Once the house was finished and it came to finishing the TV, AV, networking programming, they dragged us along for a few months, repeatedly not showing up when scheduled and then disappeared on us, stopped responding to emails, phone calls and texts, leaving us stuck after we moved in - after we paid in full. We eventually had to find another provider to fix and finish the project, out of pocket.

I moved to town June 2021. I asked three places to install my theatre. I won't name the other two…read morebut they wouldn't get back to me in a timely manner and they had jobs pushing out their commitment to 9 months. At least one place told me I wasn't a "high dollar thus as valued customer". I remember those places, always. I called Empire and within 5 days they had a wonderful gentleman come over and give me an estimate. Side note, all stereo places prefer you buy their equipment before they install it. Empire did all my installation needs within one month and didn't complain that I only bought cheap ceiling speakers. The whole job was on par for pricing and the amount of work was well done and quick. Finally, I have Control4 so they were able to automate my theatre experience. I have had one issue, my router went down and for some reason the receiver I bought in NC lost it's IP information. While I had to pay for the service call, Empire had someone out within 4 days and not only was it fixed within 10 minutes, the installer showed me how to fix it! In summary, if you want good AV (Audio / Video) equipment and installation for your home in a timely manner, reasonable prices, and by good people, give these guys a shout. You'll be very happy you did.
