[[HIGHLIGHT]]Went in to relax wasn't disappointed and the decor was fun to see[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], menu was soook cute got just fries and coffee. Waitress was very attentive and I left her a tip to show it. Got a T-shirt for my son in Hollywood California I think he will get a kick out of wearing this, from his surfing days here.

This place is easy to mispronounce, but even if you do, people will know what you're talking about. I've heard the name mentioned a few times and when looking for a place to eat before a show at the King Center, this place won mostly because it was so close, but also due to some of their menu choices. We found out it's more of a local chain with several locations and when we arrived around 6p, it was pretty busy. They said there would be a short wait but we found 2 seats at the bar. Orange Cake! It wasn't on the menu but get the Orange Cake. This Cake is Orange in Color and Orange in flavor. The Orange Cake was moist, probably due to the Orange flavor. The icing was delicious too and was different on the outside of the cake than the filling, which also had an Orange flavor. Get the Orange Cake. We also had food that was not cake. The pretzel bites with beer cheese was a winner in the High Carb category. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a lime pepper seasoning that was pretty good. My better half had a rice bowl with beans and plantains and pulled pork which was good as well. The did have some cauliflower rice bowls too which is rare in a bar atmosphere. They had a decent selection of beer too and we tried a few different ones. The staff was awesome, super friendly, and multiple people were always checking up on us. At one point I thought they'd offer to spoon feed me beer cheese they were so GD friendly. 10 Stars for the Staff!!! Would I go here again? Without a doubt. I'm a fan of all size Doggers and don't discriminate, but Long Doggers was the clear winner on this night.

This weekend, we made the trip from Orlando to Melbourne to see a show at the King Center so we were looking for a place to eat beforehand. I was worried to go directly across the street thinking it would be too busy but when I looked at the menu I had to give it a try. It looked a little busy with a packed covered outdoor space which turned out to have a 20 minute wait. But we figured we'd grab a drink while waiting and found two open seats at the bar. First thing you'll notice: everyone there is working as a team. I love to see the servers helping each other and working together. We never felt neglected despite how busy it was. We ordered beers and the pretzel bites. Those pretzels bites were AMAZING. I ordered a bowl with rice, beans, mojo pork, and sweet plantains. Let me tell you, those black beans were the most flavorful beans ever!!! Holy smokes. I wish they had a Long Doggers here in Orlando, but now that I know they're a chain-ish type place, I will be looking for them. Or server Skylar was awesome and running the bar and drive-thru like a champ. 100% recommend.

I've been coming to this location for years and have found the food and service to be consistently exceptional! I had lunch here with my sister today and we enjoyed our visit as we always do. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is fast. She had the Pulled Pork Kettle Chips which were an abundance of chips generously smother in a good portion of pulled pork. Not a single soggy chip from what we could tell. The sauces were great! I had the Grilled Mahi Sandwich with the Jerked seasoning and a side of fries. The fish here is always a slam dunk! Whether it's in the main plates or sandwiches, you really can't go wrong with their fish dishes! The fries were perfectly crisp and actually quite large of a portion - for once, I did bot finish them I was so full! Great spot for hanging with friends and family, lots of space in the patio for groups larger than four people. Fun decor and gentle patio breezes!

I don't know how else to explain, but you can tell when proteins haven't been "washed". There is a raw, gamey like taste that was present in the chicken wings, then again in the fish. It was to the point I could not eat it and my wife had to share her shrimp and grits. The grits were well attended to, stirred occasionally, seasoned well and very creamy. The shrimp was flavorful and it all paired well. The sauce on what I believe was called "miami" flavored, was good, but the chicken was not edible unless you would bite a chicken in the wild. I won't be back.

The sommelier recommended a nice red for me, and my husband had a Basil Hayden manhattan with sweet vermouth which was executed nicely. Next my husband tried the shrimp cocktail which were very good size, chilled nicely and fresh. Sauce was great. Next course he had the lobster bisque which he said was one of the best he's had. I had the tomato mozzarella which I expected to be steakhouse tomato and mozzarella sliced, but was mozzarella balls and halved cherry tomatoes with a balsamic dressing. I didn't read the description so that may be my bad. It was fine. For entrees, my husband had a New York prepared medium, which came out to temp appropriately. I had the Delmonico medium rare, and mine was to temp also, which I was very pleased since so often my steak has been overdone at so many places I have tried here in Brevard. Both steaks were served with green beans, and my husband ordered a Bearnaise on the side, and my steak was prepared with a balsamic reduction which was balanced nicely with the seasoning. We were carb heavy on sides because we were with another couple so we tried the garlic mashed, the au gratin potatoes and the lobster mac and cheese. All were delicious and my husband said the lobster mac was excellent with huge chunks of lobster. We were all too full for dessert, and all went home with leftovers. The service was attentive and pacing was on point. The ambience was great, with soft lighting and a wine cellar decor. The open kitchen design gives great confidence that your food is prepared in a clean, professional kitchen. There is even an overhead camera that is playing on a tv screen so you can see the dishes freshly prepared. The only negative was as the dining room filled with more bodies, it did get a little warm inside, but I never brought it to anyone's attention, so I can't deduct for something I never gave them a chance to remedy. Not to mention it's July in Florida. I would probably ask for a table in the bar room or east room if you run hot like me and my middle age body. All in all, great food and great service and we will definitely return.

Each course was presented beautifully and cooked to perfection, full of rich flavor and balance. The attention to detail, from the trio of spreads and freshly baked bread to the soups and entrées, felt thoughtful and refined. You can tell the chefs take real pride in every plate they send out. Our server Mark was wonderful -- attentive, kind, and professional, adding to an already flawless evening. Yes, it comes with a pretty penny, but for a special event, an anniversary, or a date night meant to impress, The Chef's Table is absolutely worth it. It's a dining experience -- not just a meal -- and one I'll remember for a long time.

Stopped in at an off-time and on a somewhat off-day - it was about 4-ish-pm and it was on a Memorial Day Monday. The bar was busy, the outdoor seating was too, but inside it was nice and quite, and more importantly A/C cool. Let they us sit down where we wanted and we were promptly seen by a waitress who took our drink orders and left us to choosing what to pick from the menu. For an appetizer we choose these unique quesadillas stuffed with chicken. It was a very large appetizer that easily can go as a meal if you wanted it just for that. My son had their grilled cheese sandwich - which he loved; my wife had a sandwich which I can't recall, but she enjoyed as well. As for me, I had their gyro stuffed full of lamb and all the expected fixings. It was so big, there was really no way to handle it so I just ate it with knife and fork. Waitress was polite and somewhat efficient, would have liked for her to stop by a time or two more (considering it wasn't busy by any stretch) but it wasn't entirely a big deal. I can see that on an on-time and day this place must be hopping mad with people - and with the food they serve, I can see why. If you haven't given them a try - I humbly suggest you do...

I also had the gator sausage dip, which came with pita bread and was really flavorful and enjoyable. For our mains, we both ordered the gator/pork burgers, one with sweet potato fries and the other with an onion blossom. Unfortunately, the burgers just weren't my favorite. they didn't stand out compared to the appetizers. The space itself is pretty large, with a strong bar vibe. There's a pool table, some games in the back, a big bar area, and a separate dining section, but it definitely feels more like a sports bar than a traditional restaurant. Service was good overall. Friendly and attentive. I'd come back for the appetizers and the atmosphere, but probably skip the burgers next time.

The Intracoastal Amber Red Ale is a local IPA and was cold and refreshing ($6.50). My Aloha Burger ($9.50) consisted of a Teriyaki-Marinated Angus Beef Patty, Swiss Cheese, Grilled Pineapple Slice, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Creamy Teriyaki Aioli, all on a Toasted Brioche Bun. The Aloha Burger was marked on the menu as a local favorite and I found it to be very good. Be warned though, this is a pretty messy burger and if you don't abide by the old phrase of "finger licking good", then you might find this sandwich somewhat challenging, ha! My server was polite and efficient. The indoor seating consists of a bar area with 14 seats along an "L" shaped bar along with 4 high top tables. Also along the far wall there's 8 smaller tables. The outdoor covered patio area consists of both 2-person tables and also 4-person tables. There's also a smaller bar with seating for about 10 people. Happy Hour is Monday - Friday, 3-7pm, with $1.00 off wines and mixed drinks, $2.00 off drafts. All Day Specials include $3.00 Landsharks and $5.00 Margaritas. Also on Wednesdays they feature a "Burger & Brew" special - any burger and a craft draft for $8.50 (after 5pm only - much to my dismay). I will be back to try their tacos which look pretty amazing. Stop in and give them a try.
