We had a very large group for a funeral luncheon and everything was perfect! The lunch special was just right and the service was excellent!

The burrata salad was amazing with the peppers and vinaigrette. The soup had a distinct taste that could be very opposing for some but I enjoyed the warmth as it was akin to egg drop soup. I did order the Malbec and a beer, both of which were underwhelming as I was expecting a drier wine and a hoppier IPA beer. I sat at the bar which was uncomfortable. The bartender was great but the experience was underwhelming as I expected more from elevated decor.

Scarpariello calamari

Consistent. Lunch for 1 on a Saturday afternoon. I was seated right away. I wasn't greeted by my server right away. I see it that they may want to wait to give the customer a moment to look over the menu, but there isn't anything wrong with at least greeting the customer. You are given bread to start which is definitively moreish. You want to keep eating. I ordered the scarpariello calamari and the seafood risotto and a Seltzer water. Food came pretty quick. Liked the calamari, crunchy, lemony, the sausage was tasty. Only thing missing was a little bit of heat. Pretty big portion. Took it home. Reheats pretty good in air fryer. The seafood risotto was good but needed hot sauce and lemon juice. Lots of mussels, shrimp and clams. Can be a shareable dish but very large portion. Overall good. Won't be disappointed.

Buffalo chicken slice and plain slice

Place just opened and the pizza was unreal. Really nice inside. We didnt eat there but very nice bar area and tables. Buffalo chicken slice was the best buffalo slice ive ever had. Dont like how you have to look over the counter to see a slice and upset they dont have CBR or BBQ but still a 9.3/10 slice. 10/10 recommend.

Shrimp Alla Melenzana Pizzette

Went out with my friend here last night to celebrate my birthday. It was my first time here. We were seated right away without having a reservation. I was having a craving for shrimp scampi as my entree. However, shrimp scampi is only listed as an appetizer on their menu. I should have taken that as a sign and ordered something else, but I didn't. I asked the waiter if I could get shrimp scampi as an entree under a bed of pasta and he said yes. You know when you're envisioning a dish in your head and then it doesn't match what's put in front of you? Well that's what happened. I immediately look down at my dish and think the kitchen messed up. The sauce does not look yellow like it should. Honestly, it looked more of a pink/orange sauce. Now there is a dish on the menu that's described as shrimp in a plum tomato sauce... I don't think I got that but this sauce was definitely not scampi... no taste of butter & garlic. While the shrimp was abundant, it lacked flavor. And for the prices they're charging, it's absolutely unacceptable! My friend ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce with grilled chicken on top. They did forget to put the grilled chicken on top and the waiter admitted it was his mistake for not writing that down on the ticket. They ended up adding the grilled chicken. In my opinion, there are other fabulous Italian restaurants that I'd pick instead.

Caesar Salad Side

Lunch over a recent weekend here before seeing a movie across the road. The regular "lunch menu" is only available during the week so planning to have a light lunch, I was thinking of soup and salad. My companions were going for the sandwiches instead. I'm happy with my choices. The Pasta E Fagioli soup and the Caesar salad were perfect choices! The soup was delicious. Thick with beans and a flavorful thick broth. Served piping hot. The Caesar salad appeared to have been freshly prepared and plated. I ordered the "small" portion of both from the regular menu - and a generous "small" portion it was. Perfect for me. Very courteous and efficient service, and the restaurant looked great. It was early, but bustling with several groups of diners. I learned there's also a "Happy Hour" available. Will definitely return and will look to try that too.

ginger margaritas

My friend and I came here last Thursday, which was ladies night!!! The drinks were basically happy hour prices, so a win is a win! lol I'm obsessed with the ginger margaritas, they're my FAVORITE drink here. It's just so refreshing, we normally get the pitcher but eh, definitely next time. I normally get my penne alla vodka, like for a few years now actually lol but I tried the Baked Ziti with eggplant and it was good!! It was so much good in the BEST way, I asked the waiter the portion size and he said enough for 2 meals and he was right! Service was really good, very attentive and sweet. My friend & I love the free bread. It's always a good time when I come here, I've never had a bad meal. It's a calm restaurant in my opinion, chill vibes & still always fun to go with my friends & family. I wanna try something new next time!

The happy hour cocktail menu was limited, however we thought we would try something new and ordered one of the featured drinks- but they were out of the ingredients so only one of us was able to enjoy a featured cocktail and I ordered an espresso martini and my daughter ordered a Cosmo. The drinks were delicious, as was the food. We ordered several dishes and enjoyed all of them. The service was terrific as well and for that reason I would certainly recommend stopping in. However, I do feel that $24 for an espresso martini was a bit steep and $8 for 3 wings is NOT normal happy hour pricing. The Philly eggroll was tasty - but it was 1 egg roll for $9. We do enjoy frequenting establishments all over NYC and Westchester and we certainly don't mind paying but I suppose I just would NOT market it as a happy hour. Other than that thought- we enjoyed the ambiance and the staff was great.

After spending an evening with James at O.M.C. he recommended The Blind Pig for dinner, and even called in a reservation for us! This place was loud and lively, crowded and full of raucous laughter with fun music playing in the background, a mid to late 20's crowd packed the bar and every table was full too, but our host and server Peter seemed to be everywhere at once! We never had an empty water glass, dirty plates were whisked away immediately, craft cocktails and food brought out on a perfectly timed schedule. The drinks were great, the food was killer, and I kinda wish we were in town longer to try more of it!

A local place on the corner of main street that lacks night life, ok granted it was a Wednesday…read morenight. The centerpiece of this restaurant in my opinion is the beautiful horse shoe shaped bar in the middle of the restaurant. I typically enjoy a nice clean and clear bar so you can fall into the feeling of the restaurant and see what is happening all around. This bar had bottles of wines lining the bar, in my opinion I would remove the bottles and allow for a more open feel. Personally I felt that the bottles created a barrier between me and the bar tender. The outside tables are tables typically for 2 or 4 people with banquet seating and then chairs. Oh, my God How's this boy treating you? Very good wonderful started The service was attentive but not over bearing which created a relaxed feeling.. I was looking for a wine and cheese bar for a night our for myself. I wanted a place that I have not been to before and yelp directed me here Wines on Aug range from 15 and up for a glass which is not outrageous in price. They had a nice selection of wines and I stepped out of ny own comfort zone of a cab and tried the house Pinot Noir accompanied by the B6 board. Overall I was satisfied with the meat and cheese selection and baguette that was served with it had a nice oil on it. Presentation was well done with one exception in my mind, the breads ticks came in a package. Presentation factor went down with that. Take one of the small wife carafe used to serve the wine and present it in that. Overall I felt something was missing but could not put my finger on it. Overall this place has a great date night vibe.
