This is the third time I have ordered on-line from this Long John Silvers and they have yet to get my order right! Tonight I ordered a Fish and Chicken platter and when I got there, they indicated they were waiting on fresh fish. Not a problem. I heard them say fish up and in just a minute they had my order ready. Imagine my surprise when I got home and there was no fish in my order. There was chicken, fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies, but no fish. I like Long John Silver's on occasion and I keep giving this store chances, but their track record is terrible. They definitely need to step it up! read more

I have eaten at this location since they opened the new restaurant and have never had a bad experience. Order is correct, service is great even when they are busy. I'm happy they are back. read more

The old long johns was awesome, every time I go to the new one, the food is extremely old and rubbery and or extremely burned, they need a decent cook in my opinion read more

Went there shortly after remodel for a to go family meal hushpuppies was still raw in the middle pieces have gotten a lot smaller and more batter than meat fish anyways also ordered clam strips wasnt in the bag when I got back home ...not worth my drive to go back across town read more

nasty, charged me for 4 chickens and we had three small one inch cubes of chicken and a whole carton of crunchies, go back to the old way and leave well enough alone. you just lost a fifty year customer. read more

Ordered from here via DoorDash tonight. My last order (the fish and shrimp platter was perfect). No tonight. My order (the fish and chicken platter) was incomplete and cool. I was missing a piece of fish, crumblies, a hush puppy and the chicken planks were incredibly small. I got about 5-6 pieces of waffle fries. There was no condiments - malt vinegar, ketchup, or tartar sauce. I do not blame DoorDash. This is on Long John's. read more

I wrote a review on this place about 5 years ago and wrote a bad review bc this place sucks. They even took my review off. This place needs to be condemn. The food sucks and the atmosphere. I haven't been back and never will. The prices are to high and not worth it anyways. Beware people. There better fish in town than here. read more

The place was dirty including the bathroom. The fish was barely warm and smelled like oil was going rancid. The fries and oysters were cold. Service was poor and they were out of several things and had been for weeks. I don't plan on returning to this location. read more

It's been a while since eating at a LJS. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The food was over cooked (very dark batter) and the shrimp was only half covered in the burnt batter. I spent 30 minutes in the drive through early in the day and decided to cancel my order and left. I wanted to give them another shot for dinner so I ordered online. When I went to pickup, I was horrified at the condition of the restaurant and the food. They did not answer the phone when I called to complain. Don't eat here. read more

It would have received 4 stars BUT.....their drink policy is NOT repeat customer friendly. After finishing my drink WHILE parked in their lot, I removed the lid and discovered it was 3/5 full of ice which means I received approximately 10 oz. of soda for $2.09!!!!! I asked the employee how much for a refill and she said whatever you paid in the first place. No discounted refill or FREE refill like many fast food places. They have TACO TUESDAY Baja tacos for $1.00 which was very good and freshly cooked fish portions. The hush puppies were also good and hot. Too bad the drink policy ruin the possibility of return business. And please don't suggest I request reduced ice. During the winter extra ice is not necessary!!!!! read more

No coleslaw! There are several other places they could get it from because they use the same stuff (KFC, another LJS). Food had been sitting for awhile, no one was wearing gloves, order was wrong, and staff did not want to be there. No greeting and just not impressed at all. Go somewhere else. read more

Very impressed with this location. Food was hands down the best LJS we've had in years. We quit going due to how bad our past experiences had been but passed this one on our way home and decided to give it a chance. The food was all fresh and cooked perfectly. They actually had clam strips which I'd been missing for years because the location closest to us quit carrying them. They were fried to perfection and well worth the wait. The lady in the front counter was very rude. The air conditioner did not work (they could have put a note on the door). I would not recommend eating at this long john silver. I have never been treated bad like this at a restaurant before. read more

Manager raised her voice at me. Threw my receipt at me and refused to help me with my issue. She was so unprofessional and embarrased herself and me in front of everyone. Will not be returning there ever. Spoke with area manager and she said she'd resolve the issue. Hope she does. Thats was a sad excuse for service. read more

Apparently they have changed the batter and whatever they use now leaves a nasty taste in your mouth! Even the crumblies, which I loved are bad! It was so bad after one piece of chicken I threw it up! Will never eat here again! read more

Every time I eat in here, the food is fresh, hot and my order is correct. The employees are friendly and at least once during every visit, a manager comes out into the dining area and talks with the customers. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I will continue to eat here. read more

When my husband and I were in the drive thru lane, our van died. We could not get it started. When it was our turn at the window, my husband got out and paid. Then, as we pushed our van to the front of the store, employees had come out to help us. We had not ordered drinks, but when we went inside to eat our meal, they handed us drink cups free of charge. They were so nice and helpful! We definitely will eat there often. read more

For a fast food place. I find the food good and the staff very courtious.We usually buy from there at least once a week.
