Lolly's Ice Cream - A Sweet Little Gem in the 757 From the moment we walked into Lolly's Ice Cream, we were greeted with the friendliest vibes and the delicious scent of freshly made waffle cones in the air. It smelled so good, I knew right then I had to order mine in a waffle cone--or at least get one on the side! Their menu is small but mighty--and I love that. It means they're focused, intentional, and putting real love into the few things they do serve. And trust me, it shows. Here's what we tried: Coffee Biscoff Ice Cream - Absolutely to die for. Rich, creamy, and the Biscoff flavor was spot on. Signature House Topping - A dreamy mix of hot fudge, caramel, and marshmallow cream. I had a sample and ended up ordering it on top of my cup of ice cream--no regrets! Cookie Monster Sample - Fun, bold flavor and that same creamy texture. Loved it. They were super generous with samples and made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy. You can taste how much care and passion goes into every scoop. And the cherry on top? They had pup cups for Lexi! You know any spot that rolls out the red carpet for our four-legged bougie queen gets bonus points in our book. Rating: 5/5 - A must-visit spot for ice cream lovers in the 757. If you're anywhere near this place, stop what you're doing and go. Your sweet tooth will thank you!

When we visit VA Beach, Lolly's is a MUST! Out of all the locations (all of them good)... this is the BEST location! Hope and Connor are the best ice cream servers/scoopers, both are so amazing, friendly, efficient, and have such warm beautiful smiles! It makes our ice cream taste better! :)

Cute small creamery. Staff were pleasant and place was clean. I ordered the mint chocolate chip, kiddo ordered the chocolate peanut butter, and hubby had a chocolate peanut butter milkshake.

I knew that I wanted to visit Lolly's Creamery, I stumbled across this one while I was in the shopping center and popped in. Service was amazing!! Cute little creamery. They have merch too. Ordered: blueberry lemon Can't wait to find the other locations a well.

The staff was very helpful and atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The ice cream definitely hit the spot. I didn't give 5 star because they didn't sell the experience like the one at the beach!

Went here around 7:11 pm with my friend. The shop is cute inside and the two ladies there today were very friendly and nice; they greeted us as we came, asked how we were doing today, and even gave me a compliment on my outfit :) I ordered a regular size cup (2 big scoops) of mermaid flavor ice cream and my friend ordered a small cone (2 small scoops) of strawberry ice cream. Both tasted so yummy and fresh, definitely was a great way to end such a hot and humid day. I definitely will be going back again since I learned that they rotate different flavors. My overall rate of experience: 10/10

LOLLY'S THANK YOU FOR A VEGAN OPTION THAT TASTE AMAZING! Rich and creamy. I appreciate a creamery that can do a vegan option that isn't fruit based. Service was friendly. Location has plenty of parking. Clean, and to the point layout.

We've been here on two separate occasions. The staff is efficient and courteous even with the long line on a late summer Friday evening. The Cookie Monster flavor is awesome. I've had it both visits...maybe next time I'll give another flavor a chance...highly recommend Lolly's!

Whoever that is behind the creation of lemon meringue.....bless you because you have skills!!!! I have been stalking the flavor of the month since the summer awaiting lemon meringue and boy you did not disappoint!!!! This wayyyy better than ol grandma's lemon meringue. If you try this you're gonna say grandma who???? It's the perfect mix of graham crackers, lemon curd mixed in ice cream. I am looking forward to the pineapple upside down ice cream coming out in April. My order is in and I'm patiently waiting

Lolly's Creamery Ratings: 4.1/5 Food: 4.25/5 - My first time checking out Lolly's Creamery, and it is another good fine. They are known for their unique flavors and have rotating flavors each week, so make sure to keep up to date. Please read the descriptions below for more information or check out my IG (noraeatsgood) for more detailed and fun reviews. - Nutella Oreo [GET]: My first-time having hazelnut ice cream, and it did not disappoint, in fact it was so delicious! The ice cream is rice, smooth, and creamy, lovely and decadent, and most importantly not too sweet. The hazelnut flavor really comes through, got a nutty flavor but wasn't too overpowering to cover the sweetness if the Oreos. The oreo chunks are huge, chewy and doughy, and the texture kinds of remind me of brownies. I love it. The waffle cone is sweet and buttery, but it could be crispier, taste like it was a bit stale. Ambiance: 4/5 - A local creamery located in a shopping plaza. The interior is clean and bright with some seating area and benches both inside and outside of the store. I love the simplicity and how minimalist they are with the decor. Tons of merchandise for sell, and it is a great spot to hang out with friends or even do some work. Price: 4/5 - My boyfriend and I got a mini scoop for $4 to share on a waffle cone for $1.50 before tax. The portion is pretty generous and solid, definitely a great price for handmade ice cream in the area and we were both walked out very satisfied. Service: 4/5 - There was two staffs assisting us when we arrived. They are nice, friendly, and welcoming. We got the opportunity to try many samples, but the only bad thing is that they tend to sell out fast; they only had around 6 flavors available when I was there. The service was fast and seamless! BLUF: One of the top ice cream shops in Virginia Beach and a staple in the area. The portion sizes are generous and people working there are just so friendly. I love their nutella oreo flavor, not too sweet and decadent, so highly recommend if you can't decide. Definitely get the coffee too if you are a coffee fan. I will return to try their milkshakes next time!

Lolly's been my quick local ice cream run when I'm in the area. I love the different seasonal favorite and the vegan options. My favorite is the Ube ice cream that they have teamed up with a local Filipino bakery - Jack's Eat. There's no option to sit in so it's a take out place and it does get pretty busy fast on the weekends.

My sister and I came in one evening after wanting to try for a while. The atmosphere was pretty unwelcoming. We were met with cold stares from the young women working. There were mostly basic flavors, but to get a good taste of their simplest ice cream, I went with vanilla, and my sister chocolate. The girl basically threw the cups of ice cream down and walked away before I could ask for some sodas. #stilltippedtho We sat down and there was no music playing at all and a large family was next to us barely talking to each other because they felt awkward with us sitting in close proximity to them due to the spacing of the seating. Our ice cream was pretty tasty - the vanilla almost had a custard taste. My sister's chocolate ice cream was very rich with chocolate flavor. They were yummy and fairly priced. We left the shop pretty quickly to finish the ice cream though, feeling uncomfortable. Mostly was just disappointed with the service and atmosphere!! I get that they were probably teens in high school but we didn't do anything out of pocket... we wanted a scoop each of chocolate and vanilla. It wasn't the end of the world. Anyway, will probably skip this place next time.

What delicious sweet treat! I love how simplistic Lolly's is. No wait, and there were many flavors but they were unique! I opted for the cookies and cream (I think) on top of a brownie. Do you want it warmed up? Uh, of course!! The warmed brownie was literally the cherry on top. My sweet tooth is forever through the roof and this more than satisfied me. Kind employees + I was able to try a flavor. Can't wait to visit again!

I already knew this was my destination as I had been following them since they opened in VB. Upon our arrival we found the Cafe about a 1/4th of the way full so I had hopes for breakfast in a quiet setting. Even though there was a steady flow of traffic, we were able to dine in a relaxed setting without feeling rushed. I mention this because with it being a holiday weekend full of Jeepers, I fully expected them to be packed. The wait to order was too long as it left me staring at the pastry window so long I almost ordered one of everything however; I refrained from doing so but still bought 4 pastries, French toast & seasoned potatoes. Yes yes, alot of food for 1 person but I still had 2 days left in my visit and well, I have a thing for pastries. The pastries were: mango & passion fruit eclair, a pineapple muffin, lemon raspberry cake & profiteroles. I loved everything with the exception of the eclair. It wasn't anything against the eclair, it's just the mango/passionfruit mixture was just too passionate for my tastes. The muffin reminded me of my own homemade upside pineapple cake without all the brown sugar. It was light and buttery. The Lemon raspberry slice was delightful & not the least bit tart or too sweet. A mixture of both flavors without either one overpowering the other. The cake was super moist, perfect. The profiteroles were my favorite. They reminded me of that feeling I had the 1st time I tasted them while living in Italy. The choux perfectly baked and so delightfully light. The French toast was good enough without the side of syrup. The star for me of the breakfast items were the potatoes. I LOVED them. They were served HOT, seasoned just right with their insides softer that a baby bottom. I coulda just ordered 2 servings of those & bypassed the toast. All in all, well worth the wait. The folks were friendly, the Cafe clean and the seating plentiful and comfortable. I would recommend this place for both pastries & French toast & spuds.

I ended up on the combo of their soup and salad since their soup also sounded good. I was hesitant on the strawberries in the wine country salad since I know they're not in season really, but they were lovely. Everything in the salad worked well together and the dressing was nice and vinegary while still tasting of raspberries. It was very well balanced except for the ratio of toppings to greens. I feel as though there was just a little too much toppings. It could've used more leafs. As for the soup, it was a little bland, but after adding salt and pepper it tasted nice. It was mostly soup rather than crab or corn though. That was my only critique really, the temperature was good as well. It could've used some crackers on the side, but it wasn't necessary, just would've been a nice touch. Our waitress was quite nice, checked up on us and got us refills. All of our food came out together and hot. The sandwiches on other people's plates all looked wonderful, and after having a shoestring fry, I can definitely say next time I will be ordering some of those. As far as ambiance goes, it was nicely lit but still moody, which was appreciated. Very chill in there. Only reason I rate it 3 stars is because I feel as though there's room for improvement food wise, and price wise. $20+ for almost everything on the menu is pretty ridiculous. Even for some of the simple items. I don't think the food is that good, proportionately appropriate, or creative to be that much money. Maybe it's just me, but that's how I feel. I'll probably be back to try more items, I'd recommend coming here at least once to try if you haven't, during happy hour to get the best prices if you can.
