For some reason I've only ever ordered take out from this place. Recently I dined in and was not disappoint. It was a weekend too, so I was expecting it to be way busier. The food was great! The salmon was cooked exactly how I like it, and the baked potato was very loaded. YUM. Most chain restaurants are always a hit or miss, glad we came on a good day.

Lamb chops was amazing and also the salmon

I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip, Strawberry and Pecan Salad (pictured), and 6oz Flo's Filet w/ steamed broccoli. The steak was good, but the highlights of the meal for me were the appetizer and salad. The Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip was a "flavorful four cheese spinach dip topped with...signature creamy Parmesan and garlic cheese crust". The crispy flatbread chips were perfect. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The salad was perfectly light and refreshing. To be fair, I probably should've stopped after the appetizer and salad. It would've made for a perfect meal.

Good customer service, the food is fine. I enjoyed my steak and the mashed was good also. My friend said her chicken was very salty so it was ok. The salads were fine. Overall a decent dining experience but nothing to rave about.

First time here in a while. Waited a while on a Friday night which was expected. For a busy night our server was very attentive and kept our glasses full which was appreciated. We had the shrimp and peppers as an app. The shrimp was fresh and tender and the peppers really added a nice heat and acidity to the dish overall. My son ordered the kids tenders. In my years of tender ordering I am well aware when they serve frozen vs fresh, and these were fresh. Nicely breaded and juicy with a hint of sweetness. Accompanied with fresh broccoli. I had the NY strip for my entree. Waited a while for dinner but the Cook was a perfect medium rare. Would've enjoyed more flavor maybe more of a rub for this leaner cut of steak but the cook and portion was satisfying. Please bring back the loaded chili fries!

Another 3.5 star review but I always round up. My son loves longhorn and it was his birthday so his choice. He ordered the filet mignon with Mac and cheese and baked potato. He wasn't a fan of the Mac but he only likes my homemade Mac so that wasn't a surprise. He loved the filet (as usual, that's what he always gets) and the baked potato. I got the ribs for the first time and they were pretty good. Hubby got the salmon again which is our usual go to, the 10 oz is a big piece. We both got the crispy Brussels sprouts, they come with a sweet sauce and they're so yummy.

Wings came with sauce on the side so you can control the heat. I personally like this idea. Wings were meaty and delicious 4 stars wish you had more choices for sauce. Salad was 3 stars needed more dressing or flavor. Steak 5 stars cooked perfectly and great taste. Shrimp 4 stars on flavor. Service 2 stars not sure if waitress was new or had other things on her mind, 3 people arrived after us and were seated next to us and their waitress came right over and had the drinks and bread on the table and was taking their order before we were even greeted. No refills were offered and had to wait for boxes to go and the bill. Looked like she only had 2 other tables on our right side of us. We don't mind waiting so no biggie my reviews are just my experience and I like to give my honest opinion.

Grilled shrimp, french fries, lobster tail and steak which was so good I ate before taking a picture

Waiter was really nice but kitchen got my family's orders messed up it all worked out though and had really good food would recommend

Went on yelp, found this place, and was pleasantly surprised. Walking in the sports bar was a little tight and packed but from the dining room in the back you couldn't hear any of the noise. Rylie was our server and she was the absolute perfect server for us. We are goofballs on a good day and a walking circus troupe on others. She laughed with us, gave us drink and appetizer suggestions, helped my indecisive behind pick and entree, and quickly became part of the family. She is the type of server that you come back to a place just to see. We love you RY ; We even got to meet the chef Al, the man responsible for the kick ass brisket tacos that our group is still talking about a week later. The floor in the main dinning room is pulling apart and is duct taped together. The chairs and tables are flimsy and falling apart. I asked for a blood orange margarita as it was the special of the day. It was not drinkable. It was some sort of powder or mix that was so sour and overly sweet. It did not have any tequila in it. I literally took one sip and left it there. The cheesesteak was good on a seeded roll. It was ribeye and it was done well. Hence tge two stars. The bbq platter had brisket, pulled chicken, ribs, corn and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was the best thing on the platter. The pulled chicken was sitting in a bowl of grease. The brisket was big globs of fat. The ribs were okay. They put a tiny line of sauce on each item. The service was rushed and spotty. I had heard good things, so we decided to give it a try. Very disappointed. There are so many good places around this area now, there is no need to go here again.

The DJ was Jammin many different genres of music and I felt the urge to get up and dance. The music was Great, something for everyone! We both ordered a cheesesteak and the sandwich came with a huge portion of crispy and delicious French fries. Our sandwiches came out hot off the grill and fresh. The flavor was great and plenty of cheese, but not overly oozing but not having dry spots either. We ordered a glass of water and a Diet Pepsi The French fries were in another persons review so I was very excited to try them, they are lightly seasoned but not doused and swimming in salt or garlic parm, but a Nice touch. They picked a perfect spot in Bristol Borough that they seemed to have partnered with Naked Brewing on. If you have kids the downstairs area is ok, but with live music I had to take my son upstairs to preserve our hearing! We found parking in the large municipal lot behind the building. Upstairs we found cozier seating at a high top table with service. Downstairs I believe you have to walk up to the bar or just sit at the bar for service. I also don't believe the full beer menu is available downstairs. The menu is full of tempting toppings and styles with your choice of regular/footlong dogs, hot sausage or kielbasa. I had a hot sausage with pepper hash and coleslaw. It had a snappy skin, decent heat and was delicious when paired with the sweet coleslaw and pepper hash. My friend ordered frank and tots and reported it to be delicious and filling. My son had a regular dog and we all shared a big pretzel with beer cheese. I had an IPA named Thank Frank that was about average for a West Coast style IPA and my pal had a couple of their darker offerings that he wasn't impressed with. Our server was nice and gave a great recommendation to add the pepper hash. She wasn't the fastest at coming to check on our beers so we bailed. I had one and she never asked if I wanted another and never refilled our waters. Prices weren't too bad. I would definitely return for some more of the interesting creations on the dawg menu, but the brews are really nothing special. Good solid time here and kid friendly, not so great service or beer.

Michael, the manager, always greets us with a smile, and sometimes we even get lucky enough to have him as our server. I genuinely don't think I've ever seen this guy have a bad day. He's professional, welcoming, funny, and somehow makes every visit feel personal. Gin is also amazing, we absolutely love getting him as our waiter. Honestly though, we've never had a bad experience with any member of the staff. Everyone there is friendly and attentive, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. For years, this has been the ONLY restaurant my mom consistently wants to go to. We use way too much sauce, accidentally burn half our food, and still somehow have the best time every single visit. The atmosphere is just that good. And the food? Absolutely top tier. The meats, seafood, and vegetables are always fresh. The Thai Tom Yum broth is my personal favorite and never disappoints. My mom is obsessed with the KPot short rib, and honestly, I can see why, it's amazing. I'm hooked on the sweet and spicy sauce with the garlic shrimp. Every time I tell someone about this place, I hype it up with the same excitement because it truly deserves it. If you've never been to KPot Franklin Mills, just GO. Although this has been open for a while, I don't think the quality has decline at all. One of the standout features of this restaurant was its extensive food selection. The variety of meats available for Korean BBQ was truly remarkable, ranging from beef bulgogi and marinated pork belly to tender chicken and flavorful seafood. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch. Moreover, the hot pot offerings were equally impressive, with an array of fresh vegetables, seafood, and delectable broths to choose from. The ability to customize my dining experience according to my preferences was a definite highlight. Although it feels like I am eating less and less each time I come because maybe I am not able to eat as much I used to. Ha What truly set this restaurant apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The waitstaff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout my entire dining experience. They were more than willing to guide me through the menu, make recommendations based on my preferences, and ensure that all my needs were met. The servers were quick to refill our drinks, change out the grill, and offer assistance whenever required. They recently added tablet ordering which makes some of the dining experience better. Food comes out even quicker without flagging down your waiter/waitress. Another commendable aspect of this establishment was the reasonable price point. Given the quality and variety of the food on offer. This combination of delicious food, excellent service, and reasonable prices makes it an outstanding value for money. In conclusion, I've been to KPot many times over the year and haven't been disappointed yet. Although I do hope they can install individual ventilation at each table where you don't smell like grilled steak after dining.
