink I saw mangos in there and I'm deathly allergic to mangos, so I go back and ask if I can get my drink remade. Usually it's never an issue, but in this case the cashier refused to saying it's my fault. LIKE SORRY THE FUCKING SELF KIOSK BUTTON DIDNT LABEL THE WHOLE THING AS "MIXED FRUIT BITS" and just showed "MIXED FRUIT ..." it would've costed yall like like maybe $1 to remake the small ass drink, but instead yall wanted to end a whole customer relationship. I really wanted to try out the toast with ice cream so we decided to come here. They surprisingly had a huge variety of food and drinks ranging from shaved ice, boba to hotpot and bento boxes! In the inside, there is a lot of seating like a full on restaurant. I ordered the small Mango Fruit Tea, large Matcha Milk Tea, then shared the Mango Shaved Ice, and "Pyramid" Toast with Green Tea and Strawberry ice cream. The boba was chewy and flavorful! The tea had just the right amount of sweetness and flavor! The mango shaved ice had chunks of mango and these tiny balls filled with mango juice. When you bite into those balls, they juice BURSTS into your mouth! It's a really weird feeling, but the juice is delicious. Reminds me of the salmon eggs you get in sushi restaurants lol. Then we have the pyramid of toasts. It's regular toasted bread served with ice cream, fruit and whipped cream. The cutest part of that toast was the star-shaped chocolate sprinkles! They have a self service kiosk and saw the cashier direct a customer to it and asked her not to use cash so he wouldn't have to take her order. Sometimes you just want a whole meal that consists of milk tea and snacks (or maybe it's just me). Got a Hong Kong style egg puff, popcorn chicken, and a house black milk tea. Hong Kong style egg puff: actually sweeter (and milkier-tasting?) than the Hong Kong style egg puffs that I'm used to, and that's not a bad thing. The shells themselves weren't crispy, but the thin, in-between parts were; with the added sweetness and flavor, these parts made me think that I was eating a weirdly-shaped fortune cookie! I liked the egg puff overall. Would recommend especially if you're looking for a Hong Kong style egg puff that doesn't straight taste like a regular pancake. Popcorn chicken: ordered it in "extreme" spiciness, but uhh I'd say the spiciness was on par with that of Taco Bell mild sauce lol. Disappointment. The popcorn chicken was crispy on the outside but a little too mushy on the inside (it was fully cooked but just over-tenderized). House black milk tea: my go-to milk tea sweetness level is 50% and I think I could've gotten away with 75% here (the 50% tasted more like 25%). I still very much enjoyed the drink though; better to have it less sweet than overly sweet. The tea was pretty strong (a plus in my book)! The house black milk tea comes with grass jelly. Overall not a bad spot if you're craving for some boba drinks and snacks. read more

My friend and I stopped by here for some much needed boba to cool off on this hot day! I got the Tiger Brown Sugar Fresh milk & Taro Milk Tea with boba. The Tiger tasted sweet but a perfect amount of sweetness and it was so good! The taro was good too and the bobas were soft and chewy. My only personal complaint is that I didn't really like the cup size of the taro, it was big and bulky and I had to be careful not to slip it out of my hands because of the condensation. I also got calamari spice level mild. It was super crispy and it was fresh off the fryer! As for the spice it was pretty mild lol but it added flavor and actually made it taste really really good. It also came with choice of sauce and I got ranch! The ranch wasn't watered down at all, it was thick just like store bought ranch which made it taste so much better. I think this is by far the best calamari I've had in a long time. My other complaint is they put the fried calamari inside a paper bag and then in a plastic bag which caused it to get hot and create condensation and got the bag completely wet which was gross and the fried calamari got a bit damp but they were still crispy and warm. Also 5 star for the customer service because there was a mix up on the drinks. The nice lady who took my order thought I said mango milk tea but I wanted taro instead and I wasn't paying attention either when she read back my order so my mistake on that for not correcting her but as soon as I told her I wanted taro milk tea instead it only took like a minute later and it was done! Prices for the drinks are reasonable and definitely worth the taste! The same for the calamari! I wish I had made two orders of the calamari as it was so unexpectedly delicious! When we arrived, we got seated right away. Server was quick to serve us and take our orders. He was very nice. It didn't take too long to get our shave snow and ice cream. All tasted great! 09.25.2021 - we only came in for dessert. We ordered the Rose Milk Tea and Strawberry Milk Tea. In addition we also ordered the Very Berry Honey Toast. This came with Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream, wafer rolls, berries, mochi, strawberry sauce and chocolate sauce. We enjoyed it! The place looks cute too. Food: 5/5 I got the customized strawberry snow and added boba, strawberry syrup, and fresh strawberries. The snow itself is delicious and a great texture. Portion size: 2/5 A small snow can be shared between two people. However, I paid $1.00 to add on fresh strawberries to the customized snow and quite literally received 3 minuscule pieces of diced strawberries. It was not even equivalent to a quarter of one singular strawberry! Customer service: I ordered on the self serve kiosk and was originally going to order the special strawberry snow (not the customized one), but was confused on why I could not take off the toppings I did not want. When I asked for help, the manager very rudely said that the special comes as it is *no customizations even if it's to take off toppings that already come on the dessert*. This was very strange considering that it was an option on the self serve kiosk. Overall: I have regularly visited Snowbee when I was a kid, but now it has turned into a very unpleasant place to grab a dessert and I will not be returning in the future even though the dessert was delicious. It says a lot about a business if the product is good and the customer does not want to return solely because they had a terrible customer service experience. In short, save yourself the trip and take your hard earned money to a business that actually wants you to come back :) read more
