they aren't missing with the chicken caesar salad. when you pick it up, and it's heavy, that's the first good sign, as it means they're not going skimpy on the ingredients... when you take a bite and it's good, that's the most important sign. the romaine is green and crisp, lots of thinly sliced cheese, generous portion of homemade croutons(some places only give a few croutons which clearly aren't homemade, but these ones definitely are), the chicken is perfectly cooked with a pleasant seasoning, and they give a lot of chicken. the caesar dressing was delicious and the cup was the right amount for the salad. inside the atmosphere is good. the place is clean, pricing is fair, and everyone is friendly. i know chicken caesar is simple to make, but many places do it poorly. londis does it well! read more

Ordered 3 steak tip meals . First of all let me tell you, not only the rice and broccoli were old and soggy but the meat was raw. They came in fiber containers! I thought fiber products were banned in Salem since the plastic bags were terminated in Salem! It's not sanitary to put hot foods in fiber first of all. The board of health should look in to it ASAP! I will never return back! It was gross and disgusting ! We were all sick after taken a few bites till we realized that wasn't worth calling for because they're not going to get it. My family and I tried the chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza, the ziti and garlic bread tonight. It was our first time here, despite living in the area for 15 years. The dough was a very good Greek crust. It was about 1/4 inch thick, crispy on the outside, light and chewy on the inside and had a wonderful buttery flaky taste. Just the way it should be. The broccoli was cooked to near perfection as well, as I like the broiled al dente style from being cooked in the oven. The sauce was flavorful but not overpowering and much to my pleasure, didn't make the pizza soggy. The chicken was high quality and didn't come across as tough or over cooked, but I did find one piece near the edge that dried out a bit. It didn't really matter because the toppings were so generous and delicious otherwise. The cheesy garlic bread was also impressive and tasty. The restaurant was very busy when we were there and the food other people were ordering looked great. I'm glad to have finally tried this place and will be back. read more

Chicken breast club sandwich was so tall i had to eat the 2 pieces of sandwich in 4. I consider that a good thing and it came with a ton of fries for 12$. The house dressing was so good with my fries. They followed special instructions perfectly. Too bad they dont deliver ice cream. I was introduced to Londi's by friend who dragged me there touting the "Massive Steak-Bomb". I went there a couple of times since and the massive steak Bomb I expected is now less than half the size of the original in over size of the bun and quantity of meat. Food is good. I love their seafood salad & I like how the pizza has a sweet taste. I ordered for the first time online on their website (did not use yelp) and I ordered a steak tip sub. For some reason I assumed that would be like a steak bomb and come with at least cheese, because i've never met someone who liked just straight up meat in bread lol. It didnt give me options like the pizza options (cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc.) So I jumped to the conclusion that it came with things since theres no description. I called to ask and the man on the phone told me you need to specify, which is my own mistake, but he didnt offer to fix it for me to come by and remake the sandwich. He just said they'd check out the website and see whats wrong with it. Nothings wrong with it, it just needs a description and to specify these things. I guess its pretty straight forward as "steak tip*" under sub. I'm giving three stars, because the food is good, but there was no effort on their end to make things a little better. I've worked in the food industry and we're always told to remake items, even if there was a misunderstanding on the customer's end. Which was the case. Our law office used to order from here 1-2 times per week, but we just can't anymore as our order as been wrong every single time. Every time our order is wrong they choose to fix part of the order by making us wait an hour to fix it (if the salad is wrong but the steaktips for it are fine they make a new salad, have us keep the meat and then bring us another salad 45 mins + after and take the old one away but now the meat is cold). This time ordered online and asked for extra onions and a side of duck sauce, my salad had 0 onions and no side sauce was provided. I called regarding the mistake and they proceeded to tell me my salad had onions on it. I also thought I tipped on my card, but it didn't get through. The delivery driver asked me for money saying there was no tip on the card. I did not have any cash, and realizing the mistake I tried to call back and add a tip on my card. I'm very frustrated as we always tip and leave specific instructions on the web order. I've even gone through the effort of after placing my web order with instructions calling to make sure they say the instructions and it's always still wrong. This place is just okay. I ordered from here for the first time tonight. I ordered a large pizza with pineapple and bacon. The pizza was meh. The crust tasted like cardboard and the pizza itself wasn't very flavorful. The only saving grace was the wings. I got the honey BBQ wings and they were quite delicious.
