Botched oil change…read more.. I took my vehicle for an oil change a couple of weeks prior from the date of this post. After service I noticed the slight but consistent oil leak I had going on had increased dramatically to the point that I was leaving huge oil puddles in a parking spot after a minimum of two hours. As of the date of this post, my car began to overheat, and when I popped the trunk I noticed that there was antifreeze on the engine. None of these problems were occurring with my vehicle before the oil change, it was noticeable by next day. I am hoping that it's an oversight that they will be able to acknowledge and willing to make right.

He was friendly, honest, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They didn't have the model I wanted, but they were able to have them shipped the next day so I left my car overnight. It's a popular shop, so don't be surprised if there's a wait for them to get to your car, though weekdays appear to be less busy. There was a minor issue with the billing, but the manager Richard was very on top of helping me get it sorted out with the corporate office.

They had the tires in stock at the warehouse and picked them up and gave me a call. Incredible customer service, I came back in the afternoon, and 1 hour later the tires were on my car. What an absolutely amazing experience!…read more First of all, I just want to say that Hrant took my call with a lot of respect and kindness despite my kid unfortunately teething in the background. As it goes being a parent I was trying to do too many things at once and life happens. None the less Hrant was very understanding of the situation and did his best to prioritize getting my car in ASAP the next day due to an upcoming trip on my end. I showed up bright and early, his team took a look at my car, did a test drive and fixed my issue all under an hour! Hrant let me know that the issue was a loose nut that could have lead to a dangerous situation on the road. They fixed things up and charged a very fare rate given how quickly they got me in, addressed the issue and how good the customer service was.
